UNICEF : Health talk and hygiene promotion ongoing in both IDP camps on
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays through community volunteers. Planned to distribute hygiene kits to 2300H/H but having logistics
issues The drilling of one borehole in IS camp is ongoing Planned to drill one borehole in Gamboru Planned to upgrade two boreholes in Gamboru
FHI360 : Saturdays General camp clean-up campaign ongoing in both camps. House to house hygiene promotion session ongoing in both camps. Conducting water quality test and chlorination of water points in both
camps. Distribution of fuel for powering water point generators in both
camps. Distributed latrines cleaning tools in both IS and Arabic village camp
to all Bulama’s distributing latrine cleaning tools and replenishment in both camps

FHI360 requested all partners who have plan for rehabilitation of hand pump to consider the hand pumps in Arabic Camp
Mercy corps has identified 10 - 15 Hand pumps in Host community for rehabilitation
Need for chlorinators for chlorination of 13 hand pumps in ISS camp as Solidarities have paid off their chlorinators and disengaged them.
MSF, SI and UNICEF State that they have no budget to cover for the chlorination of handpumps.
