Connection of RIF-module to controller The module is connected with a three-wired bus data line to the internal controller BUS. Differentiate between active and passive RIF. After connecting the RIF module has to be registered at the controller programming. For further information see the manual of the certain device. The active RIF is also able to analyse the remote switch contact, the current loop and the phase monitor. The passive RIF is just switching the volt-free contacts. At every controller just one active RIF is connectable but any number of passive ones. Attention: In case of using the module as passive RIF the address switch has to be turned to address 0. Not- und Dauerlicht blockieren.
