Liebe Kundinnen und Kunden,
wir freuen uns über die 7. Ausgabe unseres iLED® by RP Kataloges
im neuen Design. Wie gewohnt bieten wir ausschließlich LED Licht-
lösungen an, um den stetig wachsenden Preisen in der Energiever-
sorgung entgegen zu wirken, weil sie sparsam sind und sich positiv
auf unsere Umwelt auswirken. Dennoch gibt es einige Neuigkeiten
in dieser Ausgabe zu entdecken.
Ab sofort führen wir zusätzlich Leuchten der Designer Marke HALLA
in unserem Sortiment. Darüber hinaus bieten wir unsere innovative
Lichtsteuerung iLED® by RP BluControl an, die unser Sortiment ide-
al ergänzt. Des Weiteren gibt es eine kleine Auswahl an Produkten
der Notbeleuchtung, da im Notlichtbereich die LED bzw. aktuell die
OLED (organische Leuchtdiode) schon lange erfolgreich im Einsatz
ist.
In vielen Bereichen des Lebens hat sich die LED bereits etabliert.
Die Vorteile wie z.B. keine UV Emission, kein umweltschädliches
Quecksilber im Gegensatz zu z.B. HQL (Quecksilberdampfl ampe),
geringe Leistungsaufnahme bei hoher Lichtausbeute usw. sind
schon lange bekannt und sprechen für den Einsatz der LED.
Seit nunmehr 26 Jahren bietet die ROPAG GmbH für Sie persönlich
zugeschnittene Lichtlösungen, sowie Lichtberechnungen an. Diese
erhalten Sie in Form von Eulumdat Dateien, die wir selbst in un-
serem Lichtlabor mit Hilfe unseres hauseigenen TÜV zertifi zierten
Photogoniometers zu unseren Produkten erstellen. Die lichttechni-
schen Lösungen können sowohl gewerblich als auch privat genutzt
werden.

We are proud to present the seventh issue of our iLED® by RP cata-
logue, this time with a new layout. As you know, we are specialized
in the supply of LED lighting solutions to counter the ever increasing
prices of energy supply. LED’s are economical and positively affect
our environment, and this issue offers a number of innovations.
We have now added a new brand to our range of lightings: the desi-
gner brand HALLA. Furthermore, we additionally offer our innovative
iLED® by RP BluControl lighting control, which perfectly complements
our assortment. Our range also comprises a selection of emergency
lighting products as the LED and currently the OLED (organic LED)
have been applied successfully in the emergency lighting fi eld alrea-
dy for a long time.
The LED has established itself in many areas of life by now. Its ad-
vantages such as zero-UV emission, no mercury used as mercury is
harmful to the environment (the traditional mercury vapour lamp still
uses mercury), reduced power consumption but high level of light
effi ciency, etc. have been well-known for a long time and have been
supporting the application of LED’s.
ROPAG GmbH has been offering customized lighting solutions and
lighting calculations for 26 years now. Such calculations are sup-
plied as eulumdat fi les, which are created in our lighting lab with our
own certifi ed photogoniometer for our products. Our lighting solu-
tions can be applied both for private and for commercial purposes.
Before a product is delivered, it is subjected to strict quality controls.
The criteria for such controls have been determined on the basis of
the tests carried out in our lighting lab
so that you as our highly appreciated customer will receive a pre-
mium-quality product featuring extended lifetime. Should, however,
a product supplied by us does not meet the quality-related requi-
rements, we will offer a replacement or corresponding remedy in a
quick and straightforward way.

The lightsources can be very easy installed in existing luminaries.
After just a few clicks, the new lights can be con-fi gurated and
managed in your network. Everything in one single App and all
wireless.

BluControl Units
Die iLED® by RP BluControl Produktfamilie besteht aus einzelnen Steuerungseinheiten, auch Units genannt, kleine Module, welche an jede gewünschte Leuchte zwischen Netzteil und Netzanschluss angebracht werden.
Diese Units sind zugleich Sender und Empfänger. Dabei entsteht ein eigenes Bluetooth Netzwerk (Mesh-Netzwerk). Sie kommuni- zieren untereinander und benötigen somit keine Zentraleinheit. Eine BluControl Unit nimmt automatisch Kontakt zu allen weiteren erreichbaren Units auf. Somit ist immer gewährleistet, dass alle Units auf dem gleichen Stand sind. Die Funkreichweite im Freien beträgt etwa 20m und erweitert sich von Leuchte zu Leuchte.
Derzeit stehen zwei Units mit unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften zur Verfügung. Beide Units können problemlos in einem Netzwerk kombiniert werden.
The iLED® by RP BluControl product family consists of individual
control units, also referred to as Units. These are little modules
which can be attached to any desired luminaire between the po-
wer supply and power connection.
These units are both transmitter and receiver. This creates its
own Bluetooth network (Mesh Network). As the units communi-
cate with each other, no central unit is required. A BluControl Unit
automatically establishes contacts to
all other accessible units. This ensures that all units are at the
same level of operation. The outdoor range between two
units is approximately 20m and expands per unit.
Currently there are two iLED® by RP BluControl units with various
properties available. Both units can easily be combined in a net-
work.

iLED® by RP BluControl is versatile
Ob Hotellobby, Eventlocation, Messe, Gastronomie oder Restau- rant. Die Units sind an allen Orten einsetzbar, welche ein farbli- ches und variables Ambiente benötigen. Es soll fl exibel steuerbar sein, um den unterschiedlichsten Kunden die Möglichkeit zu bieten, die Location passend zum Event zu personalisieren. Mögli- cherweise in den Firmenfarben oder an einer Hochzeit passend zum Farbschema. Kein Problem, mit der iLED® by RP BluControl ist dies ohne große Umbaumaßnahmen oder komplizierte Elekt- roinstallationsmaßnahmen möglich.
Im Büro eignet sich die iLED® by RP BluControl perfekt um die Anforderungen eines Arbeitsplatzes nach DIN-Norm zu erfüllen. Gleichzeitig können Sie in den hellen Mittagsstunden nicht benötig- te Leuchten bequem abschalten und sparen so Energie und Geld.
Aber auch in der Industrie haben die Units durch ihre Vielseitigkeit ihre Berechtigung. Durch einen zusätzlichen Präsenz – oder Bewe- gungsmelder kann die Beleuchtung in Lagerhallen bei Bewegung im Raum aktiviert werden und fällt nach einem zuvor eingestellten Timer in einen gedimmten Zustand zurück. Auch dient der Timer dazu, nicht genutzte Fertigungsstraßen im Schichtbetrieb automatisch auszuschalten.

The system is very fl exible and offers the users the possibility to personalize the location suitable for the event or the mood. In the offi ce, the iLED® by RP BluControl is perfect in meeting the requirements of a workplace according to DIN standards. At the same time, you can even control the light level during the day and save energy and money.
Industrial applicability, due to the versatility of the system, is emi- nent. In warehouses, the lighting can be activated when it detects movement and falls back to a timer preset to a dimmed state when there is no traffi c. Also, the timer is used to automatically turn off unused production lines in shifts operations.

Features of the app
Die App fi ndet sofort alle angeschlossenen Units in Ihrer Nähe. Um sie anzusteuern, müssen diese zunächst einem Netzwerk zuge- ordnet werden. Es lassen sich beliebig viele Netzwerke erstellen. Das Maximalvolumen eines Netzwerkes beträgt 127 Units. Befi n- den sich nun alle gewünschten Units in einem Netzwerk, empfi ehlt es sich die Leuchten zu benennen und zur besseren Übersicht ein Foto der Leuchte zu hinterlegen.
The app is programmed to fi nd all connected units in your area immediately. In order to control them, they must fi rst be assigned to a network. It is possible to create as many networks as the si- tuation requires. The maximum volume of a network amounts to 127 units. For the sake of addressing all the connected luminaries in the network it makes sense to take pictures of the individual luminaries.

Bei Bedarf können Gruppen gebildet werden. Dies bietet sich an, wenn mehrere Leuchten oft gleichzeitig an-/ausgeschaltet werden müssen.
Szenen
Erstellen Sie für jeden Anlass die richtige Lichtszene. Speichern Sie in einer eigenen Szene das passende Licht fürs Dinner, die Ar- beitsumgebung oder eine Promotion im Shop ab. Nun können Sie mit einem Klick kinderleicht und schnell die Beleuchtung passend zum Anlass ändern, zum Beispiel für ein Event oder für einen Termin mit einem Kunden.
Galerie
Steuern Sie Ihre Leuchten von einem Foto aus. Nehmen Sie ein Foto Ihres gewünschten Rau- mes auf und verknüpfen Sie mit einer Markie- rung im Bild die entsprechenden Leuchten. Nun können Sie Ihre Leuchten auch direkt mit nur einem Klick vom Bild aus steuern.
Timer
Beim Erstellen eines Netzwerkes kann der aktuelle Standort durch GPS ermittelt werden. Die App errechnet für jeden Tag die genaue Uhrzeit des Sonnenauf- bzw. des Sonnenun- tergangs. Dies bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, eine Szene an einem gewünschten Datum be- ziehungsweise Wochentag zu einer bestimm- ten Zeit zu schalten.

Timer
When creating a network, the current location can be determined by GPS. The app cal- culates the exact time of sunrise or sunset for each day. This offers you the possibility to turn a scene on any given date or day of the week, at a specifi c time.

Our LED panels are multifunctional devices and can be installed
both on walls and in ceilings. They feature an extremely reduced
mounting depth of less than 20mm and are almost dazzle-free
due to indirect light emission and the application of satined glass.
The illumination level is very homogeneous.
Our wide range of products leaves no wish unfulfi lled: square-si-
zed or round, surface-mounted or recessed, interior location or
outdoor application – you will fi nd the appropriate solution for any
of your projects. All installation panels supplied are secured with
spring clips in the particular gap. The entire panel assortment
can be delivered with TRIAC dimmable power units.
Some of our panels can even be used with emergency power
when combined with certain emergency power supply technology
components made by our partner RP-Technik GmbH. If you requi-

ter Eulumdat Dateien, die wir Ihnen selbstverständlich zur Ver-
fügung stellen. Sie profi tieren nicht nur von unseren aktuellen
Produkten, sondern auch von unserer technischen Betreuung.
Grid panels
Our square-sized raster panels feature grid dimensions of
600mm and 625mm. They can be easily installed in grid ceilings
and can thus be used as an alternative to the conventional louvre
luminaires.
The price-performance ratio of our proven Eco panel is outstan-
ding, and the device can also be ordered with a dimmable driver.
Please note that we have newly added our High Power panel
providing approximately 100 lumen per watt. Micro prisms on
the device surface allow uniform light distribution. Of course, this
panel can also be ordered in combination with a dimmable TRIAC
driver to meet your requirements.
Currently all fi elds of lighting are subject to research and further
development in order to make the LED even more effi cient. The
ratio of light intensity and heat development as a function of
energy input is diverging more and more. A lot of LED illuminants
today are capable of generating light intensities of more than
100lm/W. With a maximum input capacity of 42W and a maxi-
mum light intensity of approximately 4,200lm, our High Power
Panel is a fi ne example of this trend. And, of course, it is also dim-
mable when operated in combination with the LED driver made
by Meanwell. If you wish to receive any lighting-specifi c calcula-
tions, we will be pleased to assist you with eulumdat fi les created
by our own photogoniometer. You will benefi t not only from our

drehen, sodass eine punktgenaue Positionierung des Objektes
schnell und einfach zu realisieren ist. Selbst eine Korrektur des
Lichtkegels per Hand ist nach längerer Betriebszeit ohne Ver-
brennungsgefahr möglich, da die LED sehr viel weniger Energie
in Wärme umsetzt als klassisches Halogen oder HQI Leuchtmit-
tel, was sie zudem effi zienter macht.
Unsere Einbau Spots von 5W, 7W und 9W können problemlos
ihre Halogenvorfahren ersetzten. Qualitativ werden in den Spots
hochwertige Sharp LED COBs eingesetzt, die ein angenehmes
und effi zientes Licht erzeugen.
Zur Auswahl stehen zahlreiche Blenden. Neben der Form (eckig
oder rund) kann auch die Farbe (Weiß, Chrom, Chrom-matt oder
Metall gebürstet) frei gewählt werden. Die Blenden werden über
einen Magneten gehalten und können daher einfach und schnell
auch nachträglich jederzeit ausgetauscht oder aber zwecks Rei-
nigung abgenommen werden.
Downlights are highly versatile devices and are installed in cei-
lings. They can be applied in the gastronomy, in businesses, and
also in private areas. These pivoting and rotatable spotlights al-
low quick and easy positioning of an object with utmost precision.
Even adjusting the direction of the light beam after an extended
lamp operation time is not hazardous (no risk of burns) as the
LED converts just a minimum of energy into heat compared to
conventional halogen or HQI illuminants, thus making the LED a
lot more effi cient than the conventional lamps.
Our fl ush-mounted spotlights with a power of 5W, 7W and 9W can
easily substitute the former halogen lamps. These spotlights are
equipped with high-quality Sharp LED COB‘s, which generate a
pleasant and effi cient light.
Numerous different light shades are offered in combination with
the lights (square-sized or round), and in different appearances
(white, chrome, satin chrome, or brushed chrome). The shades
are fi xed with a magnet and can be replaced subsequently anyti-
me or removed for cleaning purposes.

LED tubes are perfect to replace conventional fl uorescent tu-
bes as they do not contain any toxic mercury. The tubes issue
fl icker-free light right after being switched on and immediately
provides 100% brilliancy! The connecting wiring to any electronic
ballast (KVG, VVG) does not necessarily need to be changed, the
conventional starter is easily and quickly substituted for an LED
starter, which is supplied together with any tube we sell. The LED
starter has a wire jumper which disrupts the ignition process.
If you intend to modify your lighting system, the T8 tubes still
operational can be replaced with new LED tubes once the old T8
tubes have broken down. This prevents you from having to repla-
ce the entire system in one step.

Lichtbänder modular miteinander verbunden werden können,
lassen sich fast beliebige Längen von 30cm bis 20m (max.
250W) realisieren. Klares, modernes Design lässt das Licht-
band leicht und elegant wirken.
Anwendung fi nden unsere Lichtbänder insbesondere im Möbel-
und Regalbau sowie in der fl exiblen direkten oder indirekten
Beleuchtung von Räumen und Hallen.
Optional können die Lichtbänder in ein Profi l eingeschoben wer-
den, so dass auch höhere Räumlichkeiten optimal ausgeleuch-
tet werden können
Our T5 based LED tubes are highly fl exible. Each tube is supplied
with lead wire, connector and mounting clipses. You can realize
basically any length between 30cm and 20m, because the tubes
can be connected modularly.
Major applications are within furniture making, shelf building and
of course direct or indirect lighting for rooms and big halls as
well.
Optional the tubes can be fi tted into our profi le realizing perfect
illumination by hanging mounting also in rooms with higher cei-
ling. Using a clear modern design the profi le looks light-weight
and elegant.

thus perfectly well meets the requirements for industrial hall ligh-
ting. Extended ceiling heights are no problem for this illuminati-
on system. Refl ectors featuring a 40° beam angle and a 120°
beam angle respectively provide for optimal light distribution.
A 100W LED hall light can substitute a 500W halogen light and
provides full light intensity as soon as the light has been switched
on. In combination with presence detectors, energy can be saved
