EinleitungMit der Windows-Applikation WinIso 3D kann man dreidimensionale stationäre Wärmeströme für Querschnitte berechnen. Die Berechnung liefert für die zugrundegelegten Randbedingungen den längenbezogenen Gesamtwärmestrom und Temperaturen, die punktweise abgefragt oder als Isothermen dargestellt werden können.

1. Application Window

Project Area:By Filling each of the cells with material of your choice, the project will be defined properly.

Ruler:Here, you can edit horizontal and vertical grid lines. Geometry of the project will be defined thru this step.

Der Dialog Ansicht dient als visuelle Navigationshilfe zwischen den einzelnen Ebenen des Projektes.

2. Material

Material database, containing several sorts of material with corresponding heath technical properties.

You can also add new material to the database

2.1 Materialdatenbank

You can get further information thru Material - Info über Materialien...

In this dialog you can add a new or edit a given material according to heath specific features within the database. In adition you set appearance of the material on the project window.

3. Calculation

You can set constraints influencing the calculation with Rechenparameter einstellen.

When you have completed your project, press Calculation – Start to analyze the outcome.

4. Tools

Calculation of the linear k-Value of the selected cell

With „Tools – min./max. Oberflächentemperatur“You can calculate and disply the min./max. Surface-Temperatureas well as fRSI.

5. Display Modes

You can change the view of your project here. Therefore, the project should have been calculated already. Please find more options in the menu Ansicht - Darstellung.

6. Edit

For instance, fill the selected cell with your material. Further editorial options can be find under „Bearbeiten“.

In this dialog you can change a material throughout the whole project with a single click.

6.1 Edit

With OpenGL view you can display your project in 3D. Moreover, project area can be turned and several parts of your materials can be faded in an out.

7. Options

Under „Options“ You can set several characteristics of your project.

Dialog to define the range of Isothermals, temperature and heath-streams.

Here you can set Print-Options.

8. DXF-ImportYou can also build up new projects over DXF-Interface Which is much easier when it comes to more complex projects. Therefore set up a new project and import DXF-Data over Data – Import –DXF (Datei – Import). You can then export the project to DXF-Format again.DXF-Converter automatically converts curves and skew lines to appropriate orthogonal WinIso2D lines.
