Our offer does not include freight and insurance charges. Insurance charges will be

INSPECTION

JMCsinspectionofequipment,componentasperourstandardinspectionprocedurewill

be finalotherwiseagreedbyus inwriting specifically and inwhich case all costs and

expensesforsuchinspectionaretobebornebybuyer.

MODIFICATIONS

Anymodificationduringdetaileddesignandmanufacturewillbecarriedoutaftermutual

discussions and finalizing thepayment terms andmodeofpayment and extensionof

delivery schedule accordingly to accommodate modifications. For modifications,

separatepricewillbesubmittedandthesamewillnotbelinkedwithpricequotedbyus

inourpresentoffer.

WARRANTY

Weundertakethatallequipmentandsparessuppliedbyuswillbeofstandardqualityof

rawmaterialsandofgoodworkmanship.Ourwarrantyperiod is12months from the

date of handling or 24 months from the date of supply. Whichever is earlier. We

undertake to repair/replace any equipment/parts of equipment, supplied by us and

foundeffectivewithinthewarrantyperiod(material/design/manufacturingdefectsonly)

freeofcharge.Howeverthiswarrantywillnotcoverthepartsandequipmentdamaged

duetonormalwearandtearandmaloperationormishandling/impropermaintenance,

storageetc.Ofequipmentbypurchaserspersonnel.

ACCEPTANCEOFORDER

Noorderwhetherbasedonthisofferorotherwiseshallbebindingonustillithasbeen

acceptedbyusinwriting.

FORCEMAJEUREIfatanytimeduringexecutionofthecontract,theperformanceinwholeorpartofour

obligation is/are prevented, affected, delayed by reasons of War, Civil Commotion,

internal unrest, floods, explosion quarantine restrictions, port congestion, seizure or

sinkingofships,strikes,lockouts,earthquake,fire,voltagefluctuation,powercutor

interruptions exceeding 10 days, acts of God, changes on Governmental Rules and

Regulations affecting works, any conditions of force majeure, when occurring at our

works,atoursubcontractorsorsuppliers worksinIndiaorabroadandatprojectsite.

Insuchaneventand/oruponcomingtoknowoftheoccurrenceofsuchconditions,the

samewillbeinformedtoPurchaserandwillcomeintoeffectfromthedateofoccurrence

ofsuchevent.Allcontractualobligationsandcompletionperiodwillcorrespondinglyget

extended.Nodamagesorpenaltieswillbemadeapplicabletothedelaysonaccountof

forcemajeureconditions.

30daysfromthedateofthisoffer.
