Zeitschrift für nachhaltige Architektur und energetische Sanierung

∂ structure∂ inside∂ green∂We are expanding our DETAIL spectrum to include new special titles

In keeping with the principle of taking up well-known issues and updating them for present-day requirements, new editions will be added to the DETAIL spectrum. They will build on DETAIL as a strong brand and expand on the time-proven editorial concept with two new independent magazines: DETAIL inside – the magazine for interior design and DETAIL structure – the magazine for architecture and structure.

The basis is still the DETAIL magazine, which presents documentations and information on buildings of all categories. Our editorial concept provides for a very high level of quality in the detailed presentation of structural and architectural contexts. DETAIL holds a special position in the market as a unique source of information for planning and architecture offices.

The magazine is supplemented by DETAIL green, which has enjoyed success for years now, with practical information on all aspects of sustainable planning and building, as well as refurbishment.

DETAIL inside addresses all aspects of interior design and construc-tion as a combination of specific technical information and inspiration. It is also of interest to architects, especially interior designers, building / office furnishers, designers and decorators.

DETAIL structure deals with the interface between civil engineers and architects and is therefore equally relevant for both professions, whose common goal is to achieve the best possible result during construction. Because every outstanding building is the result not only of the designing architect, but also of a no less creative struc-tural planner.

These two magazines will be added to the collection. Requirements change and so do we. With the goal of supporting planners in their daily work with all the important technical information they need for their respective areas of responsibility. In the same high DETAIL quality since 1961.

DETAIL structure – the magazine

for architecture and structure

DETAIL structure deals with the interface between civil engineers

and architects and is therefore equally relevant for both occupations,

whose common goal is to achieve the best possible result during

construction. Because every outstanding building is the result not

only of the designing architect, but also of a no less creative struc-

tural engineer. The cooperation between these two professions is

the subject of articles on the planning and construction processes.

Background articles present the latest developments in research and

praxis all about the supporting structure. The focus here is again on

the detailed documentation of current examples, which extend from

the footbridge to long-span structures and high-rise buildings.
