CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI

PREMESSA

Il presente catalogo è relativo ai riduttori adassi ortogonali serie BH-MBH , costruiti dallaSITI SpA.I riduttori della serie BH-MBH hanno il corpo inghisa G25 dal design moderno e sono dotati ditre stadi di riduzione.

CARATTERISTICHE COSTRUTTIVE- Riduttori dotati di rotismi a tre stadi di ridu-

zione.- I tre stadi di riduzione sono formati da una

coppia di entrata formata da due ingranag-gi cilindrici con dentatura elicoidale, accu-ratamente corretta per una migliore resi-stenza ai carichi, una coppia conica adentatura spiroidale Gleason (dentaturetipo Duplex) e da una coppia finale cilindricacon profilo ad evolvente, anch’essa accu-ratamente corretta per una migliore resi-stenza ai carichi.

- Sono realizzati in 8 grandezze: 63 - 80 -100 - 125 - 140 - 160 - 180 - 200.

- Le coppie nominali trasmissibili sono com-prese fra 280 Nm e 14000 Nm.

- La capacità di carico delle dentature è sta-ta verificata secondo le norme DIN 3990,UNI 8862, AGMA 2001 B 88 ed il progettoISO 6336, con calcolo della resistenza siaa pitting che a flessione al piede del dente,per una durata nominale accuratamentebilanciata ed estremamente elevata.

- Gli alberi di uscita delle grandezze 63, 80,100, 125, sono supportati da cuscinetti ra-diali. Su richiesta possono essere montaticuscinetti a rulli conici, montati di serie sul-le grandezze 140, 160, 180, 200.

- Tutti gli ingranaggi sono costruiti in acciaioda cementazione (18NiCrMo5 o materialidi equivalente resistenza e temprabilità), esottoposti a cementazione, tempra e disten-sione per elevata resistenza alle sollecita-zioni statiche e dinamiche e all’usura.

- Gli alberi lenti cavi (soluzione standard)sono costruiti in acciaio.

- Gli alberi lenti pieni, (soluzione optional)sono costruiti in acciaio da bonifica42 Cr Mo 4, o materiali di simili proprietà.

- Le carcasse sono costruite in ghisa G25secondo UNI 5007.

- I rendimenti dinamici sono molto elevati: 0,92.- E’ possibile operare in condizioni di eserci-

zio particolarmente severe garantendo an-cora delle durate soddisfacenti; a questoproposito, raccomandiamo di riferirsi scru-polosamente alle indicazioni relative ai fat-tori di servizio e, nei casi dubbi, consiglia-mo di interpellare il nostro servizio tecnico.

GENERAL FEATURES

INTRODUCTION

This catalogue refers to the bevel helicalgearboxes type BH-MBH, manufactured bySITI SpA.This range is made in cast iron G25 showinga modern design casing and three stages ofreduction.

DESIGN FEATURES- Gearboxes equipped with trains of gears

at three stages of reduction.- The three stages of reduction consist of:

on the input side, one helical gear pair,with involute profile, accurately cor-rected for improved strength; in the mid-dle, one bevel gear pair with spiralGLEASON TOOTHING (duplex type); onecylindrical final gear pair, with involuteprofile, accurately corrected in view ofan improved strength.

- These gearboxes are made in 8 sizes:63 - 80 - 100 - 125 - 140 - 160 - 180 - 200.

- Rated transmissible torques range from280 Nm to 14000 Nm.

- Load capacities of toothing comply withDIN 3990, UNI 8862, AGMA 2001 B88norms and the ISO 6336 draft proposal,both with the surface pitting resistanceand the tooth root bending strength cal-culation, in view of an accurately bal-anced and extremely high nominal life.

- The output shafts of sizes 63, 80, 100,125 are supported by radial ball bear-ings; on request, taper roller bearingscan be fitted on these sizes. On the con-trary, taper roller bearings are standardon the sizes 140, 160, 180, 200.

- The whole range of gears is made in casehardening steel (18NiCrMo5 or materialequivalent in strength and hardenability)and submitted to case hardening,quenching and stress-relieving, to givehigh resistance to static and dynamicloads and to wear.

- Hollow output shafts (standard solution)are made in steel.

- Solid output shafts (optional) are madein hardening and tempering steel42CrMo4 or materials assuring similarproperties.

- Housings are built in G25 cast iron ac-cording to UNI 5007 specifications.

- Dynamic efficiencies are very high: 0.92.- It is allowed to operate in particularly

severe conditions of application, stillsaving sufficiently satisfactory lifetimes; in connection with this, we re-commend to strictly adhere to the indi-cations of our technical catalogue and,if in doubt, to contact our technical dept.

ALLGEMEINE EIGENSCHAFTEN

VORWORT

Dieses Katalog bezieht sich auf Kegel-stirnradgetreibe der Baureihe BH - MBH, dievon der Firma SITI S.p.A. hergestellt werden.Die Getriebe der Baureihe BH-MBH sind mitGehaeuse in Grauguss G25 hergestellt, habeneine moderne Bauform und sind immer mitdrei Untersetzungsstufen augesruestet.

BAUEIGENSCHAFTEN- Getriebe mit drei Untersetzungsstufen

ausgeruestet.- Die drei Untersetzungsstufen bestehen

aus: an der Antriebsseite, eineevolventschraegverzaehnte Zahnrad-paarung, die eine besondere Korrektur aufdem Zahnradprofil aufweist, um verbesser-te Festigkeit anzubieten; in der Mitte, eineGleason-spiralverzaehnte Kegelrad-paarung; an der Abtriebseite, noch eineevolventschraegverzaehnte Zahnrad-paarung, mit sorgsamer Korrektur auf demZahnradprofil fuer verbesserte Festigkeit.

- Diese Getriebe sind in 8 Baugroessen her-gestellt, d.h. 63 - 80 - 100 - 125 - 140 - 160- 180 - 200.

- Die Abtriebsdrehmomente reichen von 280N.m bis 14000 Nm.

- Die spezifische Zahnbelastung ist nach DIN3990, UNI 8862, AGMA 2001 B88 und demEntwurf ISO 6336 festgelegt und dient der Be-rechnung der Festigkeit in Bezug auf Pittingund Biegefestigkeit im Zahngrund für eine aus-gewogene, normal lange Lebensdauer.

- Auf den Abtriebswellen der Groessen 63, 80,100, 125, werden normalerweise Kugella-ger eingebaut. Auf Anfrage, jedoch, koennenauf diesen Groessen Kegelrollenlager enge-baut werden, die als standadisierteAusfuehrung auf den Groessen 140, 160,180, 200 eingebaut werden.

- Alle Zahnraeder sind in Einsatzstahl(18NiCrMo5 oder Material mit aehnilichenFestigkeit und Haertefaehigkeit ) hergestelltund sind auf Einsatzhaertung, Haertungund Anlassen ausgesetzt, um eine sehrhoehe Festigkeit fuer statische und dyna-mische Belastung, sowohl eine besondereVerschleissfestigkeit, aufzuweisen.

- Die Abtriebshohlwellen (standardAusfuehrung) sind in Stahl hergestellt.

- Die vollen Abtriebswellen (Sonder-ausfuehrung) sind in Verguetungstahl 42Cr Mo 4 hergestellt, oder in einem Materialmit aehnlichen Merkmalen.

- Die Gehaeuse sind in Grauguss G 25 lautder Vorschrift UNI 5007 hergestellt

- Die dynamische Wirkungsgrade sind sehrhoch: 0.92.

- Es ist möglich diese neue Getriebe auchbei anspruchsvollen Einsatzfällen zu ver-wenden und eine befriedigende Lebensdau-er zu erzielen. Deshalb ist es ratsam, nachden Katalogangaben zu richten und beiauftretenden Unsicherheiten mit unseremtechnischen Büro Rücksprache zu nehmen.

We recommend to strictly adhere to the ta-ble of lubricants mentioned here below:

Gli anelli di tenuta, costruiti in mescole nitriliche,non consentono però di operare soddisfacente-mente a temperatura superiore a + 85 °C.Nell’ipotesi che la temperatura all’interno delriduttore possa raggiungere livelli più elevati di+ 85 °C per tempi significativi, è necessario ri-chiederci l’esecuzione speciale con anelli di te-nuta in mescole fluorurate (Viton).Al fine di predisporre il corretto orientamento deitappi e per una adeguata lubrificazione dei cu-scinetti, è importante precisare sempre la posi-zione di montaggio desiderata.NOTA: è opportuno controllare, attraverso il tap-po di livello trasparente, collocato nella giusta po-sizione, se il livello dell’olio si mantiene corretto enon si verificano anomalie, come potrebbe esse-re determinato da sia pure molto improbabili per-dite di olio attraverso gli anelli di tenuta.In caso di occasionali necessità di ripristino delgiusto livello, utilizzare lo stesso olio già pre-sente nel riduttore.

Sostituzione dell’olio

L’intervallo di ricambio del lubrificante dipendedalle condizioni di impiego riassunte brevementenel prospetto sotto indicato:

I dati indicati nel prospetto si riferiscono a lubri-ficanti a base minerale e sintetici. Questi ultimise usati in un campo di temperature normalipossono essere utilizzati per una lubrificazionea lunga vita, avendo però l’accuratezza di evi-tare l’inquinamento dei lubrificanti stessi.

Seals, being made in nitrile rubber compounds,do not allow to operate satisfactorily at tem-peratures over + 85 °C. In the assumption tem-perature inside the gearbox achieves highervalues than + 85 °C for a significant period oftime, it is necessary to require the special ex-ecution provided with special seals influorurated compounds (Viton).To enable us to fit plugs in suitable positionsand for adequate lubrication of the bearings,customers should always specify the requiredmounting position.NOTE: it is convenient to check through theproper transparent oil level plug that the oillevel keeps at the correct value and no fail-ures have occurred, as it could happen incase of unlikely leaks.In case of occasional needs to restore the cor-rect level, the same type of oil must be used.

Replacement of oil

The intervals at which oil must be replaceddepend on the conditions of usage, summa-rized in the table here below:

The data on the table apply to both mineralbase or synthetic base oils. These last ones(especially the 320 grade), whenever used ina normal range of temperatures, can be usedfor longlife lubrication, but it must be accu-rately avoided the oil pollution.

SCHMIERUNG

Grundsätzlich empfiehlt es sich die nachfol-genden Schmiermittel zu verwenden:

Die Wellendichtringe aus Nitrilmischungen(Standard) vertragen eine Betriebstemperaturvon maximal 85 °C. Bei höheren Betriebs-temperaturen ab 85 °C über einen längerenZeitraum hinweg, sollten spezielle Wellendicht-ringe aus Fluoridmischungen (Viton) einge-setzt werden.Um die Ölschrauben Korrekt zu positionierenund um die geeignete Schmierung der Lagerzu gewaehrleisten fragen wir, immer die Ein-baulage bekannt zu geben.Ist die Einbaulage bei der Bestellung bekannt,so werden die Ölschrauben direkt vom Her-steller positioniert.BEMERKUNG: Es ist ratsam, von Zeit zu Zeitden Ölstand durch das Ölstandsauge zu kon-trollieren.So können Anomalien, die z.B. durch Wellen-dichtringe auftreten können, verhindert werden.Im Falle daß Öl, nachgefüllt werden muß, istdie gleiche Ölsorte zu verwenden.

Ölwechsel

Der Olwechselintervall hängt von derBelastungsart ab und ist in Kurzform im Schau-bild unten ersichtlich.

Die angegeben Daten beziehen sich aufSynthetik-und Mineralschmiermittel. WennVerunreinigungen vermieden werden, könnendie synthetischen. Schmiermittel bei norma-ler Betriebstemperatur als dauerndes Schmier-mittel angesehen werden.

In corrispondenza delle tabelle prestazioni, inalcuni casi è indicata la potenza termica nomi-nale Wt. Wt (Tab. 1) è la potenza massimaapplicabile al riduttore, in servizio continuo, atemperatura ambiente di 20 °C, velocità del-l’aria = 1.25 m/sec, senza che si superi unatemperatura dell’olio di circa 90 °C e che siverifichino danneggiamenti degli organi delriduttore o degradamento del lubrificante.

Nel caso di applicazioni con serviziointermittente o temperatura ambiente diversa da20 °C, il valore di Wt deve essere corretto trami-te un opportuno fattore (kt ), indicato nella tabel-la 2.In questo caso, la nuova potenza termica di-venta: Wt’= Wt x kt.

THERMAL POWER W t (kW)

In correspondance with the performance ta-bles, in some cases there is the indicationof the thermal power Wt.Wt (table 1) is the max power which can beapplied to the input of the gearbox, in a con-tinuous duty usage, at ambient temperatureof 20 °C, air speed = 1.25 m/sec, without ex-ceeding a max oil temperature of 90 °C andwithout any possible damage of the innerparts of the gearbox, or any deterioration ofthe lubrication properties of the oil.

In case of applications with intermittent dutyor at an ambient temperature different from20 °C , the value of W t must be amendedthrough a proper corrective factor (k t ), asshown on the table 2.In such a case, the thermal power becomesWt’= Wt x k t.

A richiesta, è possibile fornire i riduttori serieBH provvisti di dispositivo antiretro, per evitareil moto retrogrado, ovvero iI fatto che il riduttorepossa essere azionato attraverso I'albero lentodal carico resistente divenuto carico motore.L'antiretro è installato sull’albero veloce.I cuscinetti antiretro sono stati ampiamentedimensionati in funzione della massima coppiapermessa da ogni riduttore, e pertanto ne è con-sentito I'impiego con qualsiasi rapporto di ridu-zione, anche particolarmente veloce.Dovrà essere sempre precisato in fase d'ordineper quale senso di rotazione deve essere con-sentita la rotazione Iibera.

BACKSTOP DEVICE

On request it is possible to have backstopmounted on the BH line. Purpose of thebackstop is to prevent the reversible motion,i.e. that the gearbox might be operatedthrough the output shaft by the resisting loadso becoming driving load.The backstop device is fitted on the inputshaft.The backstop bearing have been largely over-sized according to the maximum torque al-lowed by each gearbox so that backstop de-vices are suitable for any reduction ratio.The direction of free rotation must be speci-fied when the order is placed.

Note: Backstop device not available in the“MBHC” version.

ZUBEHÖR

RÜCKLAUFSPERRE

Die Rücklaufsperre ist eine Einrichtung im Ge-triebe, um die Anlage nach dem Abschaltendes Motors am Rückwärtslauf zu hindern.Wie in dem Ausschnitt ersichtlich, ist die An-bringung, der Rücklaufsperre an der gegen-überliegenden Seite der Eingangswelle vor-gesehen.Die Rücklaufsperre ist auf der Antriebesseiteeingebaut.Die Rücklaufsperre ist ausreichend dimensio-niert und kann an jedem Getriebe sowohl mithohen als auch mit niedrigen Untersetzungenangebaut werden.Bei Bestellung muß der Drehsinn stets an-gegeben werden.

Bemerkung: Rucklaufsperre nicht verfuegbarauf der “MBHC” Ausfuehrung.

1) GARANZIA - La ns. garanzia ha la durata di anni uno dalla data di fatturazione del prodotto. Essa è limitata esclusivamente alla riparazione o allasostituzione gratuita dei pezzi da noi riconosciuti come difettosi ed il reclamo non potrà mai dar luogo all’annullamento od alla riduzione delle ordinazioni daparte del committente e tanto meno alla corresponsione di indennizzi di sorta da parte ns. Il materiale da riparare in garanzia o comunque soggetto adanomalie, sarà da noi ritirato solo se ci perverrà in porto franco e sarà reso al cliente in porto assegnato. La ns. garanzia decade se i pezzi resi come difettosisono stati comunque manomessi o riparati. Per manomissione si intende anche l’applicazione del motore fuori dall’ambito e dalla sede della ns.Società. 2) TRASPORTO - Ad ogni effetto, anche di legge, la merce si ritiene accettata dal cliente (e consegnata) all’uscita dalla ns. sede o magazzini. Il trasporto dellamerce si intende sempre per contro, rischio e pericolo dell’acquirente anche se la merce è venduta franco destino e se il trasporto viene effettuato con mezzidella ditta venditrice e condotti da persona incaricata dalla medesima.

Il listino prezzi si riferisce a merce franco ns. stabilimento, escluso imballo ed ogni eventualealtra spesa.

4) RECLAMI - E’ convenuto espressamente che eventuali reclami o contestazioni da farsi, a pena di nullità; sempre in forma scritta ed entro il termini di leggenon danno comunque diritto all’acquirente di sospendere o ritardare i pagamenti. Non si accettano addebiti per risarcimento di danni a cose e persone oritardi di consegna. Se entro 8 gg. Dal ricevimento della ns. conferma d’ordine non ci perverrà alcuna contestazione, la stessa si intenderà accettata in tuttele sue pari.

5) INTERESSI - Resta espressamente convenuto che gli interessi verranno fissati ed accettati, in ogni sede di ritardato pagamento, secondo le condizionimedie di tasso applicato dagli Istituti Bancari alla Società venditrice in quel momento.

6) RISERVA DI PROPRIETA’ - La merce viene venduta con riserva di proprietà finché non sarà effettuato il pagamento dell’intero prezzo, di eventuali interessie accessori. Il rilascio di cambiali ed eventuali loro rinnovi, anche parziali, non potranno considerarsi quale novazione né quale pagamento definitivo delprezzo, se non a buon fine delle stesse, né potranno comunque pregiudicare la riserva di proprietà.

7) FORO COMPETENTE - Si accetta espressamente che qualsiasi controversia, comunque nascente o discendente dalla vendita deve essere rimessa, anchein via derogativa, al giudizio dell’Autorità Giudiziaria di Bologna, quale unico Foro competente; ma la ditta venditrice potrà anche adire, a sua scelta, l’autoritàgiudiziaria del luogo, della residenza o domicilio dell’acquirente ovvero del luogo ove si trova l’oggetto della fornitura.

8) RESI - NON SI ACCETTANO RESTITUZIONI DI MATERIALI se non precedentemente autorizzato per iscritto dalla ns. Società.

9) LISTINO - Il listino attualmente in vigore annulla e sostituisce tutti i precedenti.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1) GUARANTEE - Our guarantee expires after one year from invoice date of the product. It only covers the replacement or repair free of charge of the defectiveunits or parts provided that we admit that said faults or defects are to be ascribed to manufacturing processes. The customer does not have to feel entitled tocancel or reduce the outstanding orders because of defective material previously supplied. We will not be responsible for the payment of any charges relatedto goods to be replaced or repaired under guarantee. Returns of material will only be accepted if both back and forth transport charges willbe covered by thecustomer. Our guarantee becomes completely null and void if units result altered or repaired. For alteration it is included also the application of the motorout of the ambit and circle of our Society. Our guarantee does not cover defects or faults which would be attributed to external factors, insufficientmaintenance, overload, inadequate lubrication, unproper selection, mounting errors or shipping damages being shipment risks and expenses on behalf of thecustomer.

2) SHIPMENT - Material is considered accepted by the customer once it leaves our warehouse: Shipment of goods is considered at buyer’s risk even ifshipment is effected free domicile of customer or through shipper’s means of tranports or forwarding agents appointed by the shipper.

3) PRICES - Our Company reserve the right to modify their own quotation (although confirmed) if it is necessary because of the unconstant conditions of marketand production. The price list refers to ex-works prices. Not including packing and any other additional costs.

4) COMPLAINTS - Complaints for defective material must be effected in writing and within the legal terms or they will be considered null. In case of complaints thebuyer is not anyhow entitled to stop or delay payments. Debit notes for refounds of damages to objects or persons as well as deliveries are not accepted.Any claims should be notified within 8 days from receipt of our order confirmation, otherwise it will be considered as accepted in all its parts.

5) INTERESTS - It is understood that interests have to be agreed and accepted, in occasion of late payments, according to the current average terms, appliedby the Shipper’s blanks.

6) CONDITIONAL SALES - We reserve the right of property on goods sold until the whole payment has been effected together with the settlement of eventualinterests and accessoires. The grant of a bill or its eventual renewal cannot be considered as a definitive payment of the preice and will be subjected to collection.

7) PLACE OF JURISDICTION - All disputes which may arise in relation to the sales shall be governed by the italian Law and the Law Court of Bologna shallhave the sole jurisdiction. The supplier reserve th right to choose, as place od jurisdiction, the purchaser’s place of residence being the final destination ofgoods supplied.

8) NO RETURNS OF MATERIAL WILL BE ACCEPTED unless previously authorised in writing from our Society.

9) PRICE LIST - This current price list cancels and replaces all the previous ones.
