Arbeitsablauf: Hinweis

◆ Der Einbau der Original Nachrüstung Mobiltelefonvorbereitung sollte von einer Fachwerkstatt durchge-führt werden. Zur Montage werden spezielle Werkzeuge, sowie ergänzende, fahrzeugspezifische Lite-ratur benötigt. Unsachgemäßer Einbau kann zu Schäden am Fahrzeug oder der Mobiltelefonvor-bereitung führen.

◆ Die Nachrüstung kann in Fahrzeugen mit Radio/Radio-Navigationssystem ab Werk erfolgen.◆ Nach Abschluß der Montagearbeiten muss das Fahrzeug mit einem Fahrzeugdiagnose-, Mess- u. Infor-

mationssystem für den Betrieb mit Mobiltelefon codiert werden.◆ Befestigen Sie alle Leitungen so, dass sie nicht mit drehenden oder anderen beweglichen Teilen des

Fahrzeugs in Berührung kommen können und das Scheuern an scharfkantigen Blech- oder Kunststoff-teilen ausgeschlossen wird.

1.1 EinbauorteDie nebenstehende Abbildung zeigt die möglichen Einbauorteund die Leitungsverlegung vom Radio/Radio-Navigationssystemzur Dachkonsole.

1.2 Vorbereitung des Fahrzeugs für die Bauteilmontage− Schalten Sie die Zündung und alle elektrischen Verbraucher aus.− Bauen Sie das Radio/Radio-Navigationssystem, das Ablage-

fach Beifahrerseite, die Verkleidung A-Säule Beifahrerseite, dieSonnenblenden und die Dachkonsole des Fahrzeugs aus.

⇒ Reparaturleitfaden des Fahrzeugs

1.3 Montage der Interfacebox− Stecken Sie die große Mehrfachsteckverbindung des Leitungs-

satzes in die Anschlussbuchse der Interfacebox ein und verrie-geln Sie diese.

− Um Klappergeräusche im Fahrbetrieb zu vermeiden, umwik-keln Sie die Interfacebox mit dem Kunststoffnetz aus dem Lie-ferumfang:◆ nehmen Sie das Kunststoffnetz doppelt◆ schieben Sie die Interfacebox in das Kunststoffnetz -1-◆ sichern Sie die Öffnungen des Kunststoffnetzes mit

Kabelbindern -2- aus dem Lieferumfang− Montieren Sie die Interfacebox an einem geeigneten Einbau-

ort in der Schalttafel (vgl. Seite 1, Abb. 1).

1.4 Verlegung des Leitungssatzes− Verlegen Sie den kurzen Abschnitt des Leitungssatzes von der

Interfacebox zum Radio-Anschlussstecker des Fahrzeugs.− Verlegen Sie den langen Abschnitt des Leitungssatzes von der

Interfacebox innerhalb der Schalttafel zur A-Säule des Fahr-zeugs.

− Befestigen Sie den Leitungssatz mit Kabelbindern aus demLieferumfang innerhalb der Schalttafel an vorhandenen Leitun-gen oder Haltern des Fahrzeugs.

− Verlegen Sie den Leitungssatz an der A-Säule entlag und inner-halb des Dachhimmels zum Einbauort der Dachkonsole.

− Befestigen Sie den Leitungssatz mit Kabelbindern aus demLieferumfang an vorhandenen Leitungen oder Haltern desFahrzeugs.

1.5 Montage des Mikrofons in der Dachkonsole− Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung (o. Abb.) von der Einbauöffnung

des Mikrofons -1-.− Clipsen Sie das Mikrofon -1- aus dem Lieferumfang in der

Dachkonsole des Fahrzeugs ein.− Schließen Sie die Steckverbindung des Mikrofons an der Buch-

se -2- des Leitungssatzes an.− Umwickeln Sie die Steckverbindung mit Schaumstoff aus dem

Lieferumfang, um Klappergeräusche zu vermeiden.− Montieren Sie die Dachkonsole in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.⇒ Reparaturleitfaden des Fahrzeugs

1.6 Anschluss des Leitungssatzes am Radio-Anschluss-stecker des Fahrzeugs

Hinweis

Bereits angeschlossene Leitungen werden in den folgenden Ab-bildungen aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit nicht dargestellt.− Ziehen Sie den Sicherungsstift -2- aus dem Radio-Anschluss-

stecker -1- heraus.− Drücken Sie die markierten Leitungen aus den Kammern des

Radio-Anschlusssteckers heraus und verrasten Sie die Kontak-te gemäß der Tabelle in den Flachkontaktgehäusen -7- und -8-aus dem Lieferumfang. Haken Sie die durchgeführten Ände-rungen in der Tabellenspalte „erledigt“ ab.

− Verrasten Sie die Einzeladern des Leitungssatzes gemäß der fol-genden Tabelle im Radio-Anschlussstecker. Haken Sie diedurchgeführten Änderungen in der Tabellenspalte „erledigt“ ab.

− Stecken Sie den Sicherungsstift wieder in den Radio-An-schlussstecker ein (vgl. Seite 3, Abb. 1, -2-).

− Verrasten Sie die Stecker (vgl. Seite 3, Abb. 1, -7- und -8-) inden zugehörigen Buchsen des Leitungssatzes.

Hinweis

Bei Fahrzeugen mit werkseitig verbautem CD-Wechsler ist dasgrüne Flachkontaktgehäuse (vgl. Seite 3, Abb. 2, -1-) bereits ver-baut. Verwenden Sie in diesem Fall das Flachkontaktgehäuse ausdem Fahrzeug. Ist kein CD-Wechsler verbaut, verwenden Sie dasFlachkontaktgehäuse aus dem Lieferumfang.− Entriegeln Sie das grüne Flachkontaktgehäuse -Pfeil A- und zie-

hen Sie das Kastenkontaktgehäuse -1- heraus -Pfeil B-.− Bestücken Sie das Kastenkontaktgehäuse -1- gemäß der fol-

genden Tabelle mit den freien Einzeladern des Leitungssatzes.Haken Sie die durchgeführten Änderungen in der Tabellenspal-te „erledigt“ ab.

1.7 Mobiltelefonvorbereitung codieren− Schließen Sie ein Fahrzeugdiagnose-, Mess- u. Informations-

system an.− Wählen Sie im Fahrzeugdiagnose-, Mess- u. Informationssys-

tem die Betriebsart „Eigendiagnose“.− Wählen Sie nacheinander folgende Menüpunkte an:

− Setzen Sie das Telefon auf „codiert“.− Folgen Sie anschließend der Abfrage und geben Sie die rele-

vanten Fahrzeugdaten ein.− Codieren Sie das Telefonsteuergerät wie folgt:

1.8 Funktionsprüfung und Endmontage− Prüfen Sie die Funktion der Mobiltelefonvorbereitung, indem

Sie ein Mobiltelefon mit der Mobiltelefonvorbereitung koppelnund ein Gespräch führen. Beenden Sie das Gespräch mit demMultifunktionslenkrad, um die Funktion der Mobiltelefonvorbe-reitung in Verbindung mit dem Multifunktionslenkrad zu über-prüfen.

◆ Vestavbu originální přípravy mobilního telefonu pro dodatečnou instalaci má provádět odborná dílna. K montáži jezapotřebí speciálního nářadí, včetně dodatečné, pro vozidlo specifické literatury. Neodborná vestavba může mít zanásledek poškození vozidla nebo přípravy mobilního telefonu.

◆ Dodatečná instalace se může provést ve vozidlech s rádiem/radionavigačním systémem od výrobce.◆ Po ukončení montážních prací se musí vozidlo kódovat diagnostickým měřícím a informačním systémem pro

provoz s mobilním telefonem.◆ Upevněte všechny vodiče tak, aby se nedostaly do styku s otáčejícími se nebo jinými pohyblivými částmi vozidla,

a aby se neodíraly o ostré hrany plechů nebo plastových dílů.◆ Technické změny vyhrazeny.

1.3 Montáž připojovací krabice

− Zasuňte velkou sdruženou zástrčku sady vodičů do zdířky přípoje připojovací krabice a zablokujte ji.− Aby při jízdě nedocházelo ke klepání, oviňte připojovací krabici plastovou sít'kou z obsahu dodávky.

◆ použijte plastovou sít'ku dvojitě◆ zasuňte připojovací krabici do plastové sít'ky -1-◆ zajistěte otvory plastové sít'kykabelovými svorkami -2- z obsahu dodávky

− Namontujte propojovací krabici na vhodném montážním místě na přístrojové desce (por. se stranou 1, obr. 1).

1.4 Položení sady vodičů− Položte krátký úsek sady vodičů z propojovací krabice ke konektoru rádia ve vozidle.− Položte dlouhý úsek sady vodičů z připojovací krabice uvnitř přístrojové desky k A sloupku vozidla. − Upevněte sadu vodičů kabelovými svorkami z obsahu dodávky uvnitř přístrojové desky k existujícím vodičům nebo

příchytkám ve vozidle.− Položte sadu vodičů podél A sloupku a uvnitř stropu karoserie k montážnímu místu střešní konzoly.− Připevněte sadu vodičů kabelovými svorkami z dodávky k existujícím kabelům nebo příchytkám ve vozidle.

1.5 Montáž mikrofonu ve střešní konzole

− Odstraňte obložení (bez obr.) z montážního otvoru mikrofonu -1-.− Přichyt'te mikrofon -1- z obsahu dodávky ve střešní konzole vozidla.− Připojte konektor mikrofonu ke zdířce -2- sady vodičů.− Oviňte konektor pěnovou hmotou z obsahu dodávky, abyste zabránili klepání.− Zamontujte střešní konzolu v opačném pořadí.⇒ Příručka pro opravy vozidla

1.6 Připojení sady vodičů ke konektoru rádia ve vozidle

Upozornění

Kvůli přehlednosti neobsahují následujících ilustrace již připojené vodiče.− Vytáhněte pojistný kolík -2- z konektoru rádia -1-.− Vytlačte označené vodiče z předělů konektoru rádia ven a zajistěte kontakty podle tabulky v pouzdrech s plochými

kontakty -7- a -8- z obsahu dodávky. Provedené změny zaškrtněte ve sloupci tabulky „vyřízeno“.

Upozornění

U vozidle se CD měničem zabudovaným z výroby je zelené pouzdro plochých spojů (por. s estranou 3, obr. 2, -1-) jižzabudované. V tomto případě použijte pouzdro s plochými kontakty z vozidla. Není-li zabudovaný měnič CD, použijtepouzdro plochých spojů z obsahu dodávky.− Uvolněte zelené pouzdro s plochými kontakty -šipka A- a vytáhněte pouzdro s blokem spojů -1- -šipka B-.− Osaďte pouzdro s blokem spojů -1- dle následující tabulky volnými dílčími žílami sady vodičů. Provedené změny

zaškrtněte ve sloupci tabulky „vyřízeno“.

1.7 Kódování přípravy mobilního telefonu− Připojte diagnostický, měřicí a informační systém.− V diagnostickém, měřicím a informačním systému zvolte druh provozu „Vlastní diagnóza“.− Zvolte po sobě následující body menu:

◆ 19 diagnostické rozhraní pro sběrnici◆ 007 kódování (služba $1A)◆ 77 Telefon

− Nastavte telefon na „kódovaný“.− Nakonec následujte dotazy a zadejte důležité údaje o vozidle.− Nakódujte řídicí jednotku telefonu následujícím způsobem:

− Kódování uzavřete potvrzením zadání.

1.8 Zkouška funkcí a závěrečná montáž− Vyzkoušejte funkcí přípravy mobilního telefonu tak, že vytvoříte vazbu mobilního telefonu s přípravou mobilního

telefonu a uskutečníte telefonní hovor. Ukončete telefonní hovor multifunkčním volantem, abyste vyzkoušeli funkcipřípravy mobilního telefonu ve spojení s multifunkčním volantem.

◆ Se recomienda que el montaje del reequipamiento original de la preparación para teléfono móvil sea realizado porun taller especializado. Para el montaje se requieren herramientas especiales, así como documentos adicionalesy específicos para el vehículo. Un montaje incorrecto puede causar daños en el vehículo o en la preparación parateléfono móvil.

◆ El reequipamiento puede realizarse de fábrica en vehículos que dispongan de radio o sistema de radionavegación.◆ Tras la conclusión de las labores de montaje, el vehículo debe codificarse en un sistema de diagnóstico, medición

e información para el funcionamiento con el teléfono móvil.◆ Fije todos los cables de tal manera que no puedan entrar en contacto con piezas giratorias u otras piezas móviles

del vehículo y que de ningún modo rocen contra partes de chapa o de plástico cortantes.◆ Reservado el derecho a realizar modificaciones técnicas.

1.2 Preparación del vehículo para el montaje de componentes− Desconecte el encendido y todos los consumidores eléctricos.− Desmonte la radio/sistema de radionavegación, el compartimento portaobjetos del acompañante, el revestimiento

del montante A del acompañante, los parasoles y la consola de techo del vehículo.⇒ Manual de reparación del vehículo

¡ATENCIÓN!

● El juego de líneas -2- debe cablearse de tal manera que el airbag de acompañante no se vea limitado ensu funcionamiento.

● El lugar de montaje de la caja de interfaz -3- debe seleccionarse de tal manera que el airbag deacompañante no se vea limitado en su funcionamiento.

− Introduzca el conector múltiple grande del juego de líneas en el borde de conexión de la caja de interfaz y encájelo.− Para evitar ruidos por traqueteo, recubra la caja de la interfaz con la red de plástico incluida en el volumen de

suministro:◆ tome la red de plástico por duplicado◆ desplace la caja de interfaz dentro de la red de plástico -1-◆ asegure las aberturas de la red de plásticocon sujetacables -2- del volumen de suministro

− Monte la caja de la interfaz en un lugar de montaje apropiado en el tablero de instrumentos (cf. página 1, Fig. 1).

1.4 Tendido del juego de líneas− Tienda el fragmento corto del juego de líneas desde la caja de la interfaz al conector de la radio del vehículo.− Tienda el fragmento largo del juego de líneas desde la caja de interfaz existente dentro del tablero de conexiones

hasta el montante A del vehículo. − Fije el juego de líneas a los cables existentes o soportes del vehículo por medio de los sujetacables incluidos en

el volumen de suministro dentro del tablero de conexiones.− Tienda el juego de líneas a lo largo del montante A y por el interior del techo hasta lugar de montaje de la consola

de techo.− Fije el juego de líneas a las líneas o a los soportes existentes en el vehículo con los sujetacables incluidos en el

conjunto de suministro.

predisposizione ed effettuando una chiamata. Terminare la chiamata tramite il volante multifunzione, per controllareil funzionamento della predisposizione per cellulare insieme a quello del volante multifunzione.

Tip

◆ De inbouw van de originele uitbreiding voor de mobiele telefoonvoorbereiding moet absoluut in een werkplaatsuitgevoerd worden. Voor het monteren is er speciaal gereedschap alsook aanvullende specifieke literatuur overhet voertuig vereist. Ondeskundige inbouw kan schade aan het voertuig of de mobiele telefoonvoorbereidingveroorzaken.

◆ De uitbreiding kan in voertuigen met radio-/radionavigatiesysteem vanaf de fabriek plaatsvinden. ◆ Nach Abschluß der Montagearbeiten muss das Fahrzeug mit einem Fahrzeugdiagnose-, Mess- u. Informations-

system für den Betrieb mit Mobiltelefon codiert werden.◆ Bevestig de leidingen zodanig, dat zij niet in contact kunnen komen met de draaiende of andere bewegende delen

1.2 Voorbereiding van het voertuig voor de montage van de componenten− Schakel het contact en alle elektrische verbruikers uit.− Demonteer de radio/het radionavigatiesysteem, het aflegvak passagierszijde, de bekleding van de A-stijl

passagierszijde, de zonnekleppen en de dakconsole van het voertuig.⇒ Reparatiehandleiding van het voertuig.

OPGELET!

● De leidingset -2- moet zodanig geïnstalleerd worden dat de passagiersairbag niet in zijn functiebelemmerd wordt.

● De inbouwplaats van de interfacebox -3- moet zo worden gekozen dat de passagiersairbag niet in zijnfunctie belemmerd wordt.

1.3 Montage van de interfacebox

− Steek de grote meervoudige steekverbinding van de leidingset in de aansluitbus van de interfacebox en vergrendeldeze.

− Om klapperende geluiden tijdens het rijden te voorkomen, wikkelt u het meegeleverde kunststofnet om deinterfacebox:◆ neem het kunststof net dubbel◆ schuif de interfacebox in het kunststof net -1-◆ beveilig de openingen van het kunststof netmet kabelbinders -2- uit de verpakking

− Monteer de interfacebox op een geschikte inbouwplaats in het instrumentenbord (zie pagina 1, afb. 1).

1.4 Installatie van de leidingset− Installeer het korte gedeelte van de de leidingset van de interfacebox naar de radio-aansluitstekker van het

voertuig.− Installeer het lange gedeelte van de leidingset van de interfacebox binnen het instrumentenbord naar de A-stijl van

het voertuig. − Bevestig de leidingset met kabelbinders uit de verpakking binnen het instrumentenbord aan aanwezige leidingen

of houders van het voertuig.− Installeer de leidingset langs de A-stijl en binnen het plafond naar de montageplaats van de dakconsole.− Bevestig de leidingset met bijgeleverde kabelbinders aan voorhanden leidingen of de houders van het voertuig.

1.5 Montage van de microfoon in de dakconsole

− Verwijder de afdekking (zonder afb.) van de montageopening van de microfoon -1-.− Klik de microfoon -1- uit de verpakking in de dakconsole van het voertuig.− Sluit de steekverbinding van de microfoon aan op de bus -2- van de leidingset.− Wikkel schuimstof uit de verpakking om de steekverbinding om klapperende geluiden te voorkomen. − Monteer de dakconsole in de omgekeerde volgorde.⇒ Reparatiehandleiding van het voertuig.

1.6 Aansluiting van de leidingset aan de radio-aansluitstekker van het voertuig

Tip

Reeds aangesloten leidingen worden voor de overzichtelijkheid op de volgende afbeeldingen niet weergegeven.− Trek de borgstift -2- uit de radio-aansluitstekker -1-.− Druk de gemarkeerde leidingen uit de kamers van de radio-aansluitstekker en bevestig de contacten

overeenkomstig de tabel in de vlakke contactbehuizing -7- en -8- uit de verpakking. Vink de uitgevoerde wijzigingenin de tabelkolom "Uitgevoerd" aan.

− Bevestig de afzonderlijke aders van de leidingset volgens de volgende tabel in de radio-aansluitstekker. Vink deuitgevoerde wijzigingen in de tabelkolom "Uitgevoerd" aan.

− Steek de borgstift weer in de radio-aansluitstekker (vergelijk pagina 3, afb. 1, -2-).− Bevestig de stekkers (vergelijk pagina 3, afb. 1, -7- en -8-) in de bijbehorende bussen van de leidingset.

Tip

Bij voertuigen met in de fabriek gemonteerde Cd-wisselaar is de groene vlakke contactbehuizing (vergelijke pagina 3,afb. 2, -1-) al gemonteerd. Gebruik in dit geval de vlakke contactbehuizing uit het voertuig. Als er gene Cd-wisselaargemonteerd is, gebruik van de vlakke contactbehuizing uit de verpakking. − Ontgrendel de groene vlakke contactbehuizing -pijl A- en trek de kastcontactbehuizing -1- eruit -pijl B-.− Rust de kastcontactbehuizing -1- volgens de volgende tabel uit met de vrije enkele anders van de leidingset. 1.7 Mobiele telefoonvoorbereiding coderen− Sluit een voertuigdiagnose-, meet- en informatiesysteem aan.− Kies in het voertuigdiagnose-, meet- en informatiesysteem de modus "Eigendiagnose".− Selecteer na elkaar de volgende menupunten:

− Zet de telefoon op “gecodeerd“.− Volg vervolgens de aanvraag op en voer de relevante voertuiggegevens in.− Codeer het telefoonbesturingstoestel als volgt:

− Sluit de codering af door het bevestigen van de ingaven.

1.8 Functiecontrole en eindmontage− Controleer de functie van de mobiele telefoonvoorbereiding door een mobiele telefoon aan de mobiele

telefoonvoorbereiding te koppelen en een gesprek te voeren. Beëindig het gesprek met het multifunctionelestuurwiel om de functie van de mobiele telefoonvoorbereiding in combinatie met het multifunctionele stuurwielte controleren.

⇒ Gebruiksaanwijzing van de mobiele telefoonvoorbereiding− Monteer het aflegvak passagierszijde, de bekleding A-stijl rechts en de zonnekleppen van het voertuig. ⇒ Reparatiehandleiding van het voertuig.

◆ Efterutrustningen kan i bilar med radio/radionavigationssystem göras på fabriken.◆ Efter avslutning av monteringsarbetena måste bilen kodas med ett bildiagnos-, mät- och informationssysten för

1.3 Montering av gränssnittsbox

1.4 Dragning av kabelsatsen− Dra det korta avsnittet på kabelsatsen från gränssnittsboxen till radioanslutningsuttaget i bilen.− Dra det långa avsnittet på kabelsatsen från gränssnittsboxen inom instrumentpanelen till A-stolpen i bilen. − Sätt fast kabelsatsen med buntband som ingår i leveransen inne i instrumentpanelen vid förefintliga ledningar eller

hållare i bilen.− Dra kabelsatsen längs A-stolpen och innanför innertaket till monteringsstället i takkonsolen.− Sätt fast kabelsatsen med buntbanden som ingår i leveransen vid bilens förefintliga kablar eller hållare.

1.5 Montering av mikrofonen i takkonsolen
