Preparatory works

Preparation works are crucial for purposeful

and cost efficient pipe rehabilitation

• CCTV

• Analsis of sewer condition

• Qualified engineers evaluate the pictures

• Rehabilitation concepts are elaborated

condition of sewer and a cost estimation for the

rehabilitation


MCS Inliner

Dimensions: DN 300 – 3,000 mm

Area of application:

Drains, storm water, sewer

Profiles: Circular, egg, ovoid, and the like

Length:

Rehabilitation up to 500 m per

installation pit, reaming performance up to 6

m/hour (with AKF reaming machine)

Pipe materials:

Reaming only possible in brick sewer or in

situ concrete pipes

Assessment of existing sewer (pipeline)

Grouting of the annular gap

• Grout has an excellent flow-capacity and is

shrinkage compensated

• Grout is delivered with pumps using hose pipes

and brought in via grouting holes in the pipe

• Fill the annular gap

Cured-in-place pipe

• Liner is saturated with resin

• Liner is fixed on the inversion stand and

inverted into the damaged sewer via manhole

channels, using the hydrostatic pressure of hot

water

• Subsequently curing of liner

• House connections are re-opened precisely by

robots

Profile: only circular profiles

Length: Sections up to 150 – 200 m / day

Materials: Steal, grey cast iron, fiber

cement, concrete, PE/PVC,

• Enlargement of cross section between 1 and 2

dimensions (e.g. DN 80 to DN 90)

GRP pipe production

• Production of circular, egg and special shaped

profiles in various dimensions and length

• Dimensions: up to 3,200 mm diameter

• Length: from 0.5 to 6 meter

• 8.000 m² production hall


Structure of the GRP liner:

• The liner has a chemically durable resin layer at

the inside, a barrier layer, a structural layer and

an external silica layer

• These willl be produced in different thicknesses

depending on the customer requirments
