has

been

very

We

have

earnest ly

prayed

and

sought

to

know God^s

the

things that have happened have seemingly presented a contradictory

picture without purpose o r

plan;

I t has been di f f icu l t to

be

patient under these

circumstances, but

a t

l a s t we

are beginning

to

see

a

pat tern emerge.

Our eoqjectations were

that

of

the

year,

the

Nichols

would

be

settlecft

in the

Mainland,and

preparing

to

teach in one of our Bib le Col leges. Why t h i s did not

turn

out as
