Die innovative 3D-Kinematik der io 3d revolutioniert den Umgang mit Licht. Der markante Kopf der io 3d geht mit dem angewinkelten Arm eine fast un- sichtbare Verbindung ein. An den wärme- entkoppelten pads berührt, kann er mit einem faszinierenden, dreidimensionalen »move« völlig frei bewegt werden.

The innovative 3D kinematics of the io 3d revolutionizes the approach to light. The striking head of the io 3d is almost invisibly linked to the angled arm. Simply touch the heat insulated pads to freely move the lamp with a fascinating three-dimensional movement.

New technology creates new freedom. The brightness of io 3d is controlled at the light source itself, the head of the lamp. Switch the light on or off or dim it with a simple gesture – intuitively without touching it.

Die charakteristischen pads an der io 3d sind zugleich Gestaltungs- und Funktions-element: Als wärmeentkoppelte Grif f fläche erlauben sie das Bewegen des Kopfes, durch ihre magnetische Wechselbarkeit lässt sich der Auftritt der Leuchte jederzeit ver-ändern – das Ergebnis sind nie dagewesene Individualisierungsmöglichkeiten.

The characteristic pads of the io 3d are at once a design and functional element: the heat insulated grip surfaces can be used to move the head and as they are magneti-cally exchangeable the lamp’s appearance can be changed at any time – this results in unprecedented individualization options.

Die vollendetste aller Formen ist auch das gestalterische Grundelement von io 3d – die Kugel. Sie verbindet sich mit dem flachen, angewinkelten Leuchtenkörper zu einer ganz eigenständigen, charakterstarken Einheit. Form und Funktion gehen eine perfekte Syn- these ein.

The most perfect of shapes – the sphere – is also the basic design element of the io 3d. It is combined with the flat angled lamp body to form an independent, distinctive unit. Form and function are in perfect synthesis.

All lamp components of the io 3d are avail-able in six different surfaces, the arms in four. Thanks to the modular layout of the lamps, io 3d can individually configured and harmo-nizes perfectly with your interior design and architecture. We created nine entirely individual style worlds with fascinating material combi-nations for you – a tribute to individuality.

io 3d verbindet neueste, hocheffiziente LED-Technologie mit höchster Lichtqualität. Die gewünschte Lichtstärke kann vorgewählt werden und ist über die integrier te touch-less Steuerung oder einen Wanddimmer problemlos regelbar. Für io 3d stehen zwei Lichtfarben zur Wahl, wechselbare LED-Chips machen ein späteres Update möglich – für einen ganz neuen Umgang mit Licht!

The io 3d exploits the options of the latest highly efficient LED technology in an unpre-cedented way. The desired light intensity can be pre selected and then easily dimmed using the integrated touchless sensor or a wall dimmer. io 3d is available in a choice of two color temperatures, changeable LED chips make a later update simple – for an entirely new approach to light!

Die mattschwarzen und -weißen soft touch Oberflächen der io 3d bieten nicht nur eine besondere Optik: Berührt man den aus dem Vollen gearbeiteten Aluminiumkopf, fühlt sich seine Oberfläche samtig weich an – ein ganz neues haptisches Erlebnis.

The matt black and matt white soft touch sur faces of the io 3d not only of fer special optics: if you touch the head made from solid aluminum, the surface feels silky-soft – an entirely new haptic experience.

Der Gedanke des »joy of light« findet sich in jedem Detail der io 3d: Die spielerische Leichtigkeit, mit der die magnetisch fixier te Linse mit einem einfachen Dreh gelöst wird und alle optischen Komponenten und Farb- filter jederzeit tauschbar sind, ist neu und absolut einzigartig. So wird Lichtgestaltung zum Kinderspiel.

The concept of »joy of light« can be found in every detail of the io 3d. The playful lightness of the simple twist with which the magnetically fixed lens can be removed and all of the optical components and color filters can be changed at any time is new and absolutely unique. This makes lighting design become a breeze.
