THE PICaRDIE REGION made out of the fi elds Research and Innovation one of its major priorities. Land of industrial and agricultural traditions, it has bet for 30 years now on an in-depth transfer of the productive device , at the same time connected to the depletion of oil resources, to the new methods of production, to the new materials and to the new innovative transport systems. That is what explains the success of our region which counts two international clusters: Industries and agro-resources (IaR) and i-Trans.Best collaborative projects were launched in the bio-refi nery, electrochemical storage of energy and innovative transport systems areas thanks to innovative platforms tools like IndustrilaB or CaDEMCE based on its territory.

DIE PICaRDIE hat seit 30 Jahren auf den Bereichen Forschung und Innovation seine Prioritäten gesetzt.Land der Industrie und Agrartraditionen, die Picardie ist, sowohl wegen der Ausschöpfung der Ölressourcen als auch der neuen Materialen und Transportsmöglichkeiten, auf die tiefe Verwandlung des Produktionsprozesses die Wette eingegangen.Aus diesem Grund wurde die Picardie erfolgreich und zwei Kompetenzclusters mit weltweiter Anziehung anerkannt: IaR (Industrie- und agrarressourcen) und i-Trans.Projekte der gemeinschaftlichen Arbeit sind also in Bereiche der Bio-Raffi nerie, der energischen elektro-chemischen Lagerung oder der Verkehrstelematik entstanden, insbesondere dank der Präsenz der innovativen Plattformen wie IndustriLAB oder auch CADEMCE.

IaR ClUSTER at the heart of plant-based chemistry and industrial biotechnologies. IaR ClUSTER aims at valuing vegetal innovation for concrete industrial applications, based on agricultural production and the vegetal biomass. The purpose is to conceive different and sustainable biobased products and materials. They will be used in the manufacturing of tomorrow currents goods. From the idea to the development, searching fi nancing, IaR ClUSTER supports project leaders, whatever the size of their organization or company. Projects lean on the model of biorefi nery. IaR gathers more than 200 members from the whole fi eld of biorefi nery. With them, IaR ClUSTER aspires to become the European reference in the knowledge of the conversion of agro-ressources, in 2015.

Der iar-Wettbewerbsfähigkeitspol hat zum Ziel, die pfl anzliche Innovation zugunsten konkreter industrieller Anwendungen zu valorisieren. Der Ausgangspunkt ist die landwirtschaftliche Erzeugung und die Pfl anzenbiomasse. Die Zweckbestimmung besteht darin, anders und dauerhaft zu planen die Produkte und biosourcés Materialien von morgen, die für die Herstellung von Gütern des laufenden Lebens notwendig sind. Von der Idee an der Entwicklung der Pol geht durch die Finanzierungsforschung über, und unterstützt die Projektträger ungeachtet ihrer Größe. Die Projekte stützen sich auf das Modell des bioraffi nerie. IaR zählt mehr als 200 Mitglieder, die die Gesamtheit der Stufe vertreten. Durch sie erstrebt der Pol der europäische Hinweis für die Aufwertungen der agroressources im Hinblick auf 2015 zu werden.

The MECaFUTURE platform is the French mirror of the European Technological Platform MaNUFUTURE. It symbolises the co-operation between the French competitiveness clusters devoted to mechanical engineering (ARVE INDUSTRIES, EMC2, MATERALIA, MICROTECHNIQUES, PLASTIPOLIS, POLE NUCLEAIRE BOURGOGNE, VIAMECA, ELASTOPOLE) and the research cluster GOSPI.

MECaFUTURE ambition, with the support of the Federation of Mechanical Industries (FIM) and the Technical Centre of Mechanical Industries (CETIM), is to improve the image and importance of mechanics as well as to develop synergies and R&D projects at national and international level.

Die im 2007 gestartete Plattform MECaFUTURE-FR ist der französische Spiegel der europäischen technologischen Plattform MaNUFUTURE. Es symbolisiert die Mitarbeit zwischen den auf Maschinenbauwesen ausgerichteten französischen Kompetenznetzen (ARVE INDUSTRIES, EMC2, MATERALIA, MICROTECHNIQUES, PLASTIPOLIS, Pôle Nucléaire de Bourgogne, VIAMECA, ELASTOPOLE) und dem Forschungscluster GOSPI.

SMARTINST provides instrumentation for the analysis, optimization and control of industrial processes. We develop an innovative technology for real-time and in-situ monitoring of dynamical processes in mixers and reactors. It is based on miniature wireless sensor probes, which are freely entrained in the occurring fl ows. They then continuously measure and report to an operator the real-time status of essential physico-chemical parameters. This novel Process Analytical Technology covers from characterization and understanding of fundamental processes during R&D stages (relevant parameters, scale-up issues) to monitoring in production lines. Hence, it provides a novel solution for processes found in pharma, food and chemical industry but also for water treatment and hydrodynamics.

SMARTINST entwickelt Messtechnik für die Analyse, Optimierung und Kontrolle industrieller Herstellungsprozesse. Unsere Technik integriert physikalische und chemische Sensoren mit drahtloser Datenübertragung in einer kleinen Kapsel; diese Kapseln schwimmen dann im Reaktor oder Mischer mit und überwachen so Zustand und Entwicklung eines Mischvorgangs direkt von innen. Sie können ständig aus über 100 Abmessungen Trapezgewindespindeln aus Stahl von Tr.10x2 bis Tr.120x16 und Edelstahl-Trapezgewindespindeln aus 1.4404 (V4A) von Tr.12x3 bis Tr.60x9 in Längen bis 6.000 mm auswählen. Die dazugehörigen Trapezgewindemuttern sind in 8 verschiedenen Ausführungen und 4 verschiedenen Werkstoffen ab Lager lieferbar.Die gerollten Kugelgewindetriebe sind von Durchmesser 16 bis 80, mit Steigungen von 5 bis 50 mm bis Länge 5 500 mm sind mit den dazugehörigen zylindrischen und Flanschmuttern ab Lager lieferbar.Sonderspindeln werden auf der größtem Gewinderollmaschine der Welt, bis Durchmesser 430 mm und bis Steigung 32 mm für Sie angefertigt.
