    Laurenz Leistung Sdn Bhd was formed in 2006 in response to the program to

    promote Building Integrated Photovoltaic in Malaysia, initiated by the United

    Nations Development Program, Global Environment Facility and supported by the

    Government of Malaysia, the Malaysian Building-Integrated Photovoltaic Project

    (MBIPV). Together with its associate company, Lucas Works Sdn Bhd, which is the

    is the patent holder of the innovative, sustainable and cost effectiveBuilding Technology, Laurenz Leistung has the solution to make Building Integrated

    Photovoltaic an economically feasible and sustainable solution for the country.

    With the pool of talents within the company, together with our emphasis on

    innovation and quality, we are now the market leader in building integrated

    photovoltaic systems in Malaysia. We also have the expertise in the field of

    standalone solar and hybrid systems.

    Products and Services

    We provide services to install standalone and grid-connected photovoltaic systems.

    We manufacture our unique, modular, 100% stainless steel racking system that can

    be used for both integrated roof systems as well as retrofit.

    We also produce circuit combiner boxes for BIPV systems of up to maximum of

    6kWp, for 1 4 strings.

    Track Records

    We are the foremost Approved PV Service Provider (APVSP) in Malaysia with up to

    50% of system installed by us under the MBIPV scheme or won under the Suria1000

    BIPV Programme.

    Key Management

    Mr. Subaramaniam Arumugam, Executive Director

    Mr Subaramaniam is a ISES certified Grid-Conneccted PV Installer, and involved in

    the implementation and maintenance of first Six Pilot PV Grid connected system in

    Malaysia. Formerly attached to LLN and subsequently TNB, he is experienced in a

    multitude of electrical and electronic systems, including LV 415V, 11kV, and 33kV

    distribution system.

    He has over 20 years of experience in Installation and maintenance of solar

    photovoltaic Hybrid system for rural electrification, design and fabrication of solar

    PV charge regulators, maintenance of Wind Turbine, Diesel, Battery Hybrid

    System, electrical and electronic system. He is also experienced in maintenance of

    Wind Turbine, Diesel, Battery Hybrid System, electrical and electronic system,

    implementation and maintenance of Intelligent Power System control for Diesel,

    Battery and Hydro mini 11kV grid system in Sabah, design and installation of

    Energy saving equipment for discharge lamps, installation of Capacitor Banks for pf

    correction for LV systems, design of circuits and board fabrication for electronic

    systems, installation and maintenance of large capacity battery banks for Hybrid

    systems and installation of grounding and lightning protection for electrical

    installations, as well as fabrication and installing of Evacuation alarms.

    Mr. Lincoln Lee Chwee Tor, Executive Director

    Housing developer, builder, designer, maverick, Mr. Lincoln Lee is a highly

    innovative and creative crusader for sustainable development and renewable

    energy. He is a fearless and dedicated voice in the promotion of BIPV in Malaysia.

    Lincoln Lee has been making a mark in the building industry, and with the

    Building Technology, is set to change the whole look of it.

    Through the Building Technology, he is embarking on a mission to

    revolutionize the building industry, raising its standard to provide better homes to

    the nation, as well as protecting and saving the environment. And with the

    building technology to create energy efficient houses, building integrated grid-

    connected Photovoltaic systems becomes affordable and has a faster return of

    investment.

    Mr. Kelvin Wong, executive director, is a specialist with over 15 years in the

    design, manufacturing and installation of stainless steel systems. He has done

    projects in Malaysia as well as overseas in countries such as UAE, Vietnam, China,

    Indonesia and various countries in Europe.

    Mrs. Lee Su May, Managing Director; Mrs Lee graduated from the California

    Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Physics. She also

    holds a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Singapore

    Polytechnic. She is also experienced in Building Automation Systems.

    Mrs. Lee is the other inventor of the Building Technology, and

    realized the industrys need for a sustainable building system and mooted the idea

    of licensing the technology to the public to increase the standard and quality ofthe houses. Even before the start of the MBIPV project in Malaysia, she has

    realized the necessity of energy efficient houses for BIPV systems to make it

    economically viable for both the installer and the end user.
