3. Terms and conditions of course

1). The students and parents must Purify their intention („Niyyah‟):

One should intend only Allah‟s Pleasure for the Holy Quran study, without any

showing off and worldly gain from any of mankind. And, he should intend to teach others

when gathering the Quran‟s knowledge. Because these two intentions will have more

blessings of Allah always.

Allah‟s Messenger said: “Indeed, every actions‟ reward will be as per intention,

and everyone will have what they intended.” (Al Bukhari: 1, Muslim: 1907).

And Allah‟s Messenger said: “Allah is blessing him who learns from me a matter and conveys it.” („Saheeh‟ by Albany in Hibn Hibban: 68).

2). They must believe that Allah has facilitated all easiness and the help of Angels

for Learning and Teaching the Holy Quran:

Allah says:

(:17)القمر ىي ني مي زي ري ى ين ىن ٱ

“We (Allah) have made this Quran easy to remember, so who is there ready to

remember it?!” (Qur‟an 54: 17).

Allah‟s Messenger said: "Whoever takes a path of seeking Islamic knowledge,

Allah will facilitate for him a path to Paradise. And indeed the angels lower their wings for

the student pleasingly. And verily, those who are in the heavens and the earth, even the

creatures of the water seek forgiveness of Allah for the scholar.". (Saheeh by Albany in Sunan Ibn-

Majah: 223).

3). They must believe that none has Salvation here and the Hereafter except with

right contact of the Holy Quran:

Allah‟s Messenger said: “This world is Cursed and all that what it contained is

Cursed except the teacher and the student of the Holy Quran, and the Holy Quran and its

skilled ones.” („Hasan‟ by Albany in Mishkat: 5176).

4). They must believe that they will be among the Chosen Team of Allah by the

learning Quran:

، ومن ىم؟ قال: « إنه لله عزه وجله أىلني من النهاس : »ملسو هيلع هللا ىلصقال رسول الله «وخاصهتو أىل القرآن، ىم أىل الله »قيل: ي رسول الله .(512وصححه األلباني في سنن ابن ماجه: 15510)أحمد:

Allah‟s Messenger said: “Indeed, Allah, the Most Great and Most Magnificent has some Special People from among mankind, the Team of the Qur‟an is the Team of Allah and His specially Selected Ones.” (Saheeh by Albany in Sunan Ibn Majah: 215, Ahmed: 12279).

5). They must believe that the Quran‟s Team is the Best of mankind!:

“The best of you (mankind) is whoever learns the Quran and teaches it.” (Al Bukhari: 5027)

6). They must keep accuracy, that is an essential part of every Success:

They must be always accurate in sleeping, studying, playing, resting, etc. The

deeply sleeping in early night till Fajr – energizes brain and body for next day‟s morning

deep study, and the sleeping in noontime till Asr – energizes brain and body for that

afternoon‟s study. Therefore, remember that whoever keeps accuracy in sleeping and

resting – only achieves the accuracy of study and success in both Worlds.

7). They must behave in fair and honest always:

They must obey their teachers in rules and regulations of the institute, they should

never make quarrel with other students and teacher. If anybody violates institute‟s

discipline – will be punished up to termination of institute.

8). The students should never bring mobile phone, toys, costly items, etc. in

institute campus, in case of any emergency they are allowed to contact their parents

through teacher‟s telephone. And the students themselves will be responsible of any loss

and theft of their such materials.

9). Boys must be wearing „Arabic Thoub‟ (الـثـوب) white only at institute campus, and

its length should not exceed more than ankle bone. Tight fitted and transparent

dresses are not allowed in campus.

10). Girls must be wearing white loose shirt and black loose skirt only at institute,

and its length should exceed more than ankle bone. Tight-fitted and transparent dresses

are not allowed in campus.

11). The students are never allowed to take any unnecessary leave, except for

sickness, etc.

12). All days (60) will be running study (إن شاء هللا), in case, these days included an „Eid‟

celebration – there will be only two (2) days leave for it.

13). It is a Hard Mission of struggling in the Way of Allah to establish His Truth, the

Holy Quran and the Tauheed for Allah‟s Pleasure, and its winning is by Allah‟s Blessings

only, so, whoever intends Allah‟s reward for it in this world and the Hereafter – only

participate in it.

4. Easily Memorizing Tips

1). Firstly Purifying Intention („Niyyah‟):

Firstly, one should purify his intention, that he should intend only Allah‟s Pleasure

for this course, without any showing off and worldly gain from anybody other than Allah.

And, he should intend to teach others what he learns. Because these two intentions will

have more blessings of Allah.

Thus, Allah bestows a special memorization ability upon those who intend to

memorize the Qur‟an for Allah‟s Pleasure only, without any showing-off. Allah‟s

Messenger said:

را أو ي علمو، كان لو كأجر حاج تما » قال ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص: تو من غدا إىل المسجد ل يريد إله أن ي ت علهم خي وفي صحيح 1212)رواه الطبراني: .«حجه

).68الترغيب والترهيب لأللباني:

"Whoever goes to a Masjid in the morning, having no intention (of showing-off,

worldly gain, etc.) except to learn something good (the Quran, Hadith, etc.) or to teach

something good – then he will have the reward of a perfect Hajj.” (Tabarani: 7473 Saheeh At-

Targeeb Albany: 86).

And, Allah bestows a special memorizing ability upon those who intends to

memorize the Qur‟an for teaching it to others, regarding it Allah‟s Messenger said:

ع منها حديثا ف ب لهغو : »ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص النهب قال امرأ س (525)صححه األلباني في سنن ابن ماجه: «نضهر الله

“May Allah strengthens a person who listens me a subject and conveys it” (Hasan by

Albany in Sunan Ibn Majah: 232).

2). Secondly, one must believe that Allah facilitates all easiness to memorize the

Quran and Allah preserves the Quran in one’s heart:

Allah says:

(:17)القمر ىي ني مي زي ري ى ين ىن ٱ

“We (Allah) have made this Qur‟an easy to remember, so who is there ready

to learn it?!” (Qur‟an 54: 17).

(44العنكبوت: ) منزن رن مم ام يل ىل مل يك ىك ٱ

“But, this Quran Verses are the clear proof that preserved in the hearts of

those educated ones.” (Qur‟an 29: 49).

So, the Qur‟an, a huge scripture of 600 pages people memorize easily! This is

Allah‟s fulfillment of above mentioned Verses‟ Promise! Because none memorizes any

huge book such as the Quran in the world!

3). Thirdly, the Qur‟an is the Word of Allah, and loving the Quran is compulsory,

and one must sincerely honor it:

And, the Quran Honoring includes that the Quran is only available uncorrupted Holy

Scripture on the earth, the Quran will be incorruptible, unalterable and infallible till the

Day of Judgment by Allah‟s Protection. Allah says:

(4)الحجر: ىن نن من زن رن مم ام يل ٱٱ

“Indeed, It is We (Allah) Who have revealed the „Dhikr‟ (Quran) and surely, We

will guard it (from corruption).” (Qur‟an 15: 9).

Likewise, believe in the truth that other than the Qur‟an – all Scriptures are

corrupted and distorted by human hands, and those all scriptures now included many

unscientific, fallible and immoral commands that cannot open in public! Allah says:

(46)النساء: مه جه ين ىن من خن حن ٱ

“Among those „Haad‟ people, some of them displace the Words of Allah from right

places.” (Qur‟an 4: 46).

So, believing in above mentioned facts will help you to honor yourself the Quran

deeply in your heart, and then it will gain Allah‟s Help more to learn and memorize it, „in

sha Allah‟.

4). Fourthly, one should know that the way of Qur‟an Memorization Enrooting in

mind Easily, as well as Forgetting it Easily:

(a). How the Memorized Verse Enrooting in mind?

Firstly, if a person‟s mind absorbs the memorized Verse as a „dot script‟ (i.e. as an

unclear memory, e g: , with some mistakes), then he should not think that „he cannot

memorize‟, nor he discontinue, nor waste time in the same page, rather he should move

to next page, continue recitation and memorizing more pages.

Later his repeated recitation and revision would correct the mistakes gradually, and

the firstly formed „dot script‟ (unclear slight memory, e g: ) would gradually become a

„engraved script‟ (clear deep memory, e g: ) and it will be enrooted in mind, „in sha

Allah‟.

(b). How the Memorized Verse Fading from mind?

Later, if he does not revise the memorized Verses regularly, the „engraved script‟

(clear deep memory) would be faded from his mind, and it becomes the „dot script‟

(unclear slight memory) again, and if he does not revise it a long time – gradually he

memorized Verses would start fading again and again, then it will be disappeared from

his mind completely as other memorized knowledge disappears. so, Allah‟s Messenger

said:

بل ف عقله »قال النب ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص: د بيده لو أشد ت ف ل تا من ال (.791)مسلم: «ات عاىدوا ىذا القرآن، ف والهذي ن فس ممه“I swear by Allah Who controls my soul, you keep the contact of this Quran

repeatedly (reading, implementing, teaching), because it has more chance to disappear

(from memory) than a temporally tied up camel disappears (in desert forever)!” (Muslim: 791).

Therefore, whoever likes to protect the memorized Verses in his mind continuously

– he should revise it continuously (minimum once in a month), otherwise, it will disappear

from his mind definitely.

So, when a person memorizes the Qur‟an initially – he may make some mistakes in

a page, but his repeated revision corrects all mistakes, a revision will correct minimum

two to five mistakes, and then his repeated revision will correct entire mistakes one by

one gradually – and then later he will recite the memorized Quran accurately without any

mistake, „in sha Allah‟. So, do not forget this fact always.

Thus, the teacher should not compel upon any student, nor the student compel

upon any teacher to correct firstly all mistakes of a page to move to next pages – if he

makes any mistake – rather let him move to next pages and start memorizing them too.

And let him revise the previously memorized pages too again, then his repeated revision

will correct all mistakes of previously completed pages itself, „in sha Allah‟, (it‟s what we

experienced from majority).

5). Fifthly, one should know the Proper Time of Memorization:

One‟s body and brain hold foremost strength while one wakes up from a sufficient

sleep always, and the research proved that one‟s brain absorbs plenty of things quickly

soon after he waked up.

Therefore, two times: (1) while he wakes up for Fajr Prayer (after a long sleep

started soon after Isha Prayer and dinner), and (2) while he wakes up for Asr Prayer

(after a short sleep started soon after Dhuhr Prayer and lunch) are more suitable for

learning and memorizing the Quran than other times. This way is taught by our Nabi ,

and that also gains good health and immunization against sickness too. So, he should

not forget this fact always.

6). Sixthly, one should never fill food in Stomach excessively During Study Time:

One should consume only light food (biscuit, smack, tea, etc.) during study time,

and he should never fill stomach full except in two times as mentioned above that (1.)

before going to noon-sleep (i.e. as in the „Sunnah‟ soon after „Dhuhr‟ and lunch) and (2.)

before night-sleep (as in the „Sunnah‟ soon after „Isha‟ and dinner). Because the research

proved that when one fills up his stomach – his brain‟s majority of power will be engaged

in its digestion process, so, always the fed-up person feels doziness that will reduce his

memorizing capacity. Thus, he should always remember this fact too.

Likewise, always he should follow the way of Nabi in consuming food (i.e. fill his

stomach with 33.3 % food stuff, 33.3 % water, 33.3 % breath – empty, as mentioned in

the Hadith), the way that ancient and modern science proved to maintain healthy-body

and healthy-brain till end of life. And this way helps to gather knowledge and to

concentrate his mind in religious acts as well as worldly gaining, (as mentioned by Imam Ibnul

Qayyim, Imam Ad-Dahany, etc. in their book of „the Prophetic Medical Science‟ – „At-Tibbu an-Nabawi‟).

5. Hafidh‟s Quality Purification.

The Qur‟an memorized ones („Hafidh‟) should follow the following good qualities (to

be agreed and followed by the students and the parents).

1). The Qur‟an memorized one (Hafidh) do not commit any of Major sins, more than

100, such as polytheism – „Shirk‟ , murder, witchcraft – „Sihr‟, usury, adultery, incest,

backbiting, slandering, bribing, etc. And then do not commit any of Minor sins too; in

case, if he committed any of them by mistake – he / she should repent it to Allah

immediately before angel records it, Allah says:

نئ مئ زئ رئ ى ٱٱ (535)آل عمران: ىت نت مت زت رت يب ىب نب مب زب رب يئ ىئ

“And those (true believers) are, when they have committed „Fahishah‟ (sinning,

illegal sexual intercourse, etc.) or wronged themselves with evil, remember Allah

(His severe punishment) and ask forgiveness for their sins; – and none can forgive

(all) sins except Allah - And they do not persist in what (sinnig) they have done,

while they know. For such people, the reward is the Forgiveness from their Rabb,

and Gardens (of Paradise) with rivers flowing underneath, wherein they shall

reside forever. How excellent is this reward for the (good) doers.‟” (Qur‟an 135 – 136).

2). The Hafidh should behave as the Qur‟an specified ideal qualities;

(.432/303)األلباني في صحيح األدب المفرد البخاري: ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص ال قرآن". قالت عائشة اهنع هللا يضر: "كان خل ق و Ayisha said: “Nabi ‟s quality was the Qur‟an” („Adabul Mufrad‟: 234/308).

3). The Hafidh should avoid all evilness that are hatred by the society:

And he / she should avoid all evil qualities of what forbidden by Allah and His

Messenger, as well as the tradition and fashion of non-Muslims.

They should never imitate the style of dress, hair, action, etc. of film star, musician,

sports star, etc. when that oppose Islamic culture, nor imitate Kafir in intoxication,

smoking, etc.

Girls should not use any makeup material that prevents water accessing on bared

skin, or nail or hair for ablution - „Wudu‟ and bath, even though while she is in menstrual

and post-delivery period. Because keeping open the place where „Wudu‟s water is

pouring is not only for Prayer in Islam, rather Nabi has commanded upon everyone to

make „Wudu‟ before sleeping, while reciting memorized Verses of the Qur‟an and the

„Dhikr‟, while one wants to sleep after „Janabah‟ (orgasm) before taking bath, etc.

And, instead of using non-Islamic makeup materials – she should use Islamic

makeup materials, instead of using water preventing nail polish color – she should use

henna that is commanded by Nabi, the „Sunnah‟. And instead of using water preventing

mascara – use water soluble Islamic kohl or mascara.

The Qur‟an memorized grownup girls should cover their faces with veil – „Niqab‟

that is a commendable „Sunnah‟, the tradition of Nabi‟s Companion women, (remember

a poet‟s words: „The hidden things are considered beautiful and attractive always‟).

Boys‟ dress length should not exceed more than ankle bone, but Girls‟ should

exceed more than ankle bone. Likewise, tight fitted and transparent dresses are not

allowed for both boys and girls in Islam.

And the girls should not unveil whole „Awrah‟ (private parts), even face when

affliction is feared, and they should be opposite always of non-Muslim customs, otherwise

they will be of them! Nabi said:

هم »ل ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص: قال رسو (.2221)أحمد، وحسنه األلباني في مشكاة المصابيح: «من تشبهو بقوم ف هو من

“Whoever imitates a community – will be of them (on the Day of Judgment)!” (Authentic by Albany in „Mishkaat‟: 4347).

And, they should stop watching film, drama, dance, music, etc. and wasting time,

rather enjoy with melodious recitation of the Holy Quran, by learning its meaning too.

Male do not imitate female‟s style, nor female imitate male‟s style too. He should

not grow his hair as extended as female, nor he imitate any of female‟s dress. Likewise,

she do not shorten her hair as male, nor imitate any of male‟s dress, because Nabi

said:

الت من النساء لعن النهب ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص املخ نه ث "قال: رضي هللا عنهما عن ابن عبهاس ،"ني من الرجال، واملت رج (.2668)البخاري: قال: فأخرج النهب ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص فالن، وأخرج عمر فالن. ،«أخرجوىم من ب يوتكم : »ملسو هيلع هللا ىلص وقال

Narrated by Ibn 'Abbas : “Allah‟s Messenger cursed a man who imitates (in

dress, hair, face, body, etc.) as woman, and he cursed a woman who imitates (in

dress, hair, face, body, etc.) as man.” And Nabi ordered: “Drive such people out of

your home, thus Allah‟s Messenger drove out so-and-so from home, and „Umar too

drove out so-and-so from home.” (Al-Bukhari: 5886).

And, male and female should not mingle one another without Islam permitted

reasons.

4). The Hafidh should control their lust, greediness, anger, miserliness, etc. and

behave fairly and pardoning manner with others, Allah says: ميخي حي جي يه ىه مه جه ين ىن من ٱٱ

)534: آل عمران( ر ذ يي ىي

“Those who spend (in Allah‟s Way charity, alms, etc.) in prosperity and in

poverty, who control anger, and who pardon for mankind; Indeed, Allah loves the

true believers.” (Qur‟an 3: 134).

And, in case he/she committed a sin, should repent it immediately and never utter it

to others that will cause to humiliate him/her, Allah says:

“Allah does not like that the evil should be uttered in public except he who

has been wronged (to complaint it to Judge). And Allah is Ever All-Hearer, All-

Knower.” (Qur‟an 4: 148).

5). The Hafidh should recite regularly the „Dhikr‟ and „Dua‟ of morning and evening

every day, because it provides him/her the great peace, widen mind, sound health and

enjoyment, etc. that cannot be explained in the words!

And, remember that none can gain the real peace and happiness except whoever

follows the Holy Qur‟an and reciting the „Dhkr‟, Allah‟s glorification, though he / she owns

millions of Dollars! (its example is that majority of the rich people who addict in alcohols

and drugs in the world are by losing the peace and happiness by abstaining the Qur‟an).

Allah says:

(.524)طه: جم هل مل خل حل جل مك لك خك حك جك مق حق ٱٱ

“And, whosoever turns away from My „Dhikr‟ (the Qur‟an‟s orders,

glorification of Allah, etc.), indeed, for him (her) has a life of hardship and

depression, and We (Allah) shall resurrect him up as blind-man on the Day of

Resurrection.” (Qur‟an 20: 124).

6). He / she should convert his / her quality to the Qur‟an‟s quality in all aspects, so,

he / she should pray „Tahajjud‟ (تهجد) at night just before „Adhan‟ of „Fajr‟ (3, or 5, or 7, or

9, or 11 units) accurately, which will prevent him / her from the evil qualities of Allah

disliked. Allah says:

يي ىي ني مي زي ري ى ين ىن نن من زن رن مم ام يل ىل ٱٱ جس مخ جخ مح جح مج حج مثهت مت خت حت جت هب مب خب حب جب هئ مئ خئ حئ جئ

(54-56)السجدة: خض حض جض مص خص حص مس خس حس

“Their (true believers‟) sides leave their beds (for „Tahajjud‟ prayer), to

supplicate their Rabb in fear and hope, and they spend charity in Allah‟s Way out

of what We (Allah) have bestowed on them. (So), no person knows what is kept

hidden for them of great joy as a reward for what they used to do (for this world

and the Hereafter)! Then, is he who is a true believer will be as him who is a „Fâsiq‟

(disobedient to Allah)?! They are not equal. As for those who believe (inthe Tauhid,

the Day of Judgment, etc.) and do righteous good deeds, for them are Gardens of

Paradise as an Everlasting Entertainment, for what they used to do.” (Qur‟an: 16-19).
