Der HT-Stückbaumfärbeapparat wird in der Ausziehfärberei zum Behandeln von unterschiedlichen Materialien in breiter Form eingesetzt.
Durch den Einsatz beispielsweise von modernen, energieeffizienten Pumpen und Motoren entspricht er den höchs-ten ökologischen und ökonomischen Anforderungen.
Gewebe und Gewirke aller Faserarten und Mischungen können ebenso behan-delt werden wie oberflächenempfindli-che Materialien und Erzeugnisse, die stellenweise unterschiedliche Durch- lässigkeiten aufweisen.

The HT Beam Dyeing Machine is used in exhaust dyeing for the treat-ment of a wide range of materials in open width form.
By use of modern, energy efficient pumps and motors for example the machine satisfies the highest ecologi-cal and economical standards.
Woven and knitted fabrics of all fibers and fiber blends, along with surface sensitive materials and products with sometimes different permeabilities can be treated.
Technische Details
•Alle flottenführenden Teile wer-den aus den Edelstählen 1.4571, 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4408 gefertigt.
•Die Zirkulation der Behandlungsflot-ten erfolgt von innen nach außen in einem vollgefluteten, geschlosse-nen Drucksystem.
•Das geschlossene Ausgleichsge-fäß ist oberhalb des Färbekessels angebracht.
•Der Patronen-Wärmeaustauscher befindet sich innerhalb der Zirkula-tionsleitung.
•Eine analoge Dosierung über-nimmt (auch unter HT- Bedingun-gen) die Zuführung von Farbstoffen, Chemikalien oder Textilhilfsmitteln aus dem Zusatzgefäß nach Vorgabe der Zeit(-kurve).
•Eine vollelektronische Füllstands-messung gehört zur Grundausstat-tung der Anlage.
•Die maximale Betriebstemperatur beträgt 140 °C und der maximale Betriebsdruck 5 bar.
•Eine Arbeitsbreite von bis zu 4.000 mm ist möglich.
•Die exzentrische Lagerung des Färbebaumes verhindert Druck-stellen und Markierungen auf dem Färbegut.
•Der Wickeldurchmesser kann flexi-bel angepasst werden.
•Ein Transportwagen unterstützt den Bediener bei der praktischen Beschickung der Anlage.
•Die Steuerung des HT-Stückbaum-färbeappartes erfolgt mittels eines modernen Touchscreen-Control-lers.

El aparato de tintura en plegador HT se utiliza en tinturas por agotamiento para el tratamiento de diferentes mate-riales que se procesan al ancho.
Se corresponde con las exigencias ecológicas y económicas más altas al utilizarse, por ejemplo, bombas y mo-tores modernos y de eficiencia ener-gética.
También se pueden tratar tejidos y gé-neros de todo tipo de fibras y mezclas, al igual que materiales de superficies delicadas y productos que presentan en algunas partes diferente permeabi-lidad.

Detalles técnicos
•Todas las piezas que están en con-tacto con el baño de tintura se fa-brican en acero inoxidable 1.4571, 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4408.
•La circulación del baño de trata-miento se realiza desde dentro hacia fuera en un sistema de pre-sión completamente inundado y cerrado.
•La cámara de expansión de pre-sión cerrada está dispuesta por en-cima de la autoclave de tintura.
•El intercambiador térmico de car-tuchos se encuentra en la tubería de circulación.
•El dosificado analógico se encarga (también en condiciones HT) de la alimentación de colorantes, produc-tos químicos o de productos auxilia-res textiles desde el recipiente de adiciones según especificado por la curva de tiempo.
•La medición electrónica de nivel de llenado forma parte del equipa-miento básico de la máquina.
•La temperatura máxima de fun-cionamiento es de 140 °C y la pre-sión máxima de trabajo 5 bar.

Optionen
•Eine Umkehrung der Flottenzir-kulation von innen nach außen und von außen nach innen ist durch den Einsatz einer Flottenumsteuerung möglich.
•Die Menge des Flottendurchflusses wird zuverlässig durch die Funktion FLOWtronic geregelt oder wahl-weise auch durch die Funktion FDM (Flottendurchflussmessung).
• Im 100% Ansatzgefäß können komplette Behandlungsbäder vorbe-reitet werden. Ein Reversieren von Bleich- und Behandlungsflotten aus dem Färbekessel ist mittels Druck-luft durchführbar.
•Um bei reduzierten Beladekapazi-täten ein gleichbleibendes Flotten-verhältnis zu erzielen, kann optional ein Flottenverdränger eingesetzt werden.
•Eine Drehvorrichtung für die Fär-bebäume dient zur Vermeidung von Lufteinschlüssen. Die Spülprozesse können effizienter gestaltet und das Flottenverhältnis signifikant redu-ziert werden. Durch die Möglichkeit der Teilflutung des Apparates sind flexible Beladungen möglich.
•Es besteht die Möglichkeit, meh-rere Färbebäume gekuppelt in einen Kessel einzusetzen. Die Nut-zung der Drehvorrichtung ist dabei nicht möglich.
•Liquor flow reversal inside / out to outside / in and vice versa can be achieved with the installation of a flow reversal device.
•The liquor flow rate is reliably regu-lated using the FLOWtronic func-tion or, optionally also by the FDM (liquor flow measurement) function.
•Complete treatment baths can be prepared in the 100% stock tank. Reversal of the bleaching and treat-ment liquors from the dyeing vessel can be carried out using com-pressed air.
•A liquor displacer can be used to achieve a uniform liquor ratio even at reduced loading capacities.
•A rotating device for the dyeing beam prevents air inclusions. Rins-ing processes can be set up more efficiently and the liquor ratio sig-nificantly reduced. The possibility of partial flooding of the machine makes flexible loading possible.
• It is possible to couple several beams and load them into the machine together; however, in that case the beam rotation device has to be disengaged.

•La inversión de la circulación del baño de tintura desde dentro hacia fuera y desde fuera hacia dentro se puede realizar con el dispositivo de cambio de flujo del baño.
•El caudal del baño de tintura se puede regular de manera eficaz mediante la función FLOWtronic o mediante la función FDM (medición del caudal del baño).
•En el recipiente de preparación 100% se preparan baños de trata-miento completos. Mediante aire comprimido se pueden recuperar baños de blanqueo y de tratamiento de la autoclave de tintura.
•Para obtener una relación del baño constante cuando las capacidades de carga son reducidas, se puede utilizar opcionalmente un desplaza-dor del baño de tintura.
•El dispositivo de giro para los ple-gadores de tintura sirve para evitar que entre aire. Los procesos de enjuague serán más eficientes y la relación del baño de tintura se redu-cirá considerablemente. Al permitir el llenado parcial del aparato hay más flexibilidad a la hora de realizar las cargas.
•Existe la posibilidad de utilizar en una misma autoclave varios ple-gadores de tintura acoplados. En ese caso no se puede utilizar el dis-positivo de giro.

•Der automatische Schnellver-schluss dient zum vollautoma-tischen Öffnen, Schließen und Sichern des Färbekessels.
•Behandlungsbäder mit Temperatu-ren von über 80 °C können mittels der Funktion HT-Ablass abgelassen werden.
•Mit Hilfe einer Wasseruhr können die genauen Flüssigkeitsver-bräuche ermittelt werden.
•Ein zusätzliches Ventil erlaubt die Entnahme von Flottenproben. Das Abmustern ist durch den optionalen Einsatz einer Mustervorrichtung möglich.
•Die Zusatzfunktion Powerdrain dient zum beschleunigten Ablassen mittels der Flottenpumpe.
•Die Option pH-TRONIC ermöglicht pH-Wert-geregeltes Färben. Diese Zusatzfunktion dient zum Messen und Regeln des pH-Werts innerhalb der Färbeanlage. Zudem stehen Be-hälter für die Zuführung von Säure und Lauge bereit. Die Reinigung der Elektrode erfolgt automatisch.
•Bei einigen Prozessen ist der Ein-satz von pulverförmigen Chemika-lien oder Hilfsmitteln notwendig. Das Mischen und Auflösen dieser übernimmt die Salzlösefunktion.
•Die Zusatzfunktion DyeControl erfasst die Trübung der Behand-lungsflotten. Auf diese Weise kann ermittelt werden, ob Optimierungs-potenzial hinsichtlich des Zeit- und Flüssigkeitsverbrauchs der Spül- und Nachbehandlungsprozesse besteht. Zudem wird online eine Reflexionskurve auf dem Bildschirm dargestellt.
•EnergyControl ermittelt zuverlässig die Verbrauchsdaten der Anlage.
•Beim Färben in HT-Stückbaumfärbe-apparaten kann es zu Lufteinschlüs-sen in den obersten Wickellagen kommen. Diese können zu Unega-litäten und zu nicht (an-)gefärbten Materialstellen führen. Die Funktion VENtronic übernimmt aktiv die Ent-lüftung der Behandlungsflotten bis Temperaturen von 80 °C und verhin-dert somit Lufteinschlüsse. Durch den Einsatz eines Oberlaufkühlers ist eine Entgasung bis zu einer Temperatur von maximal 140 °C möglich.
•Zwei HT-Stückbaumfärbeanlagen können mittels einer Kreuzkupp-lungsleitung verbunden werden. Dadurch verdoppeln sich die Partie-größen bei gleichem Farbtonausfall.
•Der HT-Stückbaumfärbeapparat kann auf Wunsch mit interner Ver-rohrung ausgelegt werden. Alle Versorgungsleitungen der Färbean-lage werden an einem definierten Übergabepunkt mit den Versor-gungsleitungen des Kunden zusam-mengeführt. Die Montagezeit und der Montageaufwand verringern sich dadurch erheblich. Alle verwen-deten Komponenten wie zum Bei-spiel Rohrleitungen, Flansche und Kondensatabscheider werden aus hochwertigen und geprüften Materi-alien ausgeführt.
•EnergyControl reliably records the machine’s consumption data.
•Sometimes air inclusions occur in the outer layers when dyeing materials in HT Beam Dyeing Ma-chines. These can result in uneven dyeing and non-dyed or stained material locations. The VENtronic function actively takes over venting of the treatment liquors up to tem-peratures of 80 °C, and therefore prevents air inclusions. Use of an overflow cooler means that degas-sing is possible up to a maximum temperature of 140 °C.
•Two HT Beam Dyeing Machines can be connected using a cross coupling line. This enables the batch size to be doubled for the same colour.
•The HT Beam Dyeing Machine can be designed with connection pipework on request. All connec-tion points to plant mains supplies are located at one defined point at the customer’s on-site location. This enables both the assembly time and assembly costs to be reduced considerably. All the components used, such as piping, flanges and steam traps are made of high qual-ity, tested materials.
Options
•The automatic rapid locking lid is used for fully automated opening, closing and securing of the dyeing kier.
•Treatment baths with temperatures of above 80 °C can be drained using the HT drain function.
•The precise water consumption can be determined by means of a water meter.
•A liquor sampling valve allows the extraction of liquor samples. Fabric samples can be taken from an op-tional sampling device.
•The additional Powerdrain function is used to accelerate draining using the liquor pump.
•The pH-TRONIC function enables dyeing using regulated pH values. This additional function is used to measure and regulate the pH value within the dyeing machine. Fur-thermore, tanks for the addition of acids and alkalis are also available. Electrode cleaning takes place auto-matically.
• In some processes, the use of pow-der chemicals or auxiliary agents is necessary. The salt dissolving function takes over mixing and so-lution of these products.
•The additional DyeControl function indicates the turbidity of the treat-ment liquors. This enables deter-mination of whether optimisation potentials with regard to time and liquid consumption for the rinsing and post-treatment processes exist. Furthermore, a reflection curve is displayed online on the screen.

•Para algunos procesos es necesario utilizar productos químicos en forma de polvo o medios auxiliares. El mezclado y la disolución de estos se realiza mediante la función de disolución de sal.
•La función adicional DyeControl evalúa el enturbiamiento de los baños de tratamiento. Así se puede determinar si existen posibilida-des de optimizar el gasto tanto de líquido como de tiempo en los pro-cesos de enjuague y de tratamiento posterior. Además en la pantalla se muestra, en línea, una curva de reflexión.
•EnergyControl hace un cálculo fiable de los datos de consumo del aparato.
•Al tintar con aparatos de tintura en plegador se pueden producir inclusiones de aire en las capas superiores. Esto puede provocar que no haya uniformidad y que algu-nas partes del material no queden tintadas. La función VENtronic se encarga activamente de expulsar el aire de los baños de tratamiento hasta temperaturas de 80 °C y evita que pueda entrar aire. Mediante un refrigerador de circuito secundario se puede desgasear hasta una tem-peratura máxima de 140 °C.
•Se pueden unir dos aparatos de tintura en plegador HT mediante un acoplamiento en cruz. Gracias a ello se duplican las cantidades de carga con el mismo resultado de tonalidad.
•El aparato de tintura en plegador HT puede ir equipado, si así se desea, con tuberías alineadas. Todas las tuberías de alimentación de la instalación de tintura se unen en un punto de transferencia con las tuberías de alimentación del cliente. Así se reducen considerablemente el tiempo y los trabajos de montaje. Todos los componentes empleados como, por ejemplo, tuberías, bridas y separadores de condesado se fabrican en materiales de calidad y probados.
