Effizient und flexibel verdrahten mitLumberg Automation 2-fach-Verteilern.

Mit Lumberg Automation 2-fach-Verteilern lassen sich Signaleverteilen bzw. zusammenführen. So werden sie häufig für dieDoppelausnutzung vorhandener Verteilerbuchsen verwendet.

T-Verteiler zur Verdopplung eines Ports

Durch das Aufschrauben eines T-Verteilers auf einen I/O-Port verdoppelt sich die Anzahl deranschließbaren Ein- undAusgänge. So ist es möglich,dass zwei Sensor- oderAktorsignale über einen I/O-Port abgefragt werden können.

IP 67 für raue BedingungenIP 67 for rough conditions

Bei maximaler Ausnutzung(d.h. jeder Port eines Moduls istmit einem 2-fach-Verteiler ver-sehen), wird letztlich ein kom-plettes Modul eingespart. EinVerteiler (2 Kanäle pro Buchse)mit 8 Steckplätzen kann so biszu 16 Signale ansteuern.

Platzsparende Verdrahtung

Besonders vorteilhaft ist der Einsatz von 2-fach-Verteilern beibeengten Raumverhältnissen mit einer hohen Anzahl von E/A-Punkten. Wenn man beispielsweise 11 Signale ansteuern muss, istdie Verwendung eines 6-fach-Verteilers in Verbindung mit 5 T-Stücken eine effiziente Lösung.

With Lumberg Automation 2-way distributors, signals can be distributed or collected. They are thus often used to enable dualuse of existing distribution sockets.

T-connectors to double a port

By screwing a T-connector to an I/O port, the number of usableinputs and outputs is doubled.It is thus possible that two sen-sor or actuator signals can beread via a single I/O port.

When fully used (that meansevery port of a module isequipped with a 2-way distrib-utor), ultimately an entiremodule can be saved. One dis-tributor (2 channels per socket)with 8 slots can thus control upto 16 signals.

Space saving wiring

The use of 2-way distributors is particularly advantageous wherespace is tight but a high number of I/O points is required. If, forexample, 11 signals are to be controlled, the use of a 6-way dis-tributor together with 5 T-pieces is an efficient solution.

Für die neue Steckverbindergeneration FIXCON steht ein T-Verteiler mit kombinierten FIXCON-/M12- Buchsen zur Ver-fügung, ein Adapter zum Anschluss von Sensoren mit Schraub-verschluss sowie ein FIXCON-Verbinder, der eine fliegendeVerbindung zwischen FIXCON-Stecker und FIXCON-Kupplungermöglicht.

For a new generation of FIXCON connectors, a T-connector isavailable with combined FIXCON/M12 sockets, an adapter to con-nect sensors with a self-locking threaded joint, as well as a FIX-CON connector which enables a flying connection between theFIXCON male connector and the FIXCON female connector.

In the Fieldbus area, T-connectors enable the connection of activebus participants on the bus circuit. The connection is either

direct, in that the T-connectors is placed on thebus participant or is used as a drop line betweenthe bus participant and the bus circuit. IP 67 pro-tection guarantees the use of the productsdirectly in the field.
