Reinigung der äußeren OberflächeVerwenden Sie keine flüchtigen Flüssigkeiten, wie Insektensprays. Durch zu starken Druck beim Abwischen können die Oberflächen beschädigt werden. Nutzung

Erste Schritte

• Packen Sie das Gerät vorsichtig aus und entfernen Sie alle Folien und Transportsicherungen.• Nehmen Sie die Klammer vom Tonarm ab und entfernen Sie die Nadel-Abdeckung.• Verbinden Sie mit dem Adapter und diesen mit einer Netzsteckdose.• Drehen Sie am Volume-Regler (9), um das Gerät einzuschalten. Falls Sie einen externen Verstärker

nutzen, verbinden Sie diesen an den LINE OUT Anschlüssen mit einem Cinch-Kabel.

• Um an einem PC/MAC anzuschließen, nutzen Sie das USB-RECORDING Kabel, ebenfalls an den LINE-OUT-Anschlüssen anliegend.

Schallplatten Abspielen

Mit diesem Gerät können LPs (30cm, 17cm) abgespielt werden (keine SP (17cm)).

• Heben Sie den Staubschutz ab (8) und platzieren Sie eine Schallplatte auf dem Plattenteller.• Wählen Sie mit dem SPEED SWITCH (3) die Drehgeschwindigkeit aus (45 / 33 / 78 RPM)• Nutzen Sie den CUE-Hebel (5), um den Ton-Arm anzuheben und platzieren Sie ihn an der gewünschten

Stelle über der Platte. Drücken Sie CUE dann erneut, um den Ton-Arm abzusenken.• Die Platte wird abgespielt. Regeln Sie die Lautstärke mit VOLUME.

• Die AUTO-STOP-Funktion sorgt dafür, dass der Plattenspieler am Ende der Platte automatisch stoppt. Stellen Sie den AUTO STOP Schalter (9) auf OFF, um diese Funktion abzustellen. In dem Fall muss der Ton-Arm manuell zurückgeführt werden.

Recording mit AUDACITY

Nutzen Sie das mitgelieferte USB-Kabel, um den Plattenspieler an einem freien USB-Port Ihres PC/MAC anzuschließen.

Zum Aufnehmen eignen sich viele Audio-Editoren. Frei verfügbar und intuitiv bedienbar ist zum Beispiel die Recording-Software AUDACITY (Download: www.audacity.sourceforge.net/download/ )

Nach Download und Installation von AUDACITY, starten Sie die Software und stellen Sie im Menü EDIT -> PREFERENCES den Punkt CHANNELS auf STEREO.

Zum Aufnehmen klicken Sie auf den REC Button und spielen Sie eine Platte ab. Drücken Sie PAUSE, um die Aufnahme zu unterbrechen/fortzusetzen. Drücken Sie STOP, um die Aufnahme zu beenden.

Öffnen Sie das FILE-Menü und wählen Sie EXPORT AS MP3 bzw EXPORT AS WAV, um die Aufnahme in den jeweiligen Formaten auf Ihrem Rechner zu speichern.

Operation

Before turning on

• After unpacking, remove all packaging and advertising labels.• Release the clamp on the arm of the record player .• Remove the needle cover.• Connect the AC/DC adapter to a power socket and DC input jack (14)• Turn on the Volume knob (9), the LED indicator lights up. If you want to use an RCA cable, you can

connect the record player (LINE OUT jacks (12/13) with the input connector from the external device (e.g. amplifier or receiver).

L (white) = L channel / R (red) = R channel

• For connecting to a PC, use the USB recording cable through LINE OUT jacks (12/13).

Operation

It is possible to playback LP records (30cm and 17cm); while SP records (17cm) cannot be played back.

• Open the dust cover of the record player (8). Place an LP record on to the turntable • Select a rotation speed (45 / 33 / 78) using the rotation speed switch (3).• Lift the tone arm using the cue lever (5). Lift and place the arm above the record.• Lower the tone arm using the cue lever (5) and the turntable will start to play automatically.• Adjust the Volume (10).

After the record has finished playing, the turntable will automatically stop when the auto stop ON/OFF switch(9) ON; if the auto stop ON/OFF switch(9) OFF, the turntable cannot automatically stop, and need select the auto stop ON/OFF switch(9) to OFF or manually return the tone arm back to the hold position.

Recording using „AUDACITY“

The record player can be connected to a PC via the LINE OUT port and subsequently the played tracks can be recorded on the computer. Connecting the provided R/L cable (shorter one), and insert into the recor-ding white cable (longer one ) to your PC to record the music.

The recording software „Audacity“ is available online (freeware), licensed under a GNU GPL (General Public Licence – Public licence). Please download at www.audacity.sourceforge.net/download/

After downloading and installing Audacity, go to EDIT -> PREFERENCES and set CHANNELS to STEREO.

Click on the REC button to start recording. Click on the pause button to pause recording. Click again to continue recording. Click STOP to end the recording.To save as WAV or MP3, launch Audacity, elect a file and then select „Export as MP3“ or „Export as WAV“.

UtilisationPremiers pas

• Déballer l’appareil avec précaution et retirer tous les emballages et les protections de transport.• Enlever les attaches du bras de lecture et retirer le cache de l’aiguille.• Connecter l’adaptateur à une prise de courant.• Tourner le bouton de volume (9) pour allumer l’appareil. En cas d’utilisation d’un amplificateur

externe, brancher celui-ci à la prise LINE OUT à l’aide d’un câble RCA.• Pour brancher l’appareil à un PC/MAC, utiliser le câble USB-RECORDING et le brancher de même

à la prise LINE OUT.

Lire des vinyles

Cet appareil permet de lire les vinyles Long Player 33 tours (30 cm, 17 cm) et non les vinyles Short Player (17 cm).

• Soulever le couvercle anti-poussière (8) et placer un disque vinyle sur la platine.• Sélectionner la vitesse de rotation (45/33/78 RPM) avec le bouton SPEED de vitesse de lecture (3).• Utiliser le levier CUE (5) pour soulever le bras de lecture puis le positionner au-dessus du disque à

l’emplacement souhaité. Appuyer de nouveau sur CUE pour abaisser le bras de lecture.• La fonction AUTO-STOP sert à arrêter automatiquement la platine à la fin du disque vinyle. Mettre

le bouton AUTO STOP (9) sur OFF pour désactiver cette fonction. Dans ce cas, le bras de lecture doit être redirigé manuellement vers son support.

Enregistrement avec AUDACITY

Utiliser le câble USB fourni pour brancher la platine à un port USB libre d’un PC/MAC.De nombreux logiciels de montage audio sont adaptés à l’enregistrement de musique. Par exemple, le logiciel d’enregistrement AUDACITY est gratuit et son utilisation est intuitive (téléchargement : www.audacity.sourceforge.net/download/)

Après le téléchargement et l’installation d’AUDACITY, lancer le logiciel et régler l’option CHANNELS sur STÉRÉO dans le menu EDIT -> PREFERENCES.

Appuyer sur le bouton REC pour enregistrer, puis commencer à lire un disque vinyle. Appuyer sur PAUSE pour interrompre/poursuivre l’enregistrement. Appuyer sur STOP pour terminer l’enregistrement.

Ouvrir le menu FILE et sélectionner EXPORT AS MP3 ou EXPORT AS WAV pour enregistrer la captation sur l’ordinateur au format souhaité.
