Einbaubeispiel ohne Pressdichtungsflansch

EinbauhinweiseVerbau des Pressdichtungsflansches (Art.-Nr. 48 878.01 / 48 811.01)Das Verpressen von Dichtungsbahnen ist mit einem maximalen Anzugsmomentvon 4-8 Nm (siehe Tabelle) durchzuführen. Beim Einbau in drückendes Wassermuss die Dichtungsbahn nach DIN EN 18195-5 mind. eine Dicke von 1,2 mmaufweisen. Beim Einbau mit Heißbitumen ist die Temperatur im Pressdich-tungsflanschbereich von max. 400°C kurzfristig (ca. 1-2 min) zulässig. Tempera-turbeständigkeit des KESSEL-Parkdeckablaufkörpers und des Rostes ist mit220°C so hoch, dass ein Einbau im Asphalt problemlos erfolgen kann.

Gewährleistung1. Ist eine Lieferung oder Leistung mangelhaft, so hat KESSEL nach Ihrer Wahl den Mangel

durch Nachbesserung zu beseitigen oder eine mangelfreie Sache zu liefern. Schlägt dieNachbesserung zweimal fehl oder ist sie wirtschaftlich nicht vertretbar, so hat derKäufer/Auftraggeber das Recht, vom Vertrag zurückzutreten oder seine Zahlungspflichtentsprechend zu mindern. Die Feststellung von offensichtlichen Mängeln muss unver-züglich, bei nicht erkennbaren oder verdeckten Mängeln unverzüglich nach ihrerErkennbarkeit schriftlich mitgeteilt werden. Für Nachbesserungen und Nachlieferungenhaftet KESSEL in gleichem Umfang wie für den ursprünglichen Vertragsgegenstand. FürNeulieferungen beginnt die Gewährleis-tungsfrist neu zu laufen, jedoch nur im Umfangder Neulieferung.Es wird nur für neu hergestellte Sachen eine Gewährleistung übernommen.Die Gewährleistungsfrist beträgt 24 Monate ab Auslieferung an unseren Vertragspartner.§ 377 HGB findet weiterhin Anwendung.Über die gesetzliche Regelung hinaus erhöht die KESSEL AG die Gewährleistungsfrist fürLeichtflüssigkeitsabscheider, Fettabscheider, Schächte, Kleinkläranlagen undRegenwasserzisternen auf 20 Jahre bezüglich Behälter. Dies bezieht sich auf dieDichtheit, Gebrauchstauglichkeit und statische Sicherheit.Voraussetzung hierfür ist eine fachmännische Montage sowie ein bestimmungsgemäßerBetrieb entsprechend den aktuell gültigen Einbau- und Bedienungsanleitungen und dengültigen Normen.

2. KESSEL stellt ausdrücklich klar, dass Verschleiß kein Mangel ist. Gleiches gilt für Fehler,die aufgrund mangelhafter Wartung auftreten.Hinweis: Das Öffnen von versiegelten Komponenten oder Verschraubungen darf nurdurch den Hersteller erfolgen. Andernfalls könen Gewährleistungsansprüche ausge-schlossen sein. Stand 01. 06. 2010

Installation informationInstallation with pressure clamping seal (Article # 48878.01 / 48811.01)The clamping flange bolts should be tightened to a maximum torque of 4 to 8Nm (see table) to the sealing membrane. If being installed to protect againstmoisture / water DIN EN 18195-5 requires a minimum membrane thickness of1.2 mm. When sealing hot bituminous membranes to the Ecoguss drain a maxtemperature of 400 deg Celsius is allowed for a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Thetemperature resistance (220 deg Celsius) of the park drain grill / cover allows itto be installed in hot asphalt without any precautions.

Warranty1. In the case that a KESSEL product is defective, KESSEL has the option of repairing

or replacing the product. If the product remains defective after the second attemptto repair or replace the product or it is economically unfeasible to repair or replacethe product, the customer has the right to cancel the order / contract or reduce pay-ment accordingly. KESSEL must be notified immediately in writing of defects in aproduct. In the case that the defect is not visible or difficult to detect, KESSEL mustbe notified immediately in writing of the defect as soon as it is discovered. If the pro-duct is repaired or replaced, the newly repaired or replaced product shall receive anew warranty identical to that which the original (defective) product was granted.The term defective product refers only to the product or part needing repair or repla-cement and not necessarily to the entire product or unit. KESSEL products are war-ranted for a period of 24 month. This warranty period begins on the day the productis shipped form KESSEL to its customer. The warranty only applies to newly manu-factured products. Additional information can be found in section 377 of the HGB.In addition to the standard warranty, KESSEL offers an additional 20 year warrantyon the polymer bodies of class I / II fuel separators, grease separators, inspectionchambers, wastewater treatment systems and rainwater storage tanks. This addi-tional warranty applies to the watertightness, usability and structural soundness ofthe product. A requirement of this additional warranty is that the product is properlyinstalled and operated in accordance with the valid installation and user's manualas well as the corresponding norms / regulations.

2. Wear and tear on a product will not be considered a defect. Problems with productsresulting from improper installation, handling or maintenance will also not be consi-dered a defect.Note: Only the manufacturer may open sealed components or screw connections.Otherwise, the warranty may become null and void
