Reception of broadsheets on a driven loading table

Transfer of the manually shingled sheets around atransfer drum onto a driven transfer table

Separation of the shingled sheets by means of a cycle-time controlled suction wheel

Transport and central alignment of the separated broad-sheets from a high-speed register table to the infeed ofa folding unt or a similar machine

The speed is controlled via the masterfolding unt manuallyor electrically. The parameters ensuring a precise separa-tion (suction cycle, suction length etc.) are entered va anelectronic control panel.

Make sure that only instructed staft works on or with themachine and that the ndicated limits with regard to thesheet size (see technical specifications) and paperweights(40 to 280 g/m2) are observed.
