So sind rotierende Propeller bei jedem Flug-zeugmodell selbstverständlich - bei Dop-peldeckern werden sogar die Spanndrähte der Flügel angedeutet – dazu viele weitere Drucke und Einzelteile, die die Modelle zu ganz besonderen Sammlerstücken machen.

Auch hier werden die Bemalungen jeweils einem der Piloten aus der damaligen Zeit zugeordnet – mit entsprechenden Hinter-grundinformationen. Way back at the end of the 1980s, Herpa Miniaturmodelle was already producing high-quality airplane models in various model scales. Today, with its Collection including the most varied airplanes – from the historic bipla-ne to classic planes and modern jets such as the A380, all the way up to the super-modern stealth jet -, the model manufacturer offers an enormous selection. Besides high-quality collector’s items in the finest detail, the SnapFit series thrills younger fans with simple snap-in models. In 2015, Herpa started distribution for the Oxford Aviation Series throughout Mainland Europe.
