GREEN_ZEROTra le nuove frontiere dell’ospitalitàtrova sempre più spazio il concetto di‘ospitalità diffusa’, che in Italia per lo piùsi associa all’idea di recupero di edificiesistenti, sparsi tra la campagna e i pic-coli borghi, ma che all’estero è da tempointerpretata in modo diverso; è propriodalla sua reinterpretazione che nasceGreen_Zero, il nuovo modulo abitativodedicato all’ospitalità progettato dalloStudio di Architettura Daniele Menichini.Green_Zero è una suite racchiusa in unguscio eco-sostenibile da installare nelbosco, in riva al mare, in piena campa-gna in piena integrazione tra l’ambienteche li ospita e la loro natura interna ele-gante e confortevole.Green_Zero è un sistema architettonicoprefabbricato, in cui il guscio struttura-le è realizzato completamente in legnocon sistema a telaio e una stratigrafia,per le parti sia orizzontali sia verticali,caratterizzata da elementi portanti eisolanti, che permettono il passaggiodelle impiantistiche, e la presenza dicamera di ventilazione, allo scopo diottenere un assemblaggio specifico inrelazione al contesto climatico, e con-sentendo così la classificazione Casa-Clima A o CasaClimaOro.L’edificio è suddiviso in area outdoor,area camera, area bagno e area localetecnico destinato ad ospitare le dotazio-ni impiantistiche; nella parte terminaledel modulo, in corrispondenza delle areecurve, sono previsti i serbatoi ed i mac-chinari per il recupero e il trattamentodelle acque in ingresso e uscita. Green_Zero è il frutto della collaborazione traaziende accomunate da un dna green,che rappresenta un valore aggiunto allabase dello sviluppo e della realizzazionedell’intero concept.Linee semplici e pulite abbinate a untocco di colore sono alla base dell’in-terno della suite composto da un’ampiacamera e l’area bagno caratterizzatada un taglio della struttura che inglobauna betulla preesistente, divenendo par-te integrante e suggestiva dello spaziointerno. La zona outdoor è dedicata alrelax, al contatto con l’ambiente ed ècaratterizzata dalla presenza di panche/divano imbottite e di un tavolo hi-techilluminante e musicale. Il sistema domo-tico di cui è dotato il modulo consentefacilmente con pochi comandi di cre-are scenari personalizzati all’esigenza

di ciascun utilizzatore coordinando lediverse funzioni. Gli elementi più evi-denti dell’eco-responsabilità del pro-getto sono rappresentati dai sistemidei pannelli fotovoltaici che si trovanoall’esterno dell’involucro, e dall’utilizzodi erogatori di acqua con portata mas-sima di 5 litri al minuto; tutto il resto ènascosto sotto la pelle dell’involucro ene diventa il cuore pulsante.Il primo prototipo funzionante di Gre-en_Zero, installato presso l’hotel Ai

horizontal and vertical componentsare characterized by load-bearingand insulating elements that allowthe installation of the plant; thearrangement also creates a ventilationchamber that adapts to the climaticconditions; these features allow theclassification of the pods in CasaClimaA or CasaClimaOro.The unit is split into an outdoor area, abedroom, a bathroom and a technicalutility room that contains the plantsystems; in correspondence to thecurved sections, the end portion of themodule contains the tanks and themachinery for recovery and treatment ofwater entering and exiting the pod.Green_Zero is the result of collaborationbetween companies with the sameGreen DNA; this environment-friendlyunit can be described as the addedvalue behind the development and therealization of the entire concept.Simple clean lines combined with asplash of color are the basic ingredientsfor the interiors of the suite; inside thelarge bedroom and spacious bathroomthere is a slit that surrounds a birchtree, becoming a suggestive integralcomponent of the interiors. The outdoorfacilities are dedicated to relaxation, incontact with nature. There are benches/upholstered sofas and an illuminatedhi-tech musical table. The unit’s domoticsystem controls the equipment to suitthe residents’ needs and coordinatesthe various functions.The most obvious elements of ecologicalresponsibility in the project are thephotovoltaic panels installed on theoutside of the shell, and the use of tapsthat supply a maximum of 5 liters/minuteof water; everything else involved in thecontrol of the functions and activitieshidden behind the wall panels.The first functional prototype of Green_Zero, installed at the Hotel Ai Cadelachin Revine Lago (Tv), was produced byTirolhaus Italia in Bolzen.The list of suppliers includes Alpi,Artex, Box and Co, Brandoni,Btxc by Beatrix, Dorsal, Essezeta,F.Fabris, Gruppo Graphite, Haier

One of the new frontiers of hospitalityis the rapidly-expanding concept of‘diffused hospitality’. In Italy, this islargely associated with the idea ofrestructuring existing buildings, dottedaround the countryside and smalltowns; beyond the boundaries of Italy,it has a different meaning and this ledto Green Zero, the new living unit forhospitality designed by ArchitectureSudio Daniele Menichini.Green_Zero is a suite enclosed in aneco-sustainable shell or pod; it can beinstalled in a forest, at the seaside, inthe countryside in full harmony withthe surroundings and their elegantcomfortable interiors.Green_Zero is a prefabbricatedarchitectonic system, in which thestructural shell is timber is joined bya system of frames and layers: the
