Die Live Show ist eine heilende Therapie, die durch die in den Liedern gebildeten verrcken musikalischen Schleifen bedingt ist. Sie bietet sowohl einen augenffnenden kritischen als auch einen positiven Blick auf das Leben und die moderne Gesellschaft.

Die Band verzaubert ihr Publikum nicht nur mit ihrem besonderen Charisma und Sinn fr Humor, sondern auch mit der speziellen Theatralik der Show. Keko Yoma lsst das Publikum Teil eines Festes sein, zu dem ausnahmslos jeder eingeladen ist.

Der Sound von Keko Yoma ist global und sehr schwer zu definieren. Ihre Songs sind provokant, verspielt, psychedelisch, tribal und von einem Quartett von klassischem Rock interpretiert. Dazu kommen Instrumente wie Trommel, Keyboard, Becken, Didgeridoo,

Trompete, kolumbianischer Dudelsack, Trutruka (die Naturtrompete der Mapuche in Chile und Argentinien, Tarkas und Pifilkas (Holzblasinstrumente), Synthesizer, elektronische Effekte und die Energie des Publikums,um nur einen Teil zu nennen. Keko Yoma live zu sehen ist eine Erfahrung, die man machen sollte.

Keko Yoma ist ein intensives Fest, das deine primitivsten Gefhle anspricht und sich mit ihnen in Verbindung setzt.

Es sind 10 Jahre endlose Reisen um die Welt, die Teilnahme an wichtigen Festivals wie zum Beispiel das Vive Latino-Festival, das Rock for People in Tschechien, Lollapalooza in Chile, das Quito Fest in Ecuador, und vor kurzem das Gentse Festeen, eines der wichtigsten Festivals in Belgien und Europa. Die Band hat mehr als 600 Konzerte gegeben und ihre Energie ist noch lange nicht ausgeschpft.

Mit der Aufnahme des dritten Albums Propaganda feierte Keko Yoma 2014 das zehnjhrigeJubilum. Einen Meilenstein legte die Band in einem der wichtigsten Konzertsle des Landes, La Batut und einer internationalen Tournee in Lateinamerika mit der sie im Rahmen ihrer Teilnahme am Quito Fest nach Kolumbien und Ecuador reisten.

2015 wurden zwei neue Mitglieder Teil der Band, die einen neuen Sound in das Projekt bringen und somit die achte Tour nach Europa, die Europe Tour, mit realisiert haben. Auf dieser Tour haben sie wichtige Stdte des alten Kontinents kennengelernt. Dazu zhlen Amsterdam (Niederlande), Berlin (Deutschland) und Gent (Belgien). Auf ihrer Reise haben sie auf verschiedenen Festivals und in bedeutenden Konzertslen in den einzelnen Lndern gespielt. Ein in Deutschland entstandenes Highlight ist ein Videoclip an der Berliner Mauer und der Oberbaumbrcke im Hintergrund: ihre Musik, ob Party oder Rock, wird vor diesem historischen Ort selbst Symbol des wiedervereinigten Deutschlands.

Keko Yomas Musik wird im europischen Netzwerk erkannt. Sowohl szenarisch als auch musikalisch wird die Arbeit der Band, in der das soziale Gewissen, die Kritik, die Freunde und der Karneval eine Symbiose bilden, als ernsthaft und reif angesehen.

Ende 2015 machte Keko Yoma einen Besuch in Mexiko, im Rahmen seiner Prsentation in einem der wichtigsten Festivals im Sden des Landes, die Indie Fest in Campeche. Stadt erhielt die Band mit Jubel und Begeisterung, Zulassen Keko Yoma, Konsolidierung eine Reise voller Vernderung und Erfolg und beendete das Jahr als Festivalbesucher als Offenbarung Bandwettbewerb ausgewhlt. Darber hinaus nahm die Band die Instanz auf mehreren Gebieten besuchen und an einer Reihe von Interviews, dass aktiviert eine fortschreitende Positionierung auf seine Musik durch Azteken und Maya Territorien. Im Jahr 2016 erwarten sie, um die Bewegung zu wiederholen, und stellen Mexico ein neues Gebiet, in dem seine Show zu prsentieren.

Third LP by Keko Yoma, national quintet that has remained in action from a decade until now, assuming the productive and creative autonomy with very good results. Just one glance to their movements is enough to understand that, although at some point they were seen as a band with massive projections, they chose to stay in the other side of the road. At their own rhythm and motivations, their motivation is the joy of travelling and playing music, which had led them to several places in America and Europe, embracing everything that comes within.

Is very pleasant to know that Propaganda is more mature in content. From humoristic moments found in El ms wen de los caminos (2008) and Bienvenidos al Sur (2010), that threw overboard some interesting explorations, to this day, we found more content in the lyrics, better focus in the criticism, and a better -at times- treatment of the good vibe pachanga. You cant talk about Keko Yoma and not talk about pachanga.

Statistically, something worth mentionting has happened. A balance has ocurred amongst the dancing like songs and the rock (or punk). Cabaret, Pyta Giro and Resiste, each of them from different styles, unfold as cosmopolitan and powerful. While Berlin is very local, a critique to the Special Forces Police in a soul funk cadence. That is, projections in all directions.

Congratulations. Keko Yoma is starting to accomplish greater balance and a significant weight according to a handful of more restrained, thoughtful and mature songs, without giving up the festive purpose. It is quite the opposite. Today, not one song unfolds tacky or cheap humor. This means a more potent and coherent message entrenched in rhythms that are always first focused on the body.

PropagandaAgain, it is important to talk about Renato Pizarros guitar work. In Propaganda and Querer, he brings discret resonances that nourish the nuances. Additionally, songs like Pill a pap and Calor are very interesting because are minimalists in meaning but are also focused in developing into a circular (punk) rock that flirts with the pshychedelia by repetitive means, although in bouncy key. Towards the end, -as previous albums- there is room for a slower song, where Fernando Reyes phrasing gives voice to the remarkably melodic ability of the band in the song La guitarra, a unique waltz with appearing chinese flutes.
