Der VDMA (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau) ist gemeinsam mit der FVA (Forschungsvereinigung Antriebstechnik e. V.) ideeller Träger der internationalen Leitmesse MobiliTec. Das Forum E-MOTIVE im VDMA geht neue Wege: Hier forschen Autobauer und Antriebsspezialisten aus Maschinenbau und Elektrotechnik gemeinsam an Herausforderungen, welche künftige Elektro- und Hybridantriebe an sie stellen und bauen Know-how für Mobilitätstechnologien auf. Mit dem VDMA-Forum E-MOTIVE ist der deutsche Maschinenbau angetreten, um die Zusammenarbeit der Unternehmen zum Ausbau Deutschlands als Leitanbieter für Elektromobilität zu fördern. E-MOTIVE ist der Expertentreff für Industrieentwickler und Wissenschaft. Das Jahr über kommen Entwickler in Forschungsprojektgruppen zusammen. Aus den Forschungsprojekten heraus werden Veranstaltungen für Experten angeboten. Auf der Hannover Messe präsentieren die Unternehmen ihre aktuellen Entwicklungen im Rahmen der internationalen Leitmesse MobiliTec in Halle 25 auf dem E-MOTIVE Gemeinschaftsstand (M11). The VDMA (German Engineering Federation) and the FVA (Research Association for Drive Technology) jointly initiated the leading trade fair MobiliTec for Hybrid and Electric Powertrain Technologies, Mobile Energy Storage and Alternative Mobility. The VDMA-Forum E-MOTIVE breaks new ground by joining the forces of car manufacturers and specialists in drive technologies. Electrical and mechanical engineers face the challenges of electric and hybrid powertrain technologies together, to gain know-how for mobility technologies. The Forum E-MOTIVE is an initiative of the German engineering industry to support the collaboration of enterprises with the aim of assuring lead technologies for electromobility. E-MOTIVE brings industry specialists and academic researchers together. Throughout the year they meet in research project groups. The results are then presented in public conferences that are open to all experts in the field of electromobility. Enterprises present their latest developments on components of electrical and hybrid powertrains of vehicles and mobile machines at the Hanover Trade Fair. Bal Seal ist Hersteller von Dichtungs- und Federtechnologien. Als Material der Dichtung dient Teflon oder Teflon ähnliche Alternativen. Die Dichtungen sind individual Lösungen und werden anwenderspezifisch. Als aktives Element in den Dichtungen wird die sogenannte „schräggestellte“ Feder eingesetzt. Der Federtyp ist ein mathematisches Rechnungsmodell, wodurch Bal Seal in der Lage ist, zu jeder Dichtung die exakte Einsetzkraft zu errechnen. Die Kombination des Dichtungsentwurfes und -einsatzes der Feder bietet für fast jeden Markt eine einmalige und passende Lösungen. Großvolumige Fabriken zur Herstellung von Li-Ionen Batterien als schlüsselfertiges Produkt Der internationale Anlagenbauer M+W Group, mit Sitz in Stuttgart, ist seit 2008 im Bereich der Entwicklung, Planung und der Realisierung von Lithium-Ionen Batteriezellfabriken für internationale Automobilkonzerne sowie Batteriehersteller tätig. Produktinformation und Produktfotos 3,5kW OnBoard Charger von Eltek Deutschland GmbH ELTEK Deutschland zeigt auf der MobiliTec 2012 die neue Produktfamilie PowerCharger (GEN 2), die speziell für den Anwendungsbereich der E-Mobilität konzipiert ist. Es sind Ladegeräte, die für den Betrieb am einphasigen Netz mit 3500 Watt Ausgangsleistung bei über 96 Prozent Wirkungsgrad geeignet sind. ELTEK realisiert diese Produkte auf Basis der serienerprobten High Efficiency Technology (HE-Technologie): Damit wird sichergestellt, dass trotz kurzer Ladezeiten weniger Kühlung notwendig ist und weniger Energie eingespeist wird. Zuverlässigkeit und Langlebigkeit werden neben automotive-konformer Bauteileauswahl in hohem Maß durch die reduzierte Temperaturbelastung der Komponenten sichergestellt. Die hermetisch dichte „Verpackung“ des High Tech Laders, ein Aluminium-Druckgussgehäuse mit einer Dichtigkeit entsprechend IP6k9k. Eingangs- und Ausgangsanschlüsse sowie die CAN-Steuerschnittstelle und Kühlanschlüsse sind frontseitig positioniert. Die Steuerung übernimmt wie aus der ersten Generation bekannt eine CAN-Schnittstelle. AUTOSAR kompatible Gateways sind verfügbar und können intern optional bestückt werden. Product information and product photos 3.5kW OnBoardCharger from Eltek Deutschland GmbH ELTEK Deutschland presents a new product series named PowerCharger (GEN2), in particular designed for applications in electric mobility. The chargers are suitable for operation in a single-phase network with 3500 watt output at more than 96% efficiency. PowerCharger are based on the ELTEK high efficiency technology (HE-technology) which is well-proven in volume production. This ensures short charging time and simultaneously less cooling efforts which results in less energy consumption. Components meet automotive conformity and are highly reliable and long-lasting due to a reduced thermal load. An aluminium die-casting housing hermetically seals the charger and meets IP6k9k. Connectors for input, output, CAN interface and cooling are located at the front side for easy access. Controlling is realized with a CAN interface. AUTOSAR compatible gateways are available and can be implemented as an option. Bei dem Antriebskonzept powerMELA®, das in Zusammenarbeit mit der Sensor-Technik Wiedemann GmbH entwickelt wurde, wird durch einen Dieselmotor mit Hilfe einer Kombination aus Generator und Frequenzumrichter eine Gleichspannung von 750 Volt erzeugt. An dieses Bordnetz werden ölgekühlte Elektromotoren höchster Leistungs- und Momentendichte von Baumüller angeschlossen. Sie treiben über Getriebe die Räder an. Der Hochleistungsantrieb mit integriertem Umrichter arbeitet wahlweise als Motor oder Generator (Rekuperation). Zusätzlich werden auch die Nebenaggregate an Stelle einer hydraulischen oder starrmechanischen Verbindung mit den bekannten Vorteilen elektrisch betrieben. Durch das günstige Teillastverhalten im System sind mit diesem Ansatz Einsparungen im Kraftstoffverbrauch von über 30 Prozent möglich. Abbildung MELA

mobile work machinery and commercial vehicles
The powerMELA® concept uses a diesel motor together with a combination of generator and frequency converter to generate a DC voltage of 750 volts. Baumüller's compact, oil-cooled, high-performance and maximum torque electrical motors are connected to this on-board power supply and drive working wheels, either directly or using reduction gearing. This system removes the need for hydrostatic gearing, replacing such components with a combination of highly efficient electrical drives. The high-performance drive with integrated converter can work either as a motor or a generator as required. It can also drive high-performance accessory devices without the need for hydraulic or rigid mechanical connections. The excellent partial load behaviour of the system using this approach makes it possible to save more than 30% in fuel consumption.

Stanzen und Biegen von Draht und Band, das Laserschweißen von Materialdicken bis zu 3,0 mm sowie das Ultraschallschweißen für Verbindungen von z.B. Kupfer und Alluminium. SCHERDEL betreibt selbst eine Versuchsanlage und arbeitet eng mit den Marktführern zusammen. Die breite Kompetenz von SCHERDEL zeigt sich auch in der Herstellung eines Schaltrings für Hybridfahrzeuge, wobei Kupferwerkstoffe verschweißt und die gesamte Baugruppe mit temperaturbeständigem Kunststoff umspritzt wird. Der hybride Schaltring wird inzwischen in verschiedenen Ausführungen für unterschiedliche OEMs in Kleinserie in SCHERDELs leistungsstarkem Prototypenbau produziert.

In the area of e-mobility SCHERDEL offers various metal forming and joining processes. These include the stamping and bending of wire and strip material, laser welding of material up to 3.0 mm and ultrasound welding for joining non-ferrous metals like copper and aluminium. SCHERDEL operates an in-house test installation in close cooperation with the market leaders. SCHERDEL’s broad competency is reflected in the production of a gear shift ring for hybrid vehicles for which copper material is being welded and the assembly group partially moulded with temperature-resistant plastic. Different variations of the hybrid gear shift ring are now being produced in small volumes by our SCHERDEL Prototype Shop for various OEMs.
