Publishers‘ Session ESP Conference 2013 Dear all, At this year’s forthcoming ESP conference in Ulm on Saturday 5 th October we would once again like to offer you a unique opportunity to tell the delegates about your new ESP products. Similar to what was offered in 2009, there will be a 60-minute session from 1.30pm to 2.30pm (directly after lunch) dedicated to this purpose. There will not be any other sessions running at this time. At the beginning of the session, which will take place in the large lecture hall, I will introduce you and the running order, and you will take it from there. Each speaker/publisher will have up to 6 minutes time in which you can dedicate solely to promoting your latest and greatest ESP products. In order to avoid any technical difficulties, your PPTs should be sent to us in advance so that we can upload them onto the PC in the lecture hall before the session begins. Participation in this session is open to any publisher booking a stand in the exhibition area. But…we only have 8 spaces available. Allocation of the space in this session will be done purely on a first come first served basis, so if you are interested in participating, please do get in contact with me at [email protected] asap. Karen Richardson (joint organizer along with Cornelia Kreis-Meyer and Paul East)
