Schubdorn bertragen nur Hori-zontalkrfte. Die an der oberenPlatte angebrachten U-Profile dienenlediglich als Versetzungs-hilfe. Dieobere Lagerplatte wird bndigunterkant Brcke ein-gegossen. Dieuntere Lagerplatte ist ca. 40mm insWiderlager oder, bei grsseremZwischenraum,in den Auflagersockel

zu versenken.Fr den Einbau sind die Lager mitKunststoffschrauben arretiert, die beider ersten Bewegung ab- scheren.

Die in den Tabellen angegeben-en Belastungen sind Gebrauchs-lasten.

Bei Setzungen bis max. 5mm kannder Lagertyp Setzung 0 dererforderlichen Horizontalkraft Hresverwendet werden.

Pivot Fix i reazemelor mobile

Reazemele Pivot Fix transmit doarfore orizontale. Seciunile U depe placa superioarau doar rolulde a facilita instalarea. Placasuperioar a reazemului estefixat prin turnare de faainferioar a structurii podului.

Placa inferioar se ngroap cuaprox. 40mm n culee ori, dacspaiul permite, n soclul podului.

Provizoriu, reazemele Pivot Fixsunt asigurate la instalare cuboluri de fixare din plastic, carese foarfec la prima micare apodului.

Toate forele prezentate n tabeleconstituie ncrcri normale deexploatare.

Pentru tasri de max. 5mm sealege reazemul corespunzndTasrii 0 i fora orizontalpreliminatHres .

The gudgeons transmit onlyhorizontal forces. The U-sectionson the upper plate are simply tofacilitate installation. The upperbearing plate is cast in flush withthe lower surface of t he bridgestructure. The lower bearing plateshould be let about 40mm into

the abutment or, if the gap islarge, the bearing pedestal.

For convenience in installation thebearings are locked by plastic bolts,which shear with the first movementof the bearing.

All loads shown in the tables areservice loads.

For settlements up to 5mm choosethe bearing type cor- responding toSettlement 0 and the required

horizontal force Hres.
