Das österreichische Unternehmen Sunkid ist seit an nähernd 20 Jahren mit dem Zauberteppich® (Moving Carpet®) der Weltmarktführer bei Personenförderbän­dern für den Außenbereich. Hand in Hand mit dem Ausbau des Förderbandangebots entwickelte Sunkid auch eine vermehrte Kompetenz in der Gestaltung von Erlebniswelten und Attraktionen für Tourismus­destinationen.

The Austrian company Sunkid with its Moving Carpet® has been the expert and world market leader for passenger conveyor systems for almost 20 years now. Sunkid’s increased development of conveyor systems went hand in hand with gaining more and more expertise and know-how in the design of leisure parks and attractions for tourism destinations.

Die Sunkid GmbH hat mit mehr als 3.000 installierten Zauberteppichen einen Weltmarktanteil von rund 70 Prozent und ist damit führend im Bereich der Personen­beförderung auf Förderbändern im Outdoor­Bereich. Der Einsatzbereich des moving carpet® erstreckt sich über das Kinderskiland bis hin zur Aufstiegshilfe am Golfplatz. (1)

Neben dem Zauberteppich (Moving Carpet®) vertreibt Sunkid zudem auch noch äußerst erfolgreich vier Typen von kleinskiliften, die nicht nur in Anfängerarealen, sondern auch als Logistiklösung innerhalb des Skigebietes zum Einsatz kommen. (2)

Besides the Moving Carpet®, Sunkid also successfully sells and distributes four types of small ski lifts, which are used not only in beginners’ areas, but also provide transport solutions within ski resorts.

With approximately 70 percent of the market share, the Austrian company Sunkid GmbH is the global leader in the field of passenger transportation with conveyor belts for outdoor applications. So far, more than 3,000 Moving Carpets© have been installed worldwide.The area of application of the Moving Carpet® extends from kids‘ ski areas to climbing aids for golf courses. (1)

Mit der Produktfamilie Sunny amusement hat sich Sunkid in den letzten Jahren aber auch zu einem „All­in­one“­Anbieter von Ganzjahresprodukten für die Freizeitgestaltung in Erlebniswelten entwickelt. So zählen neben Skischulen und Skigebieten nun auch Freizeitparks, Schwimmbäder, Gemeinden und Hotels zu den Zielgruppen. Im Bild zu sehen sind der mobile Pumptrack, der Biga Coaster und die Loop Family. (3)

Unter der Produktlinie Wood’n’Fun hat Sunkid Holz­Spielgeräte im Angebot, die nach der Spielplatznorm EN 1176 konzipiert und aus Lärche natur gefertigt sind. Sunkid bietet aber auch Gesamtkonzepte vom Entwurf über die Planung bis hin zur schlüsselfertigen Umsetzung. (4)

Thanks to the Sunny Amusement product range, over the past few years Sunkid has also developed into an “all-in-one“ supplier offering year-round products for recreational activities in adventure parks.
