Halb französischer, halb honduranischer Abstammung, gründete Maya Selva 1994 das Unternehmen Flor de Selva, um honduranischen Tabak in ganz Europa bekannt zu machen. «Flor de Selva», in reiner Handar-beit hergestellte Cigarren aus Honduras, wurde 1994 gleichzeitig auf den französischen und deutschen Markt gebracht.Diese relativ neue Cigarre ist heute schon ein Klassiker. Sie sind perfekt gerollt und bestechen durch ihren eigenständigen Charakter: Ein Tabak mit einem erdig-holzigen Geschmack und zartfruchtigen Unter-tönen, die der Cigarre Flor de Selva ihre unverwech-selbare Note verleiht.
