In order to fulfil the applicable EU guidelines, all ELTRA products are provided with a CE sign. In order however to achieve conformity with the EU low voltage directive 73/23 EEC, a cover must be provided for some transformers, reactors and power supply units by the installer of the system, since no advance protection againstdirect contact is possible here for design reasons.

Die Lebensdauer von Transformatoren und Drosseln ist heute nahezu unbegrenzt. Dies ist darauf zurückzuführen, dass die verwendeten Materialien immer weiter verbessert werden sowie auf die qualifizierte Fertigung. Alle Produkte werden einer 100% Ausgangsprüfung unter-zogen.

Die Isolierstoffe sind ausgeführt nach IEC 85 und IEC 216 :Thermische Beständigkeit von Elektroisolierstoffen.Ausführbare Wärmeklassen sind :A (105°C), E (120°C), B (130°C), oder F (150°C)Normalerweise werden, falls nicht anders vereinbart, die Trans-formatoren in Wärmeklasse E ausgeführt.

Schutzklasse

Der Schutzklasse I entspricht ein Transformator, bei dem der Schutz gegen elektrischen Schlag nicht allein auf der Basisisolierung beruht, sondern der zusätzlich mit einem Erdungsanschluß versehen ist.

Der Schutzklasse II entspricht ein Transformator, bei dem der Schutz gegen elektrischen Schlag nicht allein auf der Basisisolierung beruht, sondern mit doppelter oder verstärkter Isolierung ausgestattet ist. Sie enthalten keine Vorrichtung zum Anschluß eines Schutzleiters.

Der Schutzklasse III entspricht ein Transformator, bei dem der Schutz gegen elektrischen Schlag auf der Versorgung mit SELV beruht und in den keine höhere Spannung als die SELV erzeugt werden.

Transformatoren werden nach der konstruktiven Art ihres Schutzes gegen gefährliche Körperströme (elektrischer Schlag) in 3 Schutz-klassen unterteilt.

CE Kennzeichnung

Um die gültigen EU Richtlinien zu erfüllen, sind soweit erforderlich alle ELTRA Produkte mit einem CE Zeichen versehen. Um jedoch die Konformität mit der EU Niederspannungsrichtlinie 73/23 EWG zu erlangen, muss bei einigen Transformatoren, Drosseln und Netzgeräten vom Errichter der Anlage eine Abdeckung vorgesehen werden, da hier im vorhinein aus Konstruktionsgründen kein Schutz gegen direktes Berühren möglich ist.

Alle Wicklungen werden mit Tränkharz imprägniert und ofen-getrocknet. Dadurch wird eine hohe mechanische Festigkeit, ein guter Feuchtschutz,sowie bestmögliche Isolierfestigkeit erzielt.Außerdem werden hochwertige lackisolierte Kupferdrähte verwendet.Für die Transformatorenkerne wird ausschließlich Dynamoblech und kornorientiertes Elektroblech eingesetzt um einen hohen Wirkungsgrad und ein kleines Gewicht zu erzielen.

Protection class

Transformers are classified according to their protection against electric shock.

Class III transformer is a transformer in which protection against electric shock relies on supply at SELV and in which voltages higher than those of SELV are not generated.

Class I transformer is a transformer in which protection against electric shock does not rely on basic insulation only,but which includes an additional safety precaution such as an earthing terminal.Class II transformer is a transformer in which protection against electric shock does not rely on basic insulation only, but in which additional safety precautions such as double insulation or reinforced insulation are provided, there being no provision for protective earthing or reliance upon installation conditions.


Begriffe Terminology

Kurzschlussfestigkeit

Die Klassifikation der Transformatoren erfolgt nach Art der Kurzschluss-festigkeit.Kurzschlussfester Transformator ist ein Transformator, bei dem die Temperatur festgelegte Grenzwerte nicht überschreitet, wenn der Trans-formator überlastet oder kurzgeschlossen ist und nach dem Entfernen der Überlast oder des Kurzschlusses weiter betriebsfähig ist.Bedingt kurzschlussfester Transformator ist ein kurzschluss-fester Transformator, ausgerüstet mit einer Schutzeinrichtung, die den Eingangs- oder den Ausgangsstromkreis öffnet oder den Strom verringert, wenn der Transformator überlastet oder kurzgeschlossen ist. Nach Entfernen der Überlast oder des Kurzschlusses und dem Rücksetzen oder Ersetzen der Schutzeinrichtung ist der Transformator wieder betriebsfähig. Beispiele für Schutzeinrichtungen sind:Sicherungen, Thermo-Schmelzsätze, Schutzschalter, Temperatur-sicherungen, Thermoschalter und Kaltleiter mit Auslösegeräten.

Nicht kurzschlussfester Transformator ist ein Transformator, der dazu bestimmt ist, gegen übermässige Temperaturen durch eine Schutzein-richtung geschützt zu werden, die nicht Bestandteil des Transformators

ist.

Fail-safe-Transformator ist ein Transformator, der infolge nicht bestim-mungsgemässen Gebrauchs bleibend ausfällt, aber für den Anwender

oder die Umgebung keine Gefahr darstellt.

ELV (Kleinspannung) Extra Low VoltageELV ist eine Spannung, die den oberen Grenzwert des Spannungs-bereiches 1 nicht überschreitet.SELV ist eine Spannung, die < 50V Wechselspannung oder < 120Vgeglätteter Gleichspannung zwischen den Leitern oder zwischen einem Leiter und Erde nicht überschreitet.Die Stromquellen müssen: - unabhängig oder- sicher getrenntvon höheren Spannungen oder FELV- Stromkreisen sein.

SELV-Stromkreis ist ein mit Schutztrennung gegenüber anderen Stromkreisen ausgeführter ELV-Stromkreis, der keine Anschlüsse zum Erden des Stromkreises oder der berührbaren leitfähigen Teile besitzt.

Im Ursprung stammen die ersten Buchstaben der Worte SELV, PELV, FELV aus dem Englischen.S = Safety (Sicherheit)P = Protective (Schutz)F = Functional (Funktion)ELV = Extra Low Voltage (Kleinspannung)

PELV-Stromkreis ist ein mit Schutztrennung gegenüber anderen Stromkreisen ausgeführter ELV-Stromkreis, der aus Funktions-gründen geerdet sein darf und / oder dessen berührbaren leitfähigen Teile geerdet sein dürfen.FELV-Stromkreis ist ein ELV-Stromkreis, bei dem die ELV-Spannung aus Funktionsgründen vorhanden ist und nicht die Anforderungen erfüllt, die an SELV undPELV gestellt werden.

Bemessungsleistung ist die Leistung am Ausgang eines Transformators. Sie ist das Produkt aus Bemessungs-Ausgangsstrom und Bemessungs-Ausgangsspannung.

Bemessungs-Ausgangsspannung ist die Spannung am Ausgang eines Transformators bei Bemessungs-Ausgangsstrom, Bemessungs-Eingangsspannung, Bemessungsfrequenz und Bemessungs-Leistungs-faktor.Leerlauf-Ausgangsspannung ist die Spannung eines unbelasteten Transformators bei Bemessungs-Eingangsspannung und Bemessungs-Frequenz.

Bemessungs-Eingangsspannung ist die für festgelegte Betriebsbe-dingungen zugeordnete Versorgungsspannung eines Transformators.

Leerlaufstrom ist der Strom eines unbelasteten Transformators bei Bemessungs-Eingangsspannung und Bemessungs-Frequenz.Leerlaufleistung ist die Leistung eines unbelasteten Transformators bei Bemessungs-Eingangsspannung und Bemessungs-Frequenz.Kurzschlußspannung ist die Spannung, die an der Eingangswicklung angelegt werden muss, damit bei kurzgeschlossener Ausgangswicklung der Bemessungs-Ausgangsstrom fliesst. Der Trenntransformator ist ein Transformator mit Schutztrennung zwischen Eingangs - und Ausgangswicklung. Trenntransformatoren werden zur elektrischen Trennung von Stromkreisen verwendet, um Gefahren einzuschränken, die sich aus der zufällig gleichzeitigen Berührung von Erde und unter Spannung stehenden Teilen oder Metallteilen ergeben, die im Fall eines Isolationsfehlers unter Spannung stehen können. Der Sicherheitstransformator ist ein Transformator zur Versorgung von SELV-Stromkreisen. Mit Sicherheitstransformatoren kann die Schutzmass-nahme “ Schutzkleinspannung ” erfüllt werden. Sicherheitstransfor-matoren sind dazu bestimmt, ein Gerät oder Verteilerstromkreise mit Spannungen bis 50 V a.c., bez. geglättete Gleichspannung bis 120 V (Leerlauf und Last) zu speisen, um im Fehlerfall unzulässig hohe und gefährliche Berührungsspannungen zu verhindern. Für Sicherheitstrans-formatoren gilt die DIN VDE 0570 Teil 2-6.

Alle Transformatoren werden, wenn nicht anders gefordert, so bemessen, dass die angegebene Bemessungs-Ausgangsspannung bei Bemessungs-leistung und Lleistungsfaktor cos phi = 1 erzielt wird. Bei Drehstrom ist die Bemessungs-Ausgangsspannung, die Spannung, die zwischen den drei Aussenleitern gegeneinander gemessen wird.

Die Bemessungs-Umgebungstemperatur ist die höchste Temperatur, bei der der Transformator unter bestimmungsgemässen Betriebsbedingungen im Dauerbetrieb betrieben werden kann. Wenn nicht anders vereinbart, werden die Transformatoren für eine Umgebungstemperatur von 40°C ausgelegt. Transformatoren sind so einzubauen, dass die notwendige Kühlung gewährleistet ist. Besonders in Gehäusen mit hoher Schutzart muss das beachtet werden. Transformatoren mit Kühlkanälen müssen so eingebaut sein, dass die Kanäle senkrecht verlaufen und die Kanal-ein und -ausgänge frei von Luftzirkulationshindernissen sind.Abweichend von 40°C Umgebungstemperatur muss für höhere Temperaturen die Bemessungsleistung entsprechend folgender Tabelle vermindert werden.

Auslegung von Spartransformatoren / rating calculation of auto transformers

Errechnung von Spartransformatoren Working out of the rating

Spartransformatoren haben eine leitende Verbindungzwischen Primär- und Sekundärwicklung.Es ist keine galvanische Trennung vorhanden.Die Baugröße ist abhängig von dem Spannungs-übersetzungsverhältnis und kann erheblich kleinerwerden, als eine Ausführung mit getrennten Wicklungen.

Die Bauleistung errechnet sich wie folgt:

Bauleistung = Durchgangsleistung x (1-Unterspannung / Oberspannung)

Beispiel:OberspannungUnterspannungDurchgangsleistung

1000 VA x (1 - 110V / 220V) = 500 VA

Anstelle eines Transformators der Baugröße 1000 VA,wird eine Transformator der Baugröße 500 VA benötigt.

Bei Bestellung ist die Durchgangsleistung anzugeben.

Auto transformers have a conducing connection betweenthe primary and secondary windings. There is nogavanical separation.According to the transformation ratio and a considerable material economy can be achieved.

The core power is calculated as follows:

Core power =Rated power x (1-Undervoltage / High voltage)

Example:High voltageUndervoltageRated power

1000 VA x (1 - 400V / 500V) = 200VA

It can be used a transformer with a core power of 200 VA.

The rated power must be in order specification.

Andere Bedingungen, insbesondere vorgedruckte Einkaufsbedin-gungen haben nur Gültigkeit, wenn sie von uns schriftlich aner-kannt werden.

Falls nicht ausdrücklich anders vereinbart, verstehen sich die Prei-se in Euro ab Werk, ausschließlich Verpackung, Fracht, Zoll, Mehr-.wertsteuer und Versicherung.

Bei Kupfernotierungen höher als 1,55 Euro / kg DEL-Notiz am Tage des Auftragseingangs ( Presse-Notierung vom Börsen-V or-tag) wird ein der Differenz und dem Einsatzgewicht entsprech-ender Kupferzuschlag (CU-TZ) erhoben. Die Einführung eines Eisenzuschlags (FE-TZ) bei unvorhergesehenen Verteuerungen auf dem Stahlsektor (Dynamobleche, Armaturen, Gehäuse) behalten wir uns vor.

Bei Überschreitung der Zahlungsfrist werden vom Fälligkeitstag an unter Vorbehalt der Geltendmachung eines weiteren Verzugsscha-dens die banküblichen Kreditkosten als Verzugszinsen berechnet.

Kommt der Auftraggeber mit einer Zahlung in Verzug, geht ein Wechsel zu Protest, nimmt er Übereignungen vor oder wird von an-derer Seite Betreibungsklage gegen ihn erhoben, so werden alle, auch die nicht fälligen Rechnungen, zur sofortigen Zahlung fällig.

Bei jeder Zahlung ist unbedingt die Nummer unserer Rechnung anzugeben.

Zahlungen sind zu leisten innerhalb 10 Tagen nach Rechnungsda-tum mit 2% Skonto oder innerhalb 30 Tagen netto. Wechsel werden nur spesenfrei und nach besonderer Vereinbarung angenommen. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Sicherheit oder Vorauszahlung zu verlangen. Wird dem nicht entsprochen, können wir die Lieferung verweigern. Der Besteller wird jedoch von seiner Annahmepflicht nicht entbunden.

An unbekannte Besteller im Inland liefern wir nur gegen Vorauszah-lung oder Nachnahme. Nach dem Ausland erfolgt Lieferung an un-bekannte Besteller nur gegen unwiderrufliches Akkreditiv oder Vorauszahlung des Rechnungsbetrages.

6. Gewährleistungspflicht

Beanstandungen können nur 8 Tage nach Empfang der Sendung berücksichtigt werden.

7. Erfüllungsort

Erfüllungsort für Lieferung und Zahlung ist Osann, Gerichtsstand für beide Teile ist Wittlich.

8. Lieferzeiten

Lieferzeiten werden nach bestem Ermessen angegeben. Sie sindnicht verbindlich.

Mangel an Rohstoffen, Betriebsstörungen und andere unvorherge-sehene Mängel entbinden uns zeitlich oder dauernd von der Liefer-ung.

Aus der Angabe von Lieferzeiten können keine Verzugsfolgen be-gründet werden.

Irgendeine andere, weitergehende Haftung, besonders was Folge-schäden anbelangt, lehnen wir ausdrücklich ab.

Rücksendungen, Gutschrift, Reparaturen

Bitte nehmen Sie die Einsendung für Gutschrift und Reparatur frei Haus vor.

Die gelieferten Waren bleiben bis zur Erfüllung sämtlicher zuste-henden Ansprüche unser Eigentum. Bei Verbindung mit anderen Teilen erlangen wir das Miteigentum an der neuen Sache im Ver-hältnis des Wertes unserer Teile zu dem der anderen Teile.

Maßgebend für von uns angenommene Aufträge sind allein unsere Verkaufs- und Lieferungsbedingungen. Andere Beding-ungen, insbesondere vorgedruckte Einkaufsbedingungen, habennur Geltung, wenn sie von uns schriftlich anerkannt werden.

Abbildungen, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Technische Änderungen und Verbesserungen an unseren Erzeugnissen be-halten wir uns vor.

Reparaturen werden nur an eigenen Transformatoren und Geräten vorgenommen. Transformatoren im Neuwert unter 50,00 Euro kön-nen außer bei Klemmenbruch nicht repariert werden. Sie werden durch Neulieferung ersetzt. Bei Transformatoren ab 50,00 Euro können wir ebenfalls Neulieferung vornehmen, wenn der einge-sandte Transformator durch seine Verklebung in der Vakuum-Tränkanlage nicht zerlegt werden kann, worüber wir Sie sofort informieren.

Rücksendungen dürfen nur mit unserem Einverständnis vorge-nommen werden. Eine Gutschriftserteilung ist bei einem Waren-wert unter 25,00 Euro aus Kostengründen nicht möglich. Für das notwendige Prüfen und Neuverpacken der Ware müssen wir 25% des Warenwertes, mindestens 50,00 Euro einbehalten. Kunden-spezifische Sonderanfertigungen können nicht zurückgenommen

werden.

Garantie leisten wir auf die Dauer von 2 Jahren an den direkten Käufer, und zwar so, dass wir alle Mängel, die nachweisbar Material -, Konstruktions - oder Arbeitsfehler zur Ursache haben, kostenlos beheben, aber nur dann, wenn die beschädigten

Geräte zur Prüfung eingesandt werden.

Die Lieferung erfolgt stets auf Rechnung und Gefahr des Bestellers.

Der Versand erfolgt nach unserer Wahl, in der Regel durch Paket-dienst oder als Frachtgut, sofern keine andere Vereinbarung

getroffen ist.

Sonderanfertigungen, die in der elektrischen Auslegung oder in der Bauform von den listenmäßigen Geräten abweichen, können nicht zurück genommen werden.
