Working with high pressure

Die Neuenhauser Kompressorenbau GmbH gründete sich im Zuge

der Übernahme des Kompressorenbauprogrammes der Firma

Jos. L. Meyer im Jahre 1986. Seitdem entwickelt, fertigt und

vertreibt NK luft- und wassergekühlte Kolbenkompressoren mit

Betriebsdrücken von bis zu 60 bar.

1995 übernahm NK die Druckbehälterfertigung mit

Ventilköpfen von der Firma Thyssen Umformtechnik in Bielefeld.

Um unseren Kunden ein komplettes Lieferprogramm im Bereich

Startluft- und Arbeitsluftanlagen anbieten zu können, wurde im

Jahre 2000 ein Fachhändlervertrag mit der Firma

Tech Development Inc. über den Vertrieb von TDI TURBOTWINTM

Druckluftanlassern abgeschlossen.

NK Druckluftkomponenten werden sowohl zum Starten von

Diesel- und Gasmotoren als auch zur Erzeugung und Aufbereitung

der Arbeits- und Steuerluft in der Schiffahrt, auf

Ölbohrplattformen, in Kraftwerken, im Anlagenbau, in der

Industrie und im Handwerk verwendet.

Neuenhauser Kompressorenbau GmbH was founded by taking

over the entire compressor manufacturing program of

Jos. L. Meyer in 1986. Since then air and water cooled piston type

air compressors with operating pressures up to 60 bar are

developed and manufactured by NK.

In 1995 NK took over the air receiver program of Thyssen

Umformtechnik located in Bielefeld.

To serve our customers with a complete product range in the

field of starting air, working air and control air systems

NK became authorized distributor of TDI TURBOTWINTM Engine Air

Starters of Tech Development Inc. (TDI).

NK air system components are used primarily for starting Diesel

and Gas engines. Moreover NK supplies compressed air plants as

well as air purification systems for working and control air

applications used for shipping, offshore and onshore oil rigs,

power plants and industry.

Luftgekühlte Kompressoren

Luftgekühlte NK Kolbenkompressoren der Baureihe 09.2.2.-43.2.2 sind Einzylinderkompressoren. Sie verdichten die atmosphärische Luft in 2 Stufen auf Betriebsdrücke von bis zu 40 bar.Luftgekühlte NK Kolbenkompressoren der Baureihe 40.2.3-80.2.3 verdichten die atmosphärische Luft in 3 Stufen auf Betriebsdrücke von bis zu 40 bar und sind je nach Volumenstrom mit ein bis drei Zylindern ausgerüstet.

Ausführungen:• Kompressorblock mit Lüfterschwungrad, Ansaug- filter, Zwischen- und Nachkühler, Kondensatablaß, Sicherheitsventile und Manometer in jeder Stufe• Kompressoraggregat bestehend aus Kompressorblock, direkt angetrieben, flexible Kupplung, E-Motor, elastische Lagerung, Rückschlagventil, Öl- und Wasserabscheider, flexible Schläuche für den Druckluft- und Kondensatanschluß, Schwingungsdämpfer• Kompressoraggregat komplett mit Schaltschrank für den automatischen Betrieb, Überstromrelais, Betriebsstundenzähler, Druckschalter und E-Magnetventilen für den Kondensatablaß

Wassergekühlte NK Kolbenkompressoren der Baureihe 28.1.2-50.1.2 sind Einzylinder-kompressoren. Sie verdichten die atmosphärische Luft in 2 Stufen auf Betriebsdrücke von bis zu 40 bar.

Wassergekühlte NK Kolbenkompressoren der Baureihe HD verdichten die atmosphärische Luft in zwei Stufen auf bis zu 40 bar und sind je nach Volumenstrom mit ein oder zwei Zylindern ausgerüstet.

Auf Nachfrage können ergänzende Ausstattungen geliefert werden wie z.B. eine elektronische Steuerung, ein integrierter Kälte- trockner, frequenz- geregelter Antrieb, potentialfreie Kontakte oder halogenfreie Kabel.

For easy access the soundproofed doors can be removed, a separate oil separator is not required. Druckbehälter /Druckgeräte

Dabei haben wir uns auf die Herstellung von Start-luftbehältern spezialisiert, welche zur Speicherung von Druckluft dienen, die zum Starten von Groß-dieselmotoren benötigt wird. Haupteinsatzbereiche sind industrielle Kraftwerksanlagen und Schiffs-antriebe.Die Behälter gemäß oder in Anlehnung an DIN 6274 bzw. DIN 6275 werden standardmäßig in den Größen von 30 bis 2500 Litern für einen Betriebs-druck von 30 bar geliefert. Größere Behälter und Sonderausführungen mit Inhalten bis ca. 25.000 Litern oder mit anderen Betriebsdaten fertigen wir nach Kundenwunsch. Die Behälter und Ventilköpfe werden nach den Regeln der internationalen Klassifikations- und Abnahmegesellschaften konstruiert, hergestellt, geprüft und zertifiziert.
