Das DeltaResort Ascona befindet sich in einer der weltweit schönsten Gegenden: dem Tessin - südlichster Kanton der Schweiz. In kürzester Zeit erreichen Sie wichtige Metropolen wie Mailand (1,5 Stunden) Zürich (2,5 Stunden) und München (4,5 Stunden) oder große Skigebiete wie St. Moritz (2,5 Stunden). Der Flughafen von Lugano ist nur 45 Minuten entfernt und bietet schnelles Boarding durch seine angenehme Grösse. Mehrmals täglich können Genf und Zürich angeflogen werden und führen zu einer schnellen Verbindung zum weltweiten Netz großer Fluggesellschaften. Der Flughafen Malpensa ist in eineinhalb Stunden zu erreichen und bietet weltweite Direktflüge an.

Major ski resorts such as St Moritz can be reached in just 2.5 hours.The airport of Lugano is only 45 minutes away and provides easy boarding due to its’ reasonable size. It offers regular daily flights to Geneva and Zurich for fast connection to the worldwide network of all major airlines. The choice of shopping is similarly abundant. You can enjoy typical Italian markets such as Canobbio and Luino with their authentic displays, the picturesque boutiques in Ascona or the latest in high fashion in nearby Lugano.

THE PARKHOTEL DELTA

Als das Delta Hotel im Jahr 1962 gebaut wurde, war es die Vision des Hausherrn Signor Ambrosoli, ein Hotel wie kein anderes zu schaffen. Seine Vorstellung war ein Ort, an dem ein paar ausgewählte Gäste sich zu Hause fühlen und den Raum und die Ruhe haben würden, um sich wirklich von der hektischen Außenwelt entspannen zu können.Schon damals schien es eine unvorstellbare Verschwendung für alle außer Herrn Ambrosoli, einen Park von mehr als 70.000 m2 für ein Hotel mit nur 50 Zimmern zu erstellen. Doch sein Traum von Weite und wahrem Luxus bewies seine Weitsicht: Innerhalb von nur wenigen Jahren wurde das Parkhotel Delta ein Ort, an dem sich der Jet Set, berühmte Künstler und Industrielle einfinden würden wie in keinem anderen Hotel. Der diskrete Luxus, die Weitläufigkeit und der entspannte Chic waren es wonach sich jeder sehnte. Und noch heute macht diese exklusive Mischung aus legerem Luxus, Raffinesse und doch persönlichem Service das Delta zu einem einzigartigen Hotel, in dem jeder Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis und einer wertvollen Erinnerung wird.

When the Delta Hotel was created in 1962 the vision was to create a hotel like no other where a selected few could feel at home and have the space and tranquility to truly relax from the hectic world outside.Creating a park of more than 70.000 m2 for a hotel with only 50 rooms was even then an unthinkable extravagance for everybody except Mr Ambrosoli. He had a dream of spaciousness and true luxury, and history has proven him right: Within only a few years, the Parkhotel Delta became the place where the wealthy, famous artists and industrialists would mingle like in no other hotel.With its’ unpretentious luxury it provided the relaxed chic everybody was longing for. Still today this eclectic mixture of casual luxury and sophistication, yet personal service makes the Delta a unique hotel in which every stay becomes an unforgettable experience and a treasured memory.

Die elegante Architektur, eine moderne Infrastruktur und modernste Bauweisen machen die 52 Wohnungen, verteilt über 4 Gebäuden, zum idealen Feriendomizil. Der Besitz einer DeltaResort Apartments bedeutet nicht nur das Eigentum einer einzigartigen Immobilie mit überwältigender Aussicht und ausgezeichnetem Design, sondern auch viele herausragende Vorteile. Die DeltaResort Wohnungen entstehen in einer planerisch als hoteltouristisch beschreibenen Bauzone, was eine enge und fruchtvolle Verbindung zwischen Wohnungsbesitzern und Parkhotel Delta mit seinen Erholungsstrukturen und Dienstleistungen garantiert und die Weitervermietung der Wohnungen durch die Hotelverwaltung auf Grund einer langfristigen Abmachung ermöglicht.

Hotel Service GebührWährend den Monaten in denen das Parkhotel geöffnet ist (12 Monate pro Jahr), sind alle Wohnungsbesitzer des DeltaResort dazu verplichtet, eine Hotelservice Gebühr von CHF 400 pro Monat für die Nützung der Hoteleinrichtungen und des Services zu bezahlen. In den CHF 400/Monat sind inbegriffen:• Benutzung des Hotelparks• Benutzung des Fitness-Studios (neu gebaut)• Benutzung der Indoor- und Outdoor Schwimmbäder• Mitgliedschaft im DeltaClub (Vergünstigungsvorteile)

DeltaClub MitgliedAlle Wohnungbesitzer werden automatisch ‘Mitglied des DeltaClub’. Durch diese Mitgliedschaft erhält man eine Vergünstigung für die folgenden Einrichtungen:• Gebührenpflichtige Hotelangebote (Restaurant, Bar, Beauty & Wellness, usw.)• weitere Vergünstigungen, noch zu definieren (Golf, Restaurants, Shops, etc.)

Hotel Service FeeDuring the months that the Parkhotel Delta is open (12 months a year), all owners of an apartment in the DeltaResort are obliged to pay a Hotel Service Fee of CHF 400 a month for using the facilities and services of the Parkhotel Delta.Included in this CHF 400/month is:• using the hotel park• using the fitness-studio (new constructed)• using the indoor - and outdoor pools• membership DeltaClub (discount benefits)

DeltaClub memberAll owners of an apartment in the DeltaResort, become automatically a ‘member of the DeltaClub’. With this membership they have a 10% on the following facilities:• payable hotel facilities (restaurant, bar, beauty & wellness, etc.)• other benefits still to define (golf, restaurants, shops, etc.)

The DeltaResort Apartments are elegant and luxurious apartments in one of the world’s most beautiful and safe locations. The elegant architecture, modern infrastructure and state of the art construction methods make these 52 apartments, divided over 4 buildings, ideal as a holiday residence. The ownership of a DeltaResort apartment will not only mean owning a unique property with stunning views and excellent design, but also many outstanding benefits. The DeltaResort apartments are constructed in a zone indicated as hotel/ tourist construction zone, which close and fruitful connection between apartment owners and Parkhotel Delta, with its recreation structures and services guarantees and enables the re-leasing of apartments by the hotel management due to a long-term agreement.

Intro

Die DeltaResort Wohnungen bestehen aus vier neuen Villen, die vom italienischen Architekten Carlo Bottoni gestaltet wurden. In jedem Gebäude gibt es 13 Wohnungen, mit 2½, 3½, 4½ und 5½ Zimmer-Wohnungen mit schöner Terrassen oder Garten.

The DeltaResort apartments are located in 4 villas, designed by the Italian architect Carlo Bottoni. Every Villa hosts 13 apartments, divided as 2.5, 3.5, 4.5 and 5.5 rooms apartments with nice terrace or garden.
