DSD Steel Group Saarlouis

Die im Jahre 2004 neu formierte DSD Steel Group GmbH besteht aus mittelständigen Unternehmen, die mit einer langjährigen Erfahrung in den beiden Geschäftssegmenten Stahlbau und Maintenance auf dem nationalen und inter nationalen Markt tätig sind.

Im Stahlbau repräsentieren die Unternehmen die Kerngeschäftsfelder Stahlhochbau, Brückenbau und Stahlwasserbau mit Fachkompetenz im Engi-neering, in der Projektleitung, Fertigung und Mon-tage. Diese werden ergänzt durch spezielle Berei-che, wie den Containerkranbau und die Hütten-montagetechnik.

Im Segment Maintenance steht der Kunde „Stahl-erzeugende Industrie“ im Focus der europaweit tätigen Firmen bei der Erstellung schlüsselfertiger Anlagen, Baugruppenreparatur, Instandhaltung und Montage.

Die Philosophie der Gruppe ist, mit wirtschaftlich operierenden dezentralen Einheiten mit hoher eigener Fachkompetenz gezielt Produkt/Marktbe-reiche zu bearbeiten. Darüber hinaus bietet eine bedarfsgerechte Kombination unterschiedlicher Kompetenzen gegenüber dem Kunden ein schnitt-stellenoptimiertes Leistungsspektrum, welches kaum ein anderes Stahlbau- oder Maintenance-Unternehmen so anbieten kann.

Dabei stehen hohe Qualitäts- und Sicherheits-standards für die gesamte DSD Gruppe an vorderster Stelle. Gut ausgebildete und erfahrene Mitarbeiter, eingesetzt in Teams vom technischen Büro bis zur Baustelle, bilden die Grundlage unseres Erfolges.

Die Firmengruppe beschäftigt im Jahre 2010 weltweit ca. 2000 Mitar-beiter und erzielt einen Jahresum-satz von ca. 250 Mio. .

Die DSD Steel Group GmbH, mit Sitz in Saarlouis, führt als Holding die Unternehmen der Gruppe.

The DSD Steel Group GmbH was formed in the year 2004 as a collection of medium-sized companies active and with many long years of experience in the national and interna-tional market in the two business sectors of steel construc-tion and maintenance.

In the field of steel construction, the companies in the Group represent the core business areas of structural engi-neering, bridge-building and steel construction for hydro-mechanical engineering, in project management, manufac-turing and erection. These skills are complemented by spe-cialised areas such as the construction of container cranes and assembly technology for the iron and steel industry.

In the maintenance segment, the “steel-producing industry” is the principal customer for these companies, who are active across Europe in the construction of ready-to-use plants, the repair of component assemblies, plant and machine maintenance and assembly.

The philosophy of the Group intended to be executed by means of decentralised units operating in a cost-effective manner, each having its own product and market sectors targeted towards its own particular areas of specialist expertise. In addition, a combination of differing skills in accordance with demand offers the customer a wide range of services optimised in terms of interfaces – which is something that very few other steel construction or mainte-nance companies are in a position to offer.

High quality and safety standards are also characteristic of the entire DSD Group. Well-trained and experienced employees deployed in teams, from the technical office to the construction site, make up the basis of our success.

This group of companies employs around 2000 employees around the world, and realises an annual turnover of around 250 million .

Das Leistungsangebot umfasst Instandhaltungsservice von Indust-rieanlagen, insbesondere von Anlagen in Stahl- und Walzwerken, Hochöfen, Kraftwerken, Chemieanlagen und elektrotechnischen Anlagen bis 30 kV. Des Weiteren führt die IMB GmbH Neumontagenvon Transportanlagen durch und ist tätig auf dem Gebiet des Rohr-leitungs- und Stahlbaus sowie bei der Montage und Wartung von Windkraftanlagen.

Die fachgerechte Ausführung der Arbeiten wird durch entspre-chende Zertifikate und Zulassungen belegt.

The company's range of services includes the maintenance and repair of industrial plants, and in particular of plants in steel works and rolling works, blast furnaces, power plants, chemical processing plants and electrotechnical plants up to 30 kV.
