In order to form a complete impression of a candidate, we combine all available information and sources into

a comprehensive overall picture. We successively narrow down the number of suitable potential specialists in

three iterations. Consistent double-checking in Delivery Management ensures that your wishes and specifica-

tions are taken into account. As part of our comprehensive quality assurance, we brief each of the specialists

and extensively test their suitability for your specific vacancy before presenting them to you.

Quality through feedback.

Naturally, our stringent quality assurance does not come to an end with the

candidate’s appointment. During our period of collaboration, we place particular

emphasis on regular communication and quality and process control. After a

successful appointment, our Quality Management Department initiates a reference

process in which you and the specialist are required to provide structured feedback.

This enables us to further optimise our internal processes and maintain the
