SAMOA – Kompetenz & Design!

Innovation, Entwicklung und Zuverlässigkeit prägen die 40-jährige Unternehmensgeschichte von KWG. Bei vielen Neupositionierungen im Bodenbelagssektor war und ist KWG der Erste oder unter den ersten Anbietern. Maßgeblich war der Firmengründer z.B. an der Entwicklung der modernen Kork-Fertigparkettbeläge beteiligt. Den ersten Designvi-nylbelag auf HDF-Träger zum Klicken stellte KWG vor und auch das ers-te natürliche Designfertigparkett brachte KWG auf den Markt. Produkte aus dem Haus KWG zeichnen sich grundsätzlich durch höchste Qualität und Umweltverträglichkeit aus.

Unter der optisch anspruchsvollen und strapazierfähigen Oberfl äche garantiert eine 3 mm starke Kork-composite Schicht einen fußwarmen und dauer-elastischen Gehkomfort. Eine weitere Korkschicht schließt als Tritt-schalldämmung das Paneel ab. Lediglich eine PE-Folie muss zwischen dem Paneel und dem Untergrund verlegt werden, um aufsteigende Feuchtigkeit abzuhalten.

Von der Idee zum Dekor

Die Basis unseres Lebensraumes ist immer der Boden. Er bestimmt die Grundaussage des Wohnambientes und steht für Lebensqualität, Gesund-heit und täglichen Komfort. Genau um diesen Ansprüchen gerecht zu werden, haben wir eine völlig neue Generation von Böden entwickelt.

SAMOA vereinbart neben den herausragenden Materialeigenschaften des Grundmaterials Kork wie hohem und gelenkschonendem Geh-komfort, verbessertem Raumklima etc. auch einen deutlichen Design-anspruch. Außergewöhnliche Dekore wie z.B. Syltdesign von SAMOA wurden angefangen von der Idee bis zur Produktion von Hand gestaltet, abfotografi ert, digitalisiert und später mittels einem hochwertigen Pro-duktionsverfahren auf das Grundmaterial Kork gedruckt. Durch die HotCoating Technologie wird die Oberfl äche abschließend extrem stoß-, kratz- und abriebfest beschichtet.

On top of the outstanding material properties of cork as the basic raw material, as for example a high level of comfort in movement, soft-ness on the joints and an improved atmosphere in the room, SAMOA also satisfi es high design aspirations. All SAMOA patterns, from idea to fi nal production, have been designed, photographed, digitalized and eventually processed onto the raw cork material by hand. Thanks to the modern HotCoating technology for treating surfaces, the fl ooring panels are sealed in order to make them extremely resistant to dents, scratches and abrasions.

Ein Rohstoff, der weiterwächst!

Kork ist das nachhaltigste Bauprodukt, das uns zur Verfügung steht. Aufgrund seiner physikalischen Eigenschaften wird Kork von einer Vielzahl von Industrien genutzt, wie z.B. die Raumfahrt- oder Auto-mobilindustrie. Keine Korkeiche fällt unserer Produktion zum Opfer. Die Schälung erfolgt alle neun Jahre durch Spezialisten, die den Baum dabei nicht verletzen. Danach reproduziert sich die Korkschichtin den darauffolgenden Jahren bis zur nächsten Ernte.

To clean and care for it, we exclusively recommend the following products: KWG fl oor treatment and cleanser and KWG intensive fl oor cleanser. The set of clean-sers contains all the necessary utensils and directions.
