Liebe Eltern,

in der heutigen Gesellschaft werden Themen wie Gesundheit, Eigenverantwortung, Selbständig-keit, sowie Freude am Lernen, um neue Kompe-tenzen zu erwerben, immer wichtiger. Als ge-meinnütziger und unabhängiger Verein arbeiten wir sehr eng mit Kindergärten, Schulen und Un-ternehmen zusammen und bieten dort seit vielen Jahren Sport- und Bewegungsangebote an, wo-durch wir auch eine fortwährende Entwicklung unserer Arbeit garantieren können. Die „Mobile Sportschule“ bewegt Kinder und Jugendliche seit 1995 und fordert durch Sport und Spielveranstal-tungen neben der Bewegungsmotivation auch die sozialen Aspekte in der Peer-Group. Für die Qualität der Leistungen sorgt ein professionelles Team von erfahrenen und qualifizierten Trainern, Lehrwarten, Übungsleitern, dipl. Sportlehrern,

Sportwissenschaftern, Ernährungswissenschaf-tern, Pädagogen und Psychologen sowie speziell ausgebildeten pädagogisch qualifizierten Perso-nen nach den Richtlinien des Bundesministeri-ums für Familie und Jugend. Mit der „aktiven Ferienbetreuung“ betreuen wir seit 2001 Kinder und Jugendliche auch während der schulfreien Zeit. Wir freuen uns auch heuer wieder Ferienbe-treuung an mehreren Standorten in Wien und der Steiermark anbieten zu können.

Am Standort Himmelhof, am Stadtrand von Wien direkt im wunderschonen Erholungsgebiet Wienerwald, können Kinder und Jugendliche, deren Muttersprache nicht Deutsch ist, bei uns in der Ferienzeit nicht nur viel Sport treiben und neue Freundschaften knüpfen, sondern auch

ihre Sprachkompetenzen verbessern. Die erfah-renen Trainer und Lehrkräfte orientieren sich bei unseren Sprachwochen an den Qualitäts krite-rien des OSD (Österreichisches Sprachdiplom), organisieren auch das Freizeitprogramm, die wöchentlichen Ausflüge zu Wiens Sehenswür-digkeiten und betreuen die Gruppen natürlich auch rund um die Uhr.

Dear Parents,

in today's society themes like healthiness, per-sonal responsibility, self-dependence as well as taking delight in learning to improve one's skills become more and more important. As an inde-pendent non-profit association we have worked very closely with kindergartens, schools and companies for many years where we have offered various sports and exercise facilities, therefore we can guarantee the continued positive develop-ment of our work. Since 1995 our mobile sports school has motivated children and adolescents to do sports and has promoted the social aspects in the peer-groups by sports and game events as well. Our professional team which is responsible for the quality of our services consists of certified coaches, trainers, exercise instructors, sport scien-tists, certificated physical education instructors,

nutritionists and pedagogical qualified people, according to the guidelines of the Federal Mi-nistry of Family and Youth. Since 2001 we have cared about children and adolescents by offering “active holiday camps” also on school holidays. We are very pleased about having the possibi-lity to offer holiday camps on various locations around Vienna and Styria this year again.

At the venue Himmelhof, on the outskirts of Vien-na, located idyllically in the Vienna Woods, child-ren and adolescents whose mother tongue is not German can do not only a lot of sports and build new friendships but also improve their language skills. Our experienced and qualified teachers and trainers at our language courses orientate themselves on the quality criteria of the ÖSD, a

state-approved examination and assessment system for German that corresponds to the levels of the “Common European Framework of Refe-rence for Languages”. Our team also organises a varied recreational program as well as weekly ex-cursions to Vienna’s amazing sights and of course looks after your children 24 hours a day.

ANMELDUNG / BUCHUNG

Bitte die beiliegende Anmeldung vollständig ausfüllen und per Email oder Fax an Team Activities senden. Die Anmeldung darf aus-schließlich von Eltern / Erziehungsberechtig-ten unterschrieben werden. Sie erhalten eine Buchungsbestätigung und eine detaillierte Informationsbroschüre per Email.

REGISTRATION / BOOKING

Please fill out completely the enclosed ap-plication form and send it to Team Activities per Email or Fax. It is a condition of enrol-ment that the booking form is signed by a parent / guardian only. You will receive a booking confirmation as well as a detailed information brochure per Email.

IMPFUNGEN / NOTFÄLLE

Da alle unsere Sommer-Camps bei Schön-wetter im Freien stattfinden empfehlen wir eine Zeckenschutzimpfung und einen noch gültigen Tetanus-Impfschutz. Aus Sicherheitsgründen bitten wir Sie, nochmals sicherzustellen, dass die Daten, welche Sie uns im Zuge der Anmeldung Ihres Kindes / Ihrer Kinder übermittelt haben, aktuell und richtig sind. Für anfallende ärztliche Kosten haften Eltern / Erziehungsberechtigte inklusive Spitals kosten und Krankentransporten. Wir empfehlen für den Zeitraum unserer Camps eine private Unfallversicherung.

VACCINATION / CASE OF EMERGENCY

All of our camps take place outdoor, the-refore, we highly recommend vaccination against ticks. Please also check your child´s tetanus vaccination status with your doctor. We kindly ask you to provide and doublecheck your contact information, in particular your telephone number, in order to ensure that it is correct in case of emergency. Parents / guardians will be liable for medical expenses incurred, including hospital charges and transfers. A perso-nal accident insurance throughout the duration of our camps is recommended.

STORNOBEDINGUNGEN

Bei Stornierungen verrechnen wir:

• bis 30 Tage vor Camp-Beginn 25 % des Camp-Betrages

• 29 – 15 Tage vor Camp-Beginn 50 % des Camp-Betrages

• ab 14 Tage vor Camp-Beginn 100 % des Camp-Betrages

Nicht-Erscheinen oder versäumte Einheiten werden nicht refundiert und können nicht in Anrechnung gebracht werden.Wir behalten uns vor, ein Camp aufgrund mangelnder Teilnehmeranzahl zu stornie-ren. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden für eine andere Camp-Teilnahme aufgerechnet, bzw. rückerstattet.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation we charge:

• up to 30 days before start of the camp 25% of the camp fee• 29 – 15 days before start of the camp

50% of the camp fee• from 14 days before start of the camp

100 % of the camp fee.

No showing up or missed units / classes are not refundable and cannot be credited against. We reserve the right to cancel a camp due to a shortage of participants. Down- payments will either be refunded or used for the payment of an alternative camp.

I agree with the electronic storage and processing of data by Team Activities. All services are subject to the general terms and conditions of Team Activities. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna in accordance with the law of Austria. All prices in EURO. For cancellations up to 30 days before the camp starts we charge 25 % of the camp fee.
