4.1 - Bend trail frames 1R and 1L to match the template

1.1 - Laminate the parts in the upper right corner to a piece of scrap card

1.2 - glue formers 2 to insides of 1R and 1L

1.3 - fold inside colored panels ang glue to formers

2.1 - roll 18 into a tube and glue

2.2 - roll 20 into a tube and glue around 21

2.4 - fold, roll to a "D" shape, and glue 22note that free edge of curve fits recess on right side of top panel

2.3 - glue 19 to end of 18

3.1 - cut out notches for axle



5,1 - insert 2 pieces 3a into 3 and cut out axle

5.2 - glue axle to trail frames

5.3 - attach 23 and 24 to 22

9.1 - glue 25 and 27 to 21

9.3 - combine 32 and 2x 32a andglue to backside of 28 shield

9.4 - attach 29 and 30 to backside of shield

9.2 - attach 9, 10 and 2x12 to the bottom of the trail frames

10.1 - assemble 2x35 wheels, back-to-back

11.1 - add 35a to both sides of both 35 wheels

11.2 - attach 36 and 37 to 35a on one side of each wheel

11.3 add two 39a spacers to 13L left cheek plate

11.4 - attach sight assembly to side of 13L, to fit at 39a

11.5 - attach 41 and 11

12.1 - attach shield to axle by gluing 29 and 30 shield brackets to top of axle.Lean the shield backwards as far as it will go - the sight will fit into the 31 sight guard

13.1 - attach 2x42 and 43 to rear of trail frame

13.2 - attach one 33 strut on each side

between shield and front of trail frame

14.2 - attach 34 brakes between trail frames andwheels. There is a white strip in front of theshovels for the brake brackets

14.1 - attach wheels

15.1 - insert barrel assembly and glue trunnionto insides of 13R/13L cheek plates. add 39adisks to fill excess gap.
