Gemäß der geltenden Verordnung (EG) Nr. 216/2008 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates und derVerordnung (EU) Nr. 1321/2014 der Kommission und vorbehaltlich der im Folgenden angegeben Bedingungenerteilt das Luftfahrt-Bundesamt hiermitPursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 ofthe European Parliament and ofthe Council and to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 for the timebeing in force and subject to the oondition specified below, the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt hereby certifies

die Genehmigung als Instandhaltungsbetrieb entsprechend Abschnitt A von Anhang II (Teil-145) derVerordnung (EU) Nr. 1321/2014, dem die Instandhaltung von Erzeugnissen, Teilen und Ausrüstungen, die imbeigefügten Genehmigungsverzeichnis aufgeführt sind, sowie die Erteilung entsprechenderFreigabebescheinigungen unter Verwendung der obigen Bezugsdokumente und, sofern angegeben, dieAbgabe von Empfehlungen und Erteilung von Bescheinigungen über die Prüfung der Lufttüchtigkeit nacheiner Prüfung der Lufttüchtigkeit gemäß Punkt IVI.A.901 1 von Anhang I (Teil-M) der genannten Verordnung fürjene Luftfahrzeuge, die im beigefügten Genehmigungsverzeichnis aufgeführt sind, genehmigt ist.as a maintenance Organisation in compliance with Section A of Annex II (Part-145) of Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014, approved to maintain products,parts and appliances listed in the attached approval schedule and issue related certlficates of release to Service using the above references and, whenstipulated, to issue recommendations and airworthiness review certlficates after an airworthiness review as specified In point M.A.901(1) of Annex I (Part-M) to the same Regulation for those aircraft listed in the attached approval schedule.

BEDINGUNGEN:CONDITIONS:1.Diese Genehmigung unterliegt den im Abschnitt „Genehmigungsumfang" des genehmigten

Instandhaltungsbetriebshandbuchs gemäß Abschnitt A von Anhang II (Teil-145) aufgeführtenEinschränkungen.This approval is limited to that specified in the scope of work section of the approved maintenance Organisation exposition as referred to in SectionA of Annex II (Part-145), and

2.Diese Genehmigung erfordert die Einhaltung der im genehmigten Instandhaltungsbetriebshandbuchaufgeführten Verfahren.This approval requires compliance with the procedures specified In the approved maintenance Organisation exposition, and

3.Diese Genehmigung behält solange ihre Gültigkeit, wie der Instandhaltungsbetrieb die Bestimmungenvon Anhang II (Teil-145) der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1321/2014 einhält.This approval Is valld whilst the approved maintenance Organisation remalns in compliance with Annex II (Part-145) of Regulation (EU)No 1321/2014.
