Systembeschreibung

Metaloterm®UKMetaloterm® UK ist ein modulares, konzentrisches Luft-Abgas-System aus Edelstahl mit innenliegender Spezial-Lippendichtung. Es ist universell bei niedrigen Abgastemperaturen mit und ohne Kondensatanfall im Unter- und Überdruck in raumluftun-abhängiger Betriebsweise einsetzbar .Deshalb ist Metaloterm® UK zum Anschluß an raumluftun-abhängige Brennwert- und Niedertemperaturfeuerstätten geeignet.Bei Passiv-Häusern kann das System mit dem Iso-block, einer kompakten Wand- und Deckendurchdringung durch brennbare Baustoffe, kombiniert werden.

InstallationCheckallpartsforpossibledamage.Theinstallationofthechimneystartsattheapplianceandthenprogressesupwardstotheterminal.

Thetopofeachelementcanberecognizedbytheprofilededge(fig.1).Atthebottomofeachsection(US100)anarrowisprintedwhichindicatesthedirectionoftheflow.

Connecttwoelementsbypushingthemverticallyintoeachother.Forvisualreasonsitisadvisabletoplacetheweldingseamsattherearifpossible.Connecttheelementsandfixthelockingband(USKB)(fig.2)insuchawaythatitsnapsintoplace.Whenutilizingtheprotectionband(USAB)(fig.3)instead,useparkerstosecuretheprotectionband.

Theninstallthenextelementasinstructedabove.
