Ergonomie & BelüftungFür die Bikewear-Kollektion ELITE legte CRAFT den Fokus ganz auf den Körper des Athleten. Dabei setzen die Schweden clevere Technologie ein und nutzen die natürlichen Bedingungen, allen voran den Fahrtwind. Es ist vorne schmaler geschnitten, während der länger gehaltene Rücken das Trikot oben weiter über die Schultern nach vorne führt und so einen perfekten Sitz bei der tief gebeugten Körperposition des Fahrers garantiert. Besonders clever: Die Netz-Einsätze an der Schulter und unter den Armen leiten den kühlenden Fahrtwind an Seite und Rücken entlang. Superleichten Schutz bieten Elite Wind Vest und Jacke: Die winddichten und wasserabweisenden Oberteile aus sehr elastischem Material kann man schnell und praktisch in der Rückentasche verstauen.

Die Elite Attack Bib unterstützt dank Kompressionsmaterial die Bewegungen der Muskeln und fördert so Leistung und Ausdauer des Sportlers. Ein leichtes, zweiflächiges Funktionsmaterial kühlt und transportiert Feuchtigkeit rasch ab. Integrierte Karbonfasern optimieren die Temperaturregulierung. Das laminierte, bi-elasti sche Sitzpolster setzt u.a. die revolutionäre Lasercut-Technologie ein und verzichtet vollkommen auf Kleber. The tight fitting Elite Jersey is cut with the cyclist’s position in mind: it is narrower in the front, while the longer back also extends fur-ther over the shoulders giving body and sleeves the right design for the forward leaning position. The strategically placed mesh inserts on the shoulders guide the cooling airflow along the body. The supreme ventilation and rapid moisture transportation is further enhanced by hexachanneled Polyester fibres and additional mesh inserts on the back and sleeve ends. The Elite Wind Vest and Jacket offer superlight protection! The windproof, water resistant tops are very elastic and can be easily stored in the backpocket.

CRAFT makes sure cyclists get all the support they need with the Elite Attack Bib. It utilizes a bi-component material, which provides coolness, compression and integrates carbon fibres for improved thermal regulation. The new pad is a 4-way stretch compound and utilizes the Lasercut Tech® procedure which removes unnecessary foam and creates soft edges and great breathability. It’s a seamless, antimicrobial, anatomically molded pad made of Oeko-Tex® certified fabrics. CRAFT melts the three layers with a natural flame avoiding film and chemical additions. The pad is available in three different sizes with different densities and length – and of course comes as a gender specific pad.

Die Ziener Top-Line Innenhand – leicht, luftig und beinahe nahtlosEgal ob Rennradfahrer, Mountainbiker oder Freizeitradler, eine ge-naue Analyse der einzelnen Griffpositionen an den unterschiedli chen Lenkern zeigt, dass sich die Anforderungen der Radsportler an ihre Handschuhe maßgeblich unterscheiden. Daher setzt Ziener auch im Sommer 2010 auf sein zielgruppenspezifisches Innenhandsystem für das MTB ,Trekking- und Race Bike. Die Produktpalette wird mit den Top Line Handschuhen erweitert. The Ziener Top Line Innenhand – light, airy and virtually seamlessWhether you’re a racing cyclist; a mountain biker or cycle in your spare time, detailed analysis of the individual grip positions for the varying handlebars has shown that each group has totally different requirements when it comes to gloves. That’s why, in Summer 2010, Ziener is again focusing on its target group-specific inner hand sys tem for MTB, trekking and racing bikes. The product palette is being expanded to include Top Line gloves. The distinguishing charac te ris tic of the Top Line’s very light, ventilating inner hand is the reduction in side seams and seams across the inner hand. This ensures that the glove fits perfectly while also avoiding pressure points.

Function & style In summer 2010 Ziener will be focusing on loose fitting, street wear-style bike shorts that are very light and comfortable to wear thanks to their ultra-functional materials while also meeting bikers’ technical requirements. The colour palette ranges from purple through green to strong orange. Our bike shorts are also designed to coordinate perfectly with the bright, colourful jerseys in the MTB and trekking line. Innovations such as the Burn Tru process, a special manufacturing technique that burns out fabric in a honeycomb pattern to produce a seamless product, ensure optimum breathability and a high degree of robustness.

A highlight of the Ziener 2010 collection are our Chanti compression shorts. 2010 feiert PEARL iZUMi 60. Geburtstag. Das frische, reine Quell-wasser (Izumi), welches in der japanischen Heimat des GründersKinji Shimizu fließt und sein Herzenswunsch, der Schaffung einesendlosen Flusses glänzender Perlen (PEARL iZUMi) mit hochwerti gen Sportprodukten zur Steigerung des Outdoor-Erlebnisses, gaben PEARL iZUMi 1950 seinen Namen. Aufgrund der japanischen Wur-zeln ist dies ein besonderes Jahr, denn in vielen östlichen Kul tu ren wird dies als zweite Kindheit oder Wiedergeburt gefeiert. Dieses Ereignis wird Kanreki genannt und mit der Farbe Rot gefeiert. Dies wird mit vielen innovativen Produkten gefeiert und die Farbe Rot ist fast immer dabei.
