Final selection based on SCLO blueprint (chapter: „Problems as Starting Points for Training“)

Central piloting of cases (2 cases per day, mixed teams)

Local SP casting & training (ZH: 170 SPs)

CSE:

- 3 days, 3 parallel runs each day (ZH),

- time per candidate: 3.5 hrs

- same cases over one day, separation of cohorts by briefing session

- nationwide synchronisation, observers from IML / other sites

(partly) e-assessment (tablets),
