Die Einstellung des T.V. -Kabels bestimmt ber Leben und Tod des TH 700 R4. Die Einstellung kann wie folgt vorgenommen werden : - Die effektivste Einstellung mu bei demontierter lwanne erfolgen und bentigt in 90% aller Flle keine Nachjustierung. - so gehts: 1. mechanisch Vollgas geben. 2. T.V.- Kabel so einstellen, da der T.V.Kolben der Ventilplatte, bettigt ber den Hebelmechanismus, genau bndig mit der T.V.-Hlse abschliet. Fertig. Sollte das Fahrzeug dennoch zu spt schalten, kann man 1-2 Rasterzhne nachgeben. Mehr auf keinen Fall. Dann liegt ein Fehler vor oder der falsche Fliehgewichtsregler ist verbaut. Um eine Einstellung ohne den Ausbau der lwanne vorzunehmen zieht man den Rasterkolben ganz raus und gibt anschlieend mechanisch Vollgas ohne das der Motor luft.Der Kolben rastet dann automatisch nach vorne. So hat man eine Grundeinstellung, die allerdings noch der Feinabstimmung bedarf. Man geht ein bis zwei Rasterstellungen vor oder zurck und fhrt nach jeder Einstellung erneut das Fahrzeug und kontrolliert das Ergebnis. Es ist die richtige Einstellung erreicht, wenn man bei 1/4 Gas kurz nach Erreichen des zweiten Ganges und anschlieender Kickdown Bettigung wieder das Herunterschalten in den ersten Gang bewirkt. Sollten zwei bis drei Rasterzhne nicht ausreichen, ist eine Abstimmung des Governeurs vorzunehmen. B&M bietet einen solchen Kit an. Bei uns selbstverstndlich auch zu erhalten.
