STärken AgrAnA produziert Stärke und Spezialstärke- produkte.n Stärke ist ein komplexes kohlehydrat, welches

in Wasser nicht löslich ist. Stärke wird in der nahrungsmittelverarbeitung eingesetzt, z. B. als Verdickungsmittel und zu technischen Zwecken

in der Papierverarbeitung. n Bioethanol ist Teil unseres Stärke-geschäftes.

Die beiden Logistikzentren in Bingen (Deutschland) und Lipnik (Polen) bieten unseren Auftraggebern ein optimales Service und eine effi ziente Warenver-sorgung. Alle Zolldienstleistungen, vom Zolllager bis zum Versandverfahren, werden hier abgewickelt.

Mittels einer geschlossenen Logistikkette können wir Lieferungen durchführen, die exakt an die Wünsche des kunden angepasst werden. Der werks-eigene Fuhrpark in Bingen verfügt über LkWs für den Transport von fl üssigen Lebensmitteln, und ist auf die Abwicklung von Fruchtsaftkonzentratlieferungen unter sterilen Bedingungen spezialisiert.

Mit dem eintritt in den chinesischen Markt 2006 fand eine globale erweiterung in unseren Logistik-systemen statt. AgrAnA Juice gewährleistet auch aus china eine „just in time“ – Belieferung an den kunden gemäß der gewünschten Spezifi kation. im See - und Binnenverkehr sind unsere qualifi zierten Mitarbeiter in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit den reedereien verbunden.

LOgiSTik LOgiSTicS

Both logistic centres in Bingen (D) and in Lipnik (PL) offer excellent levels of service and effi cient supplies of goods to our customers. All customs-related services, from the bonded warehouses to the customs transit system, are handled here.

Due to our complete logistic chain, we are able to provide deliveries tailored to meet customer re-quirements. Our own fl eet of vehicles in Bingen includes trucks for the transport of liquid foodstuffs and is specialised in the handling of fruit juice con-centrates under the maintenance of sterile conditions.

Since entering the chinese market in 2006, our logistic systems have expanded rapidly to take on a truly global dimension. AgrAnA Juice now also ensures just-in-time deliveries to our customers, according to the required specifi cations, all the way from china. Our highly qualifi ed logistic personnel work directly with shipping companies to guarantee seamless international and domestic freight transfers by sea or by road.

We provide a complete logistics concept from a single source in order to ensure the smooth and optimised fl ow of goods.

Die Zertifi zierungen nach kosher, iSO 9001:2000, HAccP, SgF und für die Bio - Produktion bestätigen diesen hohen Standard. im rahmen der Qualitätssysteme verfolgen wir das Ziel, bestmöglich auf individuelle Anforderungen der kunden einzugehen. im Zuge von kontinuierlichen risikobeurteilungen überprüfen wir unsere gesam-ten Produkte auf über 400 verschiedene Pestizide, Schwermetalle und die einhaltung lebensmittelrecht-lich relevanter Qualitätskriterien. Als aktives Mitglied in der SgF* und im AiJn** sind wir bestrebt, unsere langjährig erworbenen erfahrungen in der Produktion von hochwertigen Lebensmitteln einzubringen, und damit die kontinuierliche entwicklung der Fruchtsaft-konzentratbranche zu fördern. rÜckVerFOLgBArkeiTDurch einen langjährigen Apfelvertragsanbau mit ca. 450 Landwirten in ungarn und Polen können wir eine lückenlose rückverfolgbarkeit vom ursprung der rohware bis zu unseren kunden garantieren. Dieser Prozess wird durch hochentwickelte, automatisierte Datenverarbeitungssysteme unterstützt. Zusätzlich beraten wir unsere Partner in der Landwirtschaft über den optimalen einsatz von Pfl anzenschutz - und Düngemitteln.

cerTiFieD QuALiTYThe highest production standards guarantee the consistent quality und absolute safety of our entire range of products. certifi cations based on kosher, iSO 9001:2000, HAccP, SgF and for organic production are evidence of these high standards. Our quality systems are designed to allow us to respond effectively and rapidly to customers’ specifi c requirements. We screen all our products for 400 different pesticides, heavy metals and for compliance with other legal requirements relating to foodstuffs. As an active member at the SgF* and at the AiJn** our aim is to constantly apply our extensive know-ledge of the production of top quality food products and to thereby promote the continual development of the fruit juice concentrate industry. We rely on the valuable feedback from our customers. For this reason, we carry out customer satisfaction surveys at regular intervals.

This also entails the prevention of environmental pollution caused by solid waste materials, emissions and wastewater. AgrAnA Juice ensures that the limited quantities of waste materials produced despite these efforts are disposed of environmentally sensitively.

TrAceABiLiTYOur long-standing supply contracts concluded with approximately 450 apple growers in Hungary and Poland enable us to guarantee the seamless tracing of the fl ow of products from the original raw materials to our customers. This process is supported by the use of highly developed and automated iT systems. in addition, we also provide our agricultural partners with advice on the optimal use of pesticides and fertilisers.
