Die ANIMALIA-Edition umfasst fünf tierisch-wilde Vasen von Stani Jan Borowski. Die Objekte bestehen aus mehrschichtigem, klarem und farbigem Glas. Jedes der edlen Stücke wird vom Künstler eigenhändig angefertigt, nummeriert und signiert. Es werden aufwendige Techniken aus der Heiß- und Kaltglasbearbeitung angewendet. Der Korpus wird mundgeblasen und an-schliessend im heißen Zustand modeliert. Das noch glühende Objekt wird mit feinen Appli-kationen versehen und erhält langsam seine abschliessende Form. Nach dem Abkühlen wird das Werk sorgsam weiterverarbeitet: in mehreren Schritten geschliffen, in Handarbeit mattiert, versiegelt und zuletzt partiell mit 24-karätigem Gold verziert.

Die Edition ist weltweit auf je 49 Exemplare limitiert.

The ANIMALIA collection includes 5 wild vases created, numbered and signed by Stani Jan Borowski. Each of these exquisite pieces is composed of multilayered clear and colored glass, using highly sophisticated techniques of both hot and cold glass processing. The body of the vase is mouth blown and modeled while in a hot state. In the next phase, several fine applica-tions are attached to the glowing item as it obtains its final form. The vase must then cool for hours before it can undergo several rounds of polishing, then frosting. Finally, to complete the object, it is decorated with 24 carat gold.

The edition is limited to 49 of each vases worldwide.
