Best Mobile Apps Award 最佳流動應用程式獎

香港資訊及通訊科技獎旨在表揚及推廣優秀的資訊及通訊科技發明和應用,以鼓勵香 港 業 界 精 英 和 企 業 不 斷 追 求 創 新 和 卓越,謀求更佳和更具創意的方案,滿足企業的營運需要,造福社會。

通過業界、學術界和政府的共同努力,香港資訊及通訊科技獎於二零零六年成立。香港資訊及通訊科技獎由政府資訊科技總監辦公室策動,並由香港業界組織及專業團體主辦,目的是為香港建立一個廣受香港社會愛戴、並獲國際認同的資訊及通訊科技專業獎項。

2016 香港資訊及通訊科技獎設有八個類別的獎項。每個類別均設有一個大獎,而最終評審委員會再從所有大獎中甄選出「全年大獎」。

The Hong Kong ICT Awards aims at recognising and promoting outstanding information and communications technology (ICT) inventions and applications, thereby encouraging innovation and excellence among Hong Kong’s ICT talents and enterprises in their constant pursuit of creative and better solutions to meet business and social needs.

The Hong Kong ICT Awards was established in 2006 with the collaborative efforts of the industry, academia and the Government. Steered by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, and organised by Hong Kong ICT industry associations and professional bodies, the Awards aims at building a locally espoused and internationally acclaimed brand of ICT awards.

There are eight categories under the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2016. There is one Grand Award in each category, and an “Award of the Year” is selected from the eight Grand Awards by the Grand Judging Panel.

• 表揚以消費市場為對象的出眾流動方案或應用程式,包括任何針對大眾的生產力和時尚生活流動應用程式,如生產工具、健身 / 運動、電子學習 / 書本、資訊及社交網絡等。

企業方案

• 表揚在不同行業中的出色商業及企業流動應用程式,以致力為企業提升銷售、工作效率、溝通及服務效能等為目的。

營銷方案

• 表揚出色的廣告及市場營銷活動流動應用程式,以用作活動、品牌、服務或產品宣傳為目的。

特別嘉許

為嘉許創意及革新應用、表揚新晉公司及鼓勵O2O (Online-to-Offline) 應用,除了上述獎項組別外,大會設立了數個特別嘉許;凡參加上述任何獎項組別的參加者,均可提名參賽作品競逐下列特別嘉許(若適合):

• 新晉公司(該公司須於2013 年1 月16 日或之後成立)

「流動應用程式」即運行於下列其中一個或多個作業系統的應用 / 方案:Android、bada、Blackberry OS、iOS、OMS、Symbian OS、webOS、Windows Mobile等。

隨著創新及科技局的成立,本地資訊及通訊科技業界將更備受社會重視。政府對業界、特別是初創公司的支援,相信有利吸引更多新公司加入,為市場帶來一番新氣象。本屆「最佳流動應用程式獎」成功吸引了不同公司規模、不同類別的參賽者提交優秀作品,亦印證了本地業界的健康發展。

「最佳流動應用程式獎」共分為「消費方案」、「企業方案」及「營銷方案」三個獎項類別。本年度我們增設了兩個特別嘉許獎狀,「創意及革新應用」希望表揚創新的作品;此外更特別增設「O2O 應用」,藉此嘉獎近年盛行的優秀O2O應用程式。

本年度的得獎作品都有一個共通點 – 破舊立新,為用家帶來前所未有的體驗,真正達到「以科技改善生活」的理念。

榮譽大獎得主,Storellet提供一站式的積分平台,免卻用家攜帶多張積分卡的煩惱,同時商戶亦可快捷直接地推行針對性的營銷策略,從而減輕商戶及客人的負擔。

本年度不少得獎團隊以 O2O 的理念,將用家和服務供應商拉近,打破傳統行業所不能解決的距離和隔膜。例如CALL 師傅是一個家居維修裝修平台,讓用家找尋合適維修師傅解決生活所需;職神則是一個兼職的招募平台,為僱主及求職者快速配對合適工作;洗車俠則提供全新的洗車體驗,讓車主隨時隨地尋找工作人員進行上門清潔,同時更為社會不同階層人士提供工作機會。其他得獎程式如BEA 東亞銀行 App 可算是本港電子付款交易的先驅,它提供無卡提款及跨銀行的「過數」服務,為傳統銀行業務增值。Viu則提供免費和最新的本地及外地節目,為用戶帶來更多娛樂選擇。

香港無線科技商會第十年籌辦是次比賽,為本地出色的流動應用程式及創新意念提供肯定及認同。比賽的成功,有賴各位參賽者的努力、評審的專業評選、以及政府資訊科技辦公室的全力贊助。最後,我相信憑著各位的創意和努力,業界將會繼續發光發熱,迎來下一個豐盛十年!

With the establishment of the Innovation and Technology Bureau, Hong Kong’s ICT Industry will come under the spotlight once more. The HKSAR Government’s support of the industry, especially towards start-up companies, will certainly attract more newcomers to the sector and bring fresh perspectives to the market.

Our “Best Mobile Apps Award” recognised contestants from 3 areas: (1) Consumer Solutions, (2) Enterprise Solutions and (3) Marketing Campaign. We will present two new special mentions this year, including the “Most Creative and Innovative Application” and the “Online-to-Offline Application”.

I am really impressed with the winning applications. They not only break tradition, they are truly life-changing tools that will benefit many.

Storellet, the Grand Award Winner, is a comprehensive loyalty marketing system in one single app. It allows merchants to create, monitor, and maintain loyalty campaigns instantly and on-the-go.

Online-to-Offline (O2O) solutions have also become very popular this year. Service providers now connect and serve users through simple touch and clicks, bringing new levels of customer experience. Some exemplary examples include Call SiFu, a platform for handyman to provide services on the fly; Genie, an easy temporary- staffing solution to meet short-term hiring needs; and CarWash.HK a one-stop car-wash arrangement service managed entirely on mobile devices. Other winning applications combine creativity and usability in most excellent ways. The BEA App pioneered the innovative “i-P2P” service which allows BEA customers to make money transfers to non-BEA customers, a move set to greatly facilitate inter-bank transactions going forward. And then, we have Viu, a multimedia platform for local and overseas entertainment programmes so successful it will become a mainstay TV channel in Hong Kong.

Once again, WTIA is thrilled to organise the Best Mobile Apps Award for the tenth year and give recognition to absolutely fascinating. Thanks OGCIO for sponsoring us, and Assessors and Judges for attracting top applications and meticulously selecting the best out of them. Storellet Loyalty PlatformStorellet提供了一個平台,方便商戶以輕便的手機模式去創建及管理他們的會員系統。這平台有別於其他傳統的會員系統,能與不同餐廳的 POS 系統整合,通過簡單的整合,可簡化整個會員積分獎勵計劃過程。

這平台為顧客與商戶解決了他們各自面對的問題:如顧客的錢包內充斥著太多商戶的會員卡、積分卡,或是下載了各式各樣的會員應用程式。由於大量不同的資訊,顧客難以記得所有訊息,如積分數量、積分到期日等等,因而錯失了不少享用優惠的機會;而商戶則未能發掘更有效的途徑來增加其會員數量、妥善管理會員數據及獎勵計劃等。

顧客只需一張發票及一個應用程式 - 使用內置於流動程式內的掃描器掃描商戶發票中的二維碼,便能賺取 / 儲存積分和兌換獎賞。同時,顧客也可透過這一站式平台,輕鬆地享用及體驗其他已選取的喜愛的餐廳的會員獎勵計劃。

Storellet is a platform to facilitate shops and merchants to create and manage their loyalty programs on mobile phone. Unlike other traditional loyalty system, the platform is able to integrate the majority of restaurant POS systems, and through the integration, merchants can streamline the earn-and-burn bonus point process.

This platform solves the problems for both the customers and merchants – too many loyalty cards and stamp cards occupying customers’ wallets, too many loyalty apps downloaded but still impossible to remember the information like the points earned, expiry dates, etc. Merchants are also unable to find an effective way to extend their members’ base, to manage the members’ data and manage the rewarding programs.

Customers can save points and redeem rewards with just one receipt and one app by scanning the QR code on the receipt issued by the merchant with the built-in scanner of the platform. Customers can also make use of this platform to enjoy and experience the loyalty programs of other restaurants that the customer has selected.

這是針對餐飲業而設的一個既嶄新又具有效益的會員獎勵計劃應用程式,有助餐廳吸納新的會員和維繫現有的顧客。自推出以來,這平台在 11 個月內成功招募超過 120 間餐廳使用和累積會員人數至150,000,相信程式在餐飲界會有良好的市場潛力。

It is an innovative and effective platform for running loyalty programs in the F&B sector. It creates an ecosystem to help restaurants acquire new customers and engage loyal customers effectively and efficiently. Since its launch, the platform has successfully recruited over 120 outlets and accumulated 150,000 registered members in 11 months. The platform is believed to have a good market potential in the F&B sector.

CPSL 流動應用程式以客戶為中心,協助用戶掌握航空貨運的最新情況。應用程式如私人助理,配備緊貼用戶日常工作 流程所需之功能,同時為用戶帶來嶄新的互動體驗。用戶可透過人工智能虛擬服務台查詢貨站操作情況、根據個性化的貨物清單安排工作、以流動設備及智能手錶接收個人設定的推送通知、進行全面的貨物追蹤及即時分享最新貨物資訊等。

「職神」是一個臨時工作招聘的手機平台,致力改進並優化企業招聘臨時工的過程。目前招聘臨時工的過程過於繁複,並往往牽涉第三方招聘機構,操作既不透明,又充斥著隱性成本,這不僅對僱主造成不必要的開支,而且非常耗時。這平台的目標是大幅提高臨時就業市場的效率,以及為企業提供一個無縫及優惠的招聘經驗。

CPSL Mobile App is a customer-centric application facilitating cargo terminal users for proactive monitoring of their shipment.  Acting likeanassistant, the functions integrateseamlessly with users’ daily work flow with the brand-new interactive experience. Users can make inquiries through the artificial intelligence (AI) virtual help desk; plan their tasks according to personalised agent inventory list; receive push notification for shipment status change on mobile devices and wearables; perform shipment tracking and share shipment information instantly at their fingertips.

Genie is a recruiting marketplace that connects businesses to an extensive network of temporary job-seekers.  Theapp tackles the pain of hiring temporary workers, which traditionally involves third-party hiring agencies, which operations are less transparent, less efficient and are plagued with hidden costs, and the reliability and quality of workers are also in question. By replacing agencies with cutting-edge technology, the app enables businesses to confidently source qualitytemporaryworkersinamatterofseconds. 

The app focuses on providing job-matches for low-complexity jobs. These are jobs in high demand, but require few qualifications, e.g. brand ambassadors at events & exhibitions, field promoters, conference & event helpers and office clerks. The app empowers employers to instantly augmenttheirworkforcetomeeteverfluctuatingdemand. 

這是一個高實用性及高效益的流動應用程式,為貨運業用戶無論是物流運營商、航空運輸運營商,或是貨車司機等,提供日常工作流程的實時監察功能,促進工作效率。應用程式可以在手機、平板電腦和智能手錶等不同的流動設備運作,可用性因而大大提高,有助提升航空貨運業務的高流動性和透明度。

It is a very practical and effective app for the cargo terminal users which allows not only the logistics operators, air freight operators, but also the truck drivers to monitor their daily work flow in real time. The app can be run on different mobile devices such as mobile phones, tablets and smart watches, etc, the usability of the app is greatly improved that resulting in high mobility and transparency for air cargo operations.

This is a well developed and user-friendly video platform with innovative features. The platform has a very clear market positioning for provision of Korean and Japanese dramas with traditional Chinese subtitle. It puts much effort on improving user experience. “Call Sifu” is an O2O platform for the repair and maintenance industry. It provides reliable, competent, experienced Sifu in a convenient and timely manner. To ensure users receive quality service, the platform has a grading system to review the professional qualification of Sifu. Sifu with bad comment will be blacklisted. From Dec 2015, types of repair and maintenance services that the Sifu provided include electricity, pipes and drainages, air-conditioners, locks of door, windows, furniture and home appliances, small scale renovation and disassembly, water and leak proof, cleaning and miscellaneous. The platform has accumulated over 13,000 orders and 2,000 registered Sifu to provide the services.

It is an innovative and practical O2O platform for the local users, no matter the workers who provide repair and maintenance works or the households who need such services.
