Egal, ob Auto- oder Handykauf: Wer sich einen neuen Alltagsbegleiter zulegen will, steht oft vor ganz

ähnlichen Fragen. Soll’s ein Benz oder ein VW Golf sein? Ein iPhone oder ein Medion-Handy? In beiden Fällen geht’s nicht nur um Qualität. Sondern auch um den Preis, die „Usability“ (also Praxis tauglichkeit) und nicht zuletzt um das Image des jeweiligen Geräts.

Wer auf gute Steuerung setzt, etwas hermachen will und das nötige Geld hat, greift also eher zum Samsung Ga-laxy oder iPhone. Und wer etwas knap-per dran ist, begnügt sich mit dem Aldi-Modell. Oder etwa nicht?

Um das zu ermitteln, befragte COMPU-TER BILD seine Leser: Mehr als 14 000 von Ihnen haben unter anderem Quali-tät, Usability und Preis-Leistungs-Ver-hältnis der gängigsten „mobilen Mar-ken“ bewertet – und dabei klare Sieger ausgemacht!

Smartphones, Tablets & Co.Bei Smartphones, Phablets, Tablets und Ultrabooks waren sich die meisten Le-ser einig: Apple und Samsung machen das Rennen. In der Rubrik „Qualität“ hat der US-Konzern gleich viermal die

Nase vorn; der Koreaner steht zwei-mal auf dem Siegertreppchen.

Die beiden Firmen machten auch die ersten Plätze bei der „Usability“ unter sich aus: viermal Apple, drei-mal Samsung. Medion punktete da-gegen beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhält-nis – und räumte Platz 1 bei den 10-Zoll-Tablets und Ultrabooks ab.

Mobilfunktarife und KopfhörerEgal, ob Highspeed, Allnet-Flat oder Prepaid-Tarife: Bei Netz- und Ser-vicequalität ist die Telekom nicht zu schlagen – sechsmal Platz 1! Aldi Talk, 1&1 und O2 punkten dagegen mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhält-nis – hier liegen sie je einmal vorn.

Das beste Kopfhörer-Design attes-tierten die Leser Hersteller Beats. Beim Klang siegte Sennheiser – und Logitech UE beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bei ActionCams, Musik-diensten & Co. zählen GoPro, Sam-sung, Spotify, Maxdome und RWE Smarthome zu den Besten; beim Mo-bilitätsservice die Deutsche Bahn.

1. Kategorie: QualitätWelche Marken stehen für die

beste Qualität? Hier gibt’s kein Vertun: Apple landete in allen vier Produktkategorien, die der Konzern im Angebot hat, ganz oben auf dem Siegertreppchen. Bei Smartphones bis 4,5 Zoll und Tab­lets ist ihm Samsung dicht auf den Fersen – und siegt bei Phablets und größeren Smartphones.

Auf den folgenden Plätzen sieht’s gemischter aus: Bei den Smart­phones bis 4,5 Zoll schaffte Black­berry einen respektablen Rang drei; bei den größeren Modellen belegen HTC und Sony den zweiten und dritten Platz. Die besten Google­Er­gebnisse: Platz 3 bei den 7­Zoll­Tab­lets, Platz vier bei den großen Smart­phones und 10­Zoll­Tablets.

In der Rubrik „Ultrabooks“ fol­gen Sony, Samsung, Acer und Leno­vo (Platz zwei bis fünf) auf den Erstplatzierten Apple.

2. Kategorie: preis/leistungWer bietet möglichst viel für wenig

Geld? Im Preis-Leistungs-Rennen spurtete Medion gleich zweimal auf den ersten Platz: Der (vor allem durch die Aldi-Geräte bekannte) Hersteller lande-te bei den 10-Zoll-Tablets vorn – und mit deutlichem Abstand auch bei den Ultrabooks. Bei Smartphones reichte es für Platz fünf (ab 4,5 Zoll) beziehungs-weise sechs. Apple kam hier nicht ein-mal unter die ersten zehn, während Samsung bei den Phablets den ersten Platz abräumte – und sich auch bei den 7-Zoll- (Platz 3) und 10-Zoll-Tablets so-wie den Smartphones bis 4,5 Zoll (bei-des Platz 2) gut positionieren konnte.

Insgesamt sind die ersten Plätze in dieser Rubrik breiter gestreut: Amazon siegte bei den 7-Zoll-Tablets, Huawei bei den kleinen Smartphones und (ei-ne echte Überraschung!) Wiko bei den großen Smartphones. Suchmaschinen-gigant Google schaffte es immerhin viermal in die Top-10-Ränge.

3. Kategorie: usabilitysicher, Qualität und Preis sind wich­

tig – aber wie steht’s um einfache und intuitive Bedienung? Mit beson­ders guter „Usability“ profilierten sich die beiden Platzhirsche Apple und Samsung. Bei Smartphones bis 4,5 Zoll teilen sie sich den ersten Platz; bei Tab­lets und Ultrabooks liegt Apple knapp vor Samsung – und bei großen Smart­phones und Phablets siegt Samsung.

Interessant bei den Phablets: Die Ver­folger auf Platz 2 (Sony und Nokia) lie­gen mit deutlichem Abstand (23 Pro­zent!) hinter Samsung. In keiner ande­ren Produktgruppe und Kategorie gibt es einen so großen Abstand.

Nokia schnitt auch bei der Smart­phone­Bedienung gut ab: Die Leser wiesen dem Hersteller hier jeweils Platz 3 zu. Google landete in vier Gerä­teklassen unter den Top 5; Medion schaffte es bei 10­Zoll­Tablets und Ult­rabooks (Platz 1 in der Kategorie Preis/Leistung) immerhin unter die Top 10.

Der Smartphone-Sieger Das eindeutige Ergebnis bei den Smartphones und Phablets: Samsung ist Sieger nach Punk­

ten, liegt in fünf von sechs Ka­tegorien vorn! Apple punktete nur beim Design, für die Ka­meraqualität wiesen die Leser der Marke Platz 4 zu – hier er­reicht Nokia zum einzigen Mal die Top 3.

Auch HTC und Sony schlugen sich richtig gut: In vier Katego­rien erreichten sie Platz drei oder vier. Beim Kundenservice verbuchte Medion einen res­

pektablen dritten Platz; und Acer schaffte in fünf Kategori­en den Sprung in die Top 10.

Apple dominiert bei UltrabooksEtwas anders sieht’s bei Ultra­books aus: Hier ist Apple der King und erreicht gleich sechs erste Plätze. In den Punkten Geschwindigkeit, Displayquali­tät und De sign/Haptik besteht dabei ein deutlicher Abstand

zu den Konkurrenten. Die Plät­ze 2 und 3 sind ebenfalls fest vergeben (erst Sam sung, dann Sony) – bis auf eine Ausnahme: Bei der Qualität des Kunden­service schob sich Medion wieder auf Platz drei vor.

Eher enttäuschend schlug sich HP, einer der großen PC­ und Notebook­Hersteller: drei­mal Platz 10 und je einmal Platz 6, 8 und 9.
