I paesi di Colfosco, Corvara, La Villa, Badia e San Cassiano sono collegati tra di loro da una lunga ed agevole passeggiata che costeggia il fiume.

Die Dörfer Colfosco, Corvara, La Villa, Badia und San Cassiano sind durch einen Spazierweg entlang des Flusses miteinander verbunden.

The villages of Colfosco, Corvara, La Villa, Badia and San Cassiano are linked by a long and easy walk which runs alongside the river.

CORVARA Corvara-Cascate del Pisciadù (1 ora ca.)

Il sentiero parte vicino alla stazione a valle della cabinovia del Boè e si immette nel bosco proseguendo pianeggiante fino alle cascate del Pisciadù. Corvara-Pescosta-Colfosco (40 min.)Dal centro di Corvara si scende in direzione Pescosta e si prosegue in salita sulla strada Sassongher fino all’incrocio con la strada Merscia che porta fino alla chiesa di Colfosco.

Corvara-Pisciadù-Wasserfälle (1 Std. ca.)Der Weg beginnt bei der Talstation der Boè-Kabinenbahn und führt ebenläufig durch den Wald bis am Fuße der Pisciadù-Wasserfälle. Corvara-Pescosta-Colfosco (40 Min.)Vom Zentrum von Corvara aus geht man in Richtung Pescosta entlang der teilweise ansteigenden Str. Sassongher bis zur Kreuzung mit der Str. Merscia und setzt auf dieser Straße fort bis zur Kirche von Colfosco.

Corvara-Pisciadù Waterfall (1 hour approx.)The path begins at the base station of the Boè cable car, leads into the Borest wood and climbs gently up to the Pisciadù waterfall.Corvara-Pescosta-Colfosco (40 min.)From the centre of Corvara the path descends towards Pescosta and continues uphill on the Sassongher road till to the crossroad of the Merscia road and from here to the church of Colfosco.

COLFOSCO Colfosco-Val Stella Alpina (1 ora ca.)

Dal centro di Colfosco si sale lungo il sentiero che porta fino al rifugio Edelweiss. Da qui si può proseguire, prendendo il sentiero a destra, fino al Col Pradat.Colfosco-Corvara (40 min.)Dalla chiesa di Colfosco si cammina in direzione della strada Merscia e si prosegue su questa fino a Corvara.

Colfosco-Edelweißtal (1 Std. ca.) Vom Zentrum von Colfosco steigt man bis zur Edelweißhütte auf. Von hier aus kann man entlang des Weges auf der rechten Seite den Col Pradat erreichen.Colfosco-Corvara (40 Min.)Von der Kirche Colfosco geht man in Richtung Straße Merscia und folgt dieser bis nach Corvara.

Colfosco-Val Stella Alpina (1 hour approx)From the centre of Colfosco ascend to the Edelweiss refuge. From here continue, taking the path on the right up to Col Pradat.Colfosco-Corvara (40 min.)From the church in Colfosco take the path that leads to the crossroad of the Merscia road and descend to Corvara village centre.

LA VILLA La Villa-Lech da Sompunt (30 min ca.)

La strada parte dalla chiesa di La Villa e prosegue pianeggiante sulla strada Rottonara fino ai masi Sotsas e al lago Sompunt. La Villa-Cianins-Badia ( 2 ore ca.)Dal centro del paese si scende verso Altin, si attraversa il ponticello e si risale per la strada Cianins in direzione dei masi Craciorara e Fistì e da qui si arriva fino a Badia. Per il ritorno si può prendere il sentiero che costeggia il torrente, scendendo dalla scuola sci lungo il piccolo sentiero sulla sinistra.

La Villa-Lech da Sompunt (30 Min. ca.)Der Weg startet bei der Kirche von La Villa und setzt auf der ebenen Str. Rottonara bis zum Hof Sotsas und dem Sompunt See fort. La Villa-Cianins-Badia ( 2 Std. ca.)Vom Dorfzentrum steigt man in Richtung Altin ab, überquert die kleine Brücke und setzt auf der Str. Cianins in Richtung der Höfe Craciorara und Fistì fort. Von hier aus erreicht man das Dorf Badia. Zurück gehen kann man entlang des Flusses. Diesen Weg erreicht man von der Skischule aus, auf dem schmalen links absteigenden Weg.

La Villa-Lech da Sompunt (30 min. approx.)The road starts at the church in La Villa and climbs gently on the Rottonara road up to the Sotsas farms and the Sompunt lake. La Villa-Cianins-Badia (2 hours approx.)From the village centre descend towards Altin, cross the little bridge and ascend the Cianins road towards the Craciorara and Fistì farms from where you reach Badia. For the return you can take the path along the river, descending from the ski school along the small trail on the left.

SAN CASSIANO San Cassiano-Malga Valparola (1 ora ca.)

Dall’Hotel Armentarola si imbocca il sentiero verso Prè de Costa e si prosegue fino a giungere ai margini del bosco. Da qui si raggiunge, sempre seguendo il sentiero nr. 18, la malga Valparola. San Cassiano-Piz Sorega-Pralongià (1.30 ore ca.)Dal paese di San Cassiano si raggiunge il Piz Sorega in cabinovia. Da qui si imbocca sulla sinistra il sentiero nr. 23 che, rimanendo sempre in quota, porta verso Bioch e Pralongià.

San Cassiano-Valparola Alm (1 Std. ca.)Vom Hotel Armentarola aus schlägt man den Weg in Richtung Prè de Costa ein und setzt bis zum Waldrand fort. Von hier erreicht man, den Weg Nr. 18 folgend, die Valparola-Alm.San Cassiano-Piz Sorega-Pralongià (1.30 Std. ca.)Man startet vom Dorfzentrum und erreicht den Piz Sorega mit der Kabinenbahn. Von hier aus folgt man links den Weg Nr. 23 Richtung Bioch und Pralongià.

San Cassiano-Malga Valparola (pasture) (1 hour approx.)From the Hotel Armentarola take the path towards Prè de Costa and continue up to the edge of the wood. From here you reach, walking along the path nr. 18, the Valparola pasture.San Cassiano-Piz Sorega-Pralongià (1.30 hour approx.)Starting from the village ascend by cable car to the Piz Sorega. From here take on the left the path nr. 23 towards Bioch and Pralongià.

BADIA Badia-Lech da Sompunt (30 min. ca.)

Dalla casa del municipio di Badia si imbocca la strada Pedraces che porta ai masi Ciaminades e Paracia, sboccando nella conca del Lech da Sompunt.Quì c'é la possibilità di ristoro e sul laghetto si può pattinare.Badia-Oies (1.30 ore ca.)Dalla chiesa di San Leonardo si imbocca la strada Anvì proseguendo fino al bivio, dove si imbocca sulla sinistra la strada Sotrù verso il santuario di Oies. Da qui, proseguendo verso la pista da sci ed il maso Rainé si ritorna in paese.

Badia-Lech da Sompunt (30 Min. ca.)Vom Gemeindehaus aus schlägt man die Straße Pedraces ein und setzt auf der Straße Runcac fort. Diese Straße steigt in Richtung der Höfe Ciaminades und Paracia auf und führt direkt bis zum Sompunt See. Hier besteht Einkehr-möglichkeit. Der See ist ein beliebter Platz zum Schlittschuhlaufen.

Badia-Oies (1.30 Std. ca.)Bei der Kirche St. Leonhard schlägt man die Straße Anvì ein und setzt bis zur Kreuzung fort, wo man links auf der Straße Sotrù bis zur Heiligenstätte von Oies kommt. Von hier aus kann man in Richtung Skipiste und Rainé Hof zurück ins Dorf spazieren.

Badia-Sompunt lake (30 min. approx.)From the city hall in Badia take the Pedraces and the Runcac roads which lead to the Ciaminades and Paracia farms, opening out into the basin of the Sompunt lake. At the lakeside there is a café/eating area and on the lake is a ice-skating.Badia-Oies (1.30 hour approx.)From the San Leonardo church take the Anvì road and continue on the left along the Sotrù road towards the Oies sanctuary. Then continue in direction of the ski slope to the Rainé farm on the path towards the starting point.

LA VAL La Val-Cians-Chiesa Santa Barbara (1 ora ca.)

Partendo dalla chiesa di La Val si sale lungo la strada in direzione Cians. Da questo gruppo di case parte un sentiero che porta fino alla chiesetta di Santa Barbara. Pederoa-Corcela/Badia (2 ore ca.)Dalla zona artigianale parte una passeggiata che segue pianeggiante il torrente fino all’incrocio con la strada che porta alla località Corcela/Badia.

La Val-Cians-St.Barbara Kirche (1 Std. ca.)Von der Dorfkirche aus steigt man entlang der Straße in Richtung der Fraktion Cians auf. Von hier aus startet ein ebener Weg bis zur kleinen St. Barbara Kirche. Pederoa-Corcela/Badia (2 Std. ca.)Der Spaziergang startet von der Handwerkerzone Pederoa aus und setzteben entlang des Flusses bis zur Kreuzung mit der Strasse in Richtung Corcela/Badia, fort.

From this group of houses there is a level path which leads to the little church of Santa Barbara.
