Alper Round Baler picks up the barrel harvested hay, alfalfa, wheat, barley and other crops from the field, rolls and compress then wrap around the bale with a net.

Round baler compresses more crops in one bale than the others compared to prismatic baler. Power requirement is transmitted directly from PTO through a shaft. It’s a high performance machine. Optionally, collected crop can be divided into smaller pieces via chopper unit. If it’s not required, then the chopper unit can be set out of operation via electronic actuator. The operator is alerted through electronic controls and sensors by reach of desired size and density of the bale. Then it can be unloaded manually or automatic unload system.

If the operator ignores alert system, electronic control automatically lifts the pick-up table, prevents crop collection and excessive supply. It is obtainable always to have standard bales in this way. Round Baler is developed to minimize the power supply requirement.
