► This demonstrates a Compound Annual Growth rate of 4% for the period.

► Direct premiums from Europe have grown by 16% since 2007 whilst

reinsurance business has grown by 26%.

► Lloyd’s has been growing strongly in both developed and emerging blocks

► Lloyd’s growth in developed markets has been driven by Switzerland, Spain,

Norway and Sweden.

► Lloyd’s has grown particularly well in emerging markets with an absolute

growth of 67% since 2007. This has been driven by Russia and Poland
