Zur Beschreibung eines Unternehmens kann man sich in vielen Worten ergehen. Unsere Arbeitsplätze befinden sich in einem erst kürzlich gebauten modernen Werk mit einer Fläche von über 3800 qm. Außer den Büros, in denen die Vertriebs- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten erfolgen, verfügt das Unternehmen über einen modernen Hightech-Maschinenpark, ein Messzentrum für die Qualitätskontrolle und eine Konstruktionsabteilung mit modernsten CAD-CAM-Softwareanwendungen.Ein effizientes EDV-System der jüngsten Generation ermöglicht uns zudem, das Fertigungs- und Lagermanagement zu optimieren.

Lavoriamo in una moderna sede di recente costruzione che si sviluppa su un’area di oltre 3.800 m2. Oltre agli uffici nei quali vengono svolte le attività commerciali ed amministrative, l’Azienda dispone di un Parco Macchine moderno e tecnologicamente avanzato, di una sala metrologica per il controllo della qualità e di un ufficio tecnico dotato dei più evoluti software CAD-CAM. Un sistema informatico efficiente e di ultima generazione, ci permette inoltre di ottimizzare la gestione della produzione e del magazzino.

As well as all the offices where the commercial and administrative activities are carried out, the Company is equipped with modern and technologically advanced machinery, a metrology room for quality control, a technical department that has the most evolved CAD-CAM software.An efficient, latest generation IT system also enables us to optimise production and warehouse management.

Operiamo dalla ricezione del vostro ordine fino alla consegna presso la vostra azienda: dal disegno tecnico al prodotto finito, passando per la scelta dei materiali più idonei, l’utilizzo delle più moderne macchine CNC ad asportazione di truciolo ed il costante controllo qualità, grazie ad una sala metrologica dotata di macchina tridimensionale Zeiss 3D a scansione continua.Lavoriamo materiali che spaziano dalle leghe leggere ai materiali plastici, oltre ai materiali ferrosi e l’acciaio inox, dai più comuni a quelli tecnologicamente più avanzati, mediante lavorazioni meccaniche quali fresatura, tornitura, alesatura e rettifica.

We offer a service that starts from receiving your order and finishes with delivery to your site, from the technical design right up to the finished product, including the choice of the most suitable materials, the use of the most modern CNC machines with removal of shavings and constant quality control, thanks to a metrology room equipped with a continuous-scan Zeiss 3D machine.We process materials that range from light alloys to plastic materials, as well as ferrous materials and stainless steel, from the most common to the most technologically advanced, using mechanical machining processes such as milling, turning, boring and grinding.
