Ultimate le fasi di montaggio si eseguono delle mascherine (M.M) Muffo-Mascherine.in silicone con circa 200gr.fareun cilindro di silicone lungo quanto l’arco della nostra pro-tesi e boxare per intero ogni arcata. ll silicone è il : CRYL SIL Lab Elastic 80shdi megadental GmbH,sufficien-temente rigido e molto stabile sia per le dimensioni che per ilcolore. Il silicone deve sigillare per intero il modello,su cui ruo-ta la riuscita della metodica è necessario che i modelli siano boxati con uno spessore di 3mm circa.

Basterà a questo punto a catalizzazione avvenuta sepa-rare le M.M. dai modelli master e lavare con vaporiera imodelli ed i denti e dopo aver isolato i modelli master ingesso, si procede alla colatura della resina.

Effettuata la fase di lavaggio dei denti , con vaporiera, bi-sogna preparare il tallone dei denti con una fresa al dia-mante, irruvidendo lievemente solo questa porzione al fine di rafforzare il legame chimico e meccanico.

Non devono essere praticati fori o biselli così come in pas-sato, con megaCRYL N,basta un semplice irruvidimentocome visibile dalla foto 4.A questo punto basterà ricollocare i denti nella M.M . e fis-sarli appena con una punta di loctite o colla cianacrilica, inmaniera da evitare involontari spostamenti; Fig.6ala fase successiva è deputata alla fase di isolamento deimodelli in gesso dopo averli idratati per 5-10 min in acquatiepida, con un isolante tradizionale . Consigliamo visto le affinità studiate con il nuovo pmma,l’isolante megasol NF particolarmente efficace già a spes-sori notevolmente ridotti rispetto a altri isolanti nel mercato.

Fase di colatura.Prima di effetture la fase di colatura della resina, è neces-sario praticare due fori di circa dieci mm, nella parte poste-riore alta della M.M., in maniera tale da poter introdurre laresina. Questa operazione avverrà solo per caduta senzal’ausilio di siringhe o di cartucce con stantuffi o altri dispo-sitivi, che renderebbero complessa una fase che ci siamosforzati di rendere semplice e alla portata di tutti sin dallaprima zeppature, otterremo risultati entusiasmanti. Bisogna Attenersi alle dosi indi-cate dalla megadental GmbHche ha sviluppato un set di mi-surazione e dosaggio utile per tutti i tipi di PMM: basteranno

10gr di polimero, 5gr di mono-mero per ottenere l’ impasto ide-ale per effettuare la colatura.La pesatura costituisce ancorail sistema più preciso e affidabile,soprattutto quando i materiali vengono lavorati a freddo, le mi-scele mostrano una fluidità idea-le. In caso di alte temperature in laboratorio, basterà mettere in luogo fresco il monomero affin-ché non siano alterati i tempi dil a v o r a z i o n e e f l u i d i t à .

Bisogna attenersi alle dosi indicate per via della elevata fluidità laresina, comparirà nel foro oppo-sto a quello di colata, assicurato della sigillatura ideale che riescea determinare il silicone della M u f f o - M a s c h e r i n aBasta attendere qualche secon-do affinché la colata si omoge-neizzi e la resina cominci a dive-nire lievemente opaca per im-mettere il tutto nella macchinapolimerizzatrice alla temperatura di 45-47°C , alla pressione di 2,5 bar, per 25-30 min.

Ecco come si presenta la prote-si dopo la polimerizzazione, so-no già apprezzabili il contornodei colletti dei denti che sono privi di sbavature o residui fasti-diosi nella rimozione a cui ci haforzatamente abituato il gesso.

Basta rimuovere il cono di colatae di sfogo presente nel contro la-to per effettuare i controlli artico-lari. Anche in questa fase la M.M.evidenzia enormi vantaggi visto che il modello master non è sta-to distaccato dalle basi dell’arti-colatore, pertanto non si avrannoi n t e r f e r e n z e a l c u n e .

Rifinitura veloce,ridotta nei tempiper via dell’assenza di ogni mate-riale estraneo che possa compro-mettere con fasi di rifinitura pro-lungate l’aspetto naturale compat-to e lucido dei denti. Con pochi passaggi di fresa si arriva alla fa-se di lucidatura delle protesi, checi restituiscono delle basi com-patte lucide e notevolmente pre-cise.Si succedono i controlli arti-colari, si verificano lateralità e protrusiva; possiamo attestare che non si è verificato nessun mov imen to indes ide ra to .

-Il metodo risulta obbiettivamente molto semplice e pratico-non necessita di sistemi aggiuntivi e costosi (stantuffi,bollitori)-non impiega gessi, muffole o gelatine specifiche;-precisione biocompatibilità,e rapidità ,pulizia dei denti e dei col- leti restituendoli dopo la colatura ancora provvisti della glasatura originale;
