Manschetten in runder Bauform zum Einbau in Rohrleitungen ermglichen durch die flexible Rohrverbindung die Kompensation aller thermisch bedingt auftretenden Spannungen im Leitungs-system. Selbst Montageungenauig-keiten werden durch den Einsatz von Manschetten sicher ausgeglichen.

Insbesondere die patentierten Kugel-manschetten eignen sich fr den span-nungsfreien Anschluss von Apparaten, Behltern und vor allem Ventilatoren.

Unerwnschte Schwingungen, die sehr oft von Ventilatoren auf die Leitung bergehen, werden uerst wirksam aufgenommen und absorbiert.

Round sleeves for installation in pipe-lines are designed as flexible pipeline connectors to compensate for any ten-sion occurring in the pipeline system as a result of thermal influences. The sleeves are even able to compensate reliably for installation inaccuracies.

The patented spherical sleeves are particularly suitable for tension-free connection of apparatus, containers and, above all, fans.

Undesirable vibrations which are often transferred from the fans to the pipeline system are taken up and absorbed with maximum efficiency.

Die Herstellung der gewellten Manschetten erfolgt auf speziell entwickelten Schweiautomaten. So knnen wir eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualitt gewhrleisten.

Die beck Manschetten sind in den Werk stoffen PVC grau, PVC-UV bestndig , PP-Basispolymer und seiner elektrisch leitfhigen Variante lieferbar.

Wellflexmanschetten 3 mm stark sind 6-fach gewellt und werden von DN 110 bis DN 1.400 angeboten. Wellflex-manschetten 6 mm stark sind 4-fach gewellt und von DN 450 bis DN 1.400 lieferbar. Alle Wellflexmanschetten sind mit Muffen- oder Flanschanschluss sowie fr die Befestigung mit Spann-band erhltlich.

Abweichende Mae oder Sonder-ausfhrungen wie Doppelkompen-satoren mit oder ohne Innenrohr bekommen Sie auf Anfrage.

Darber hinaus erhalten Sie unsere Kugel manschetten mit Flansch-anschluss oder in der Ausfhrung mit Spannband. Die Flansch anschluss-Variante verfgt beidseitig ber eine angespritzte Flachdichtung. Diese absolute Besonderheit vereinfacht die Montage und macht zustzliche Flachdichtungen unntig.

Bitte geben Sie bei einer Bestellung von Manschetten mit Muffen- oder Flanschausfhrung die entsprechende Werkstoffvariante an.

beck sleeves are available in the ma-terials PVC grey, PVC-UV resistant, PP base polymer and the electrically con-ductive version of our PP base polymer.

Wellflex 3 mm sleeves have 6 folds and are available from DN 100 to DN 1400. Wellflex 6 mm sleeves have 4 folds and are available from DN 450 to DN 1400. All Wellflex sleeves are available in so-cket/flange connection versions or for clip band connection.

Alternative sizes or special designs such as twin compensators with or wit-hout inner pipe are available on request.

Furthermore, our spherical sleeves are also available with clip band or flange connection. On the version with flange connection, the patented spherical slee-ve has a moulded-on flat seal at both ends. This extremely special feature simplifies installation and dispenses with the necessity for additional flat seals.

Please always state the required mate-rial option when ordering sleeves with socket or flange connection.

Les manchettes beck sont livrables en PVC gris, en PVC rsistant aux U.V., en PP (notre polymre de base) et dans une variante lectroconductrice de notre polymre de base PP.

Les manchettes souples ondules (Wellflex) dune paisseur de 3 mm pr-sentent 6 ondulations et sont proposes partir de la section nominale DN 110 jusqu DN 1400. Les manchettes Well-flex dune paisseur de 6 mm prsen-tent 4 ondulations et sont proposes partir de la section nominale DN 450 jusqu DN 1400. Toutes les manchettes Wellflex sont disponibles dans les vari-antes avec raccord manchon / bride ou avec collier de fixation.

Manchettes dautres dimensions ou excutions spciales, telles que double joint compensateur avec ou sans tube interne, sur demande.

Par ailleurs, nous fournissons nos manchettes sphriques avec collier de fixation ou avec raccord bride. Dans ce dernier cas, la manchette sphrique brevete est pourvue des deux cts dun joint plat inject. Cette particularit simplifie le montage et rend superflu lemploi de joints plats supplmentaires.
